This is one of those places you keep coming back to…read more We've been coming here for 8 years--usually two or three times a month--and it's my favorite spot in Summerlin to meet friends, catch up with family, or just relax with an amazing cappuccino. Speaking of cappuccinos...they are the best in town. Rich, creamy, and topped with the thickest, silkiest foam. I honestly judge other cappuccinos against this one, and they rarely measure up. Their macchiatos and lattes are just as good. The menu has something for every time of day. I love the French toast for breakfast, and the Riviera Salad is my go-to lunch order because it's always fresh and satisfying. Their paninis are excellent, and if you haven't tried the panzerotti yet, do yourself a favor--it's like a perfectly baked Italian pizza pocket and it's absolutely delicious. Save room for dessert! The desserts aren't made in-house, but they're carefully selected and always delicious. The tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, cannoli, cheesecake, and macarons have all been winners. And don't leave without trying the gelato, which is made in-house. It's creamy, flavorful, and one of the best treats in Summerlin. The café itself is bright, clean, and inviting, with plenty of booths and tables that make it easy to settle in and stay awhile. It's one of those places where an hour-long coffee date somehow turns into two. When a place consistently delivers great food, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere year after year, it's easy to see why it becomes a local favorite. This one has definitely earned that title.

Every cup I've had tastes perfect -Efficiency. They can easily clear a crowd without the hectic energy -Clean appearance and size (there's space even when it's crowded) -Location -One of a kind value -I highly recommend the Yattes The ambiance isn't exactly welcoming. The cashier is pleasant, but otherwise it feels like the customer is a bother or they're disinterested. For example Brew Tea Bar is another busy To Go only establishment, and it has a warm and welcoming energy. Not smiley, just not cold. They make eye contact, they care to make sure you hear your name, and they even say goodbye. The owner and staff of Yaw aren't rude, it just doesn't feel at all inviting there. It does not match the friendly tone I see in the replies here, unfortunately.

I got an assortment of all of the pastries they were offering that day and also purchased a loaf of their sourdough. The star was definitely the cinnamon roll that came with a side of delicious cream cheese frosting. The various croissants were also good but not remarkable. I was very confused about the sourdough when I got home. I do bake sourdough at home myself so I am very familiar with the process and taste profile. My husband and I both thought this bread tasted like regular yeast bread as it didn't have the tang nor the consistency of sourdough. I would not have opted to pay $10 for a loaf of regular country bread. All in all, the bakery is solid but i did not understand the hype reviews. If I had to choose one item here, I'd go for the cinnamon roll.

Walk-in guests are consistently ignored while the line pushes everything to the drive-thru, leading to long lobby wait times and rushed, incorrect drink customizations. As an experienced operations manager, I can tell you this isn't a staff speed issue--it is a labor budgeting issue:Understaffing Costs More Than It Saves: If your budget says you can't afford a dedicated Lobby Barista, your budget math is wrong. You are losing high-margin revenue from walk-in guests who see the lobby gridlock and walk out. That walked-away revenue would easily pay for an extra body on the floor to anchor the indoor register and handoff counter, keeping both pipelines moving simultaneously.Enforce the "Marker Check" Quality Control Rule: To stop the "rushed and wrong" drink orders that force baristas to waste time doing costly remakes, implement a strict 2-second quality checkpoint at the handoff plane. The barista handing off the beverage must visually verify the cup's customization label against the actual drink (e.g., checking for alternative milk markers) before calling the guest's name. Getting it right the first time protects your speed metrics far better than rushing through a broken order.Stop letting strict window-time goals cannibalize your indoor customer connection. Fund the extra floor labor, fix the handoff QA, and the revenue growth will easily outpace the staffing cost!

They don't know anything, can't answer any questions and just stare at you like they're on something more powerful than coffee. I ordered a regular smegular cafe latte and it took 15 minutes because the girl running the drive-through had to do the work of the drive-thru and two other coworkers because they were in the supply room, talking and giggling for a long time, which we all could see. The drive-thru girl was very stressed, I felt badly for her. Then after having to wait 15 minutes for a regular cup of coffee, I started doing work on my laptop, and one of the giggling sisters comes out and tells everyone in the dining area that the inside will be closing at 7p. Everyone looked around like when did this happen, the girl says, "oh yeah they changed it to 7p now". First, who is "they", and why doesn't this correlate with the website's hours. Most of us probably wouldn't have come here to work or meet people if we had known that prior. When asked does all Starbucks close at this time, all the giggly face girl could say was, "I don't know". My response, "of course you don't honey, have a good night." Worst location ever! Just keep driving, I promise there's plenty of other locations to spend your money at.
