Cute mini cafe inside a medical building. I met a friend an hour prior to closing. She mentioned they do stop making food an hour prior to closing but coffee/drinks are still available. They had a pretty decent sized menu for a small coffee shop. There are some tables available and a mini craft area with adorable trinkets. read more

My second time here and plan to stop by each time I have an appointment in the area. I had the vegetarian croissant which in the pic doesn't look appealing and I can say it is. I'm a picky eater and was not feeling well. There a nice older lady who took my order & made my food. The place was nice & clean & inviting. read more

I stopped by this location after a doctor's appointment next door, hoping to grab a quick snack and coffee. Before doing so, I asked the older woman at the counter for the restroom code. Her response was rude and unwelcoming--she told me, in a harsh and dismissive tone, that I needed to "go ask a doctor" for the code. She then went right back to gossiping with her coworker and looking at something on their phones, completely ignoring me. The attitude was unprofessional and uninviting. It made me feel like I was a bother rather than a potential customer. I chose to take my business elsewhere, and I won't be returning. A little courtesy and customer service go a long way--especially from front-facing staff. They seriously need to do better. read more

I came here this morning 12/22/2020 after my hand therapy next door, I always seen signs for this place and wanted to come try it. It's situated all cozy next to the elevators, it's a cute little coffee shop with nice decor and allot of personal touches. It's a sister owned company, they have a good variety of coffees milk options and food items as well. I ordered a medium hot chai with oat milk and a plain bagel with peanut butter and jelly. They were both delicious, the girls working were very nice. I love little local coffee shops and love supporting local business, I'm sure I will be back soon! Thank you frank and bean!! read more

This place is so cute! I had no idea this beachy sister-owned spot was here until I had an appointment in the building. They have sandwich-board signage out front letting you know there's a coffee shop inside, super helpful. The space is compact but well utilized, with a great drink menu, a few grab and go food options, and lots of seating. Great option to have if you tend to run early to all appointments (me) or to treat yourself to after a stressful appointment. The Vegas Steamer was my drink pick and I liked it, appreciated that they have alternative milk options as well. Their beans are locally roasted and they have unique offerings (with fun names) here that will probably bring me back even without an appointment. NOTE: Card fee for purchases under $5 so if you don't have cash, upgrade to the next drink size! Only open weekdays, due to the location. read more

Cute little deli coffee house inside of the Parkway building. When you have an appointment at any of the businesses at the Parkway it's convenient to have this small store especially if you have to wait a bit. I been few times to get a drink but I should try their coffees and baked goods soon. Closed in the weekend. read more

It's amazing to me that I've come here at least a dozen times but never reviewed. This is a small sister owned shop located inside a medical building, which is sort of weird to find. I can across this place because of Yelp and have been a fan ever since. Not only do they sell delicious coffee but also brekkie, pastries, and cool things like tumblers+ coffee bags! Had the bacon, egg Brekki croissant. Delicious. Found this place b/c GPS said it was the closest coffee shop. In a medical center, but I would come again!!! For the sandwich, great aioli sauce. Hands down one of thee best coffees Ive ever had. E got the Lady Luck and I got the high roller with yummy caramel and vanilla. Soooooooo good. The bad part. They aren't open on the weekends and they are located on the first floor of a medical center. Cmon guys get another location pllllzzz close to this one so I can come daily. This is probably the worst espresso I have ever had. I got an iced espresso and it tasted so burnt. It was horrible. I will never come back. I don't know why everybody is saying this place is good. read more

I walked up and politely asked if they had any keto or sugar free coffee options, and was met with just frank rudness from the older female employee. She then didn't even wait for me to turn around before she started making fun of my request with her Coworker. Most places have low or no sugar options. It's not an outrageous request. I just started working in this building and thank the stars I came across them. I'm always in support of small businesses so this was just thee perfect hidden gem for me. So far, I've had the Vegas Steamer, Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew and Lady Luck. Also the mini danishes are so yum. They're located on the first floor of the Parkway Medical Center. Everyone is very helpful and courteous and add great coffee I'm in heaven! I asked for a darker roast coffee than what they were brewing and she suggested an americano it was very good. The couple in front of me had a couple of breakfast sandwiches which they truly enjoyed. read more

Nice coffee shop if you have an appointment inside the medical center. They have a few seating options right by the elevator and even though people congregate and there's a lot of traffic, it doesn't get in the way of being able to find your own spot to enjoy your breakfast. Not the best breakfast food I have had and it was made honestly quicker than I thought which isn't my personal preference. Pretty straight-forward coffee shop that gets the job done. read more

Amazing little independent coffee shop and roaster located located in the Parkway Medical Center by Trader Joe's and the soon to be Winco. Walk in the front door and you can't miss the enticing coffee shop sign directly down the hall. This place is a great little hidden gem. They have a nice selection of the classics, signature coffee creations, food, and take home coffee beans/pods as well. I had an appointment for a scan at the imaging center adjacent to it and it torture seeing the place on the way in (having to abstain from anything but water) but what a sweet treat to have immediate access to on way out! read more
