Yes, I can dig it. Dig It! Coffee is the latest cafe to sit on the southwest corner of Colorado and Casino Center. I happened to find an open parking spot during the free weekday lunch parking period today and had enough time after brunch to stop in. The music and employees seemed easygoing and the various mostly lone patrons kept to themselves. I didn't see anything especially captivating on the March drinks of the month list or the latte menu, so I stuck to one of my default orders, the Nitro Cold Brew ($6.25 for the large 20 oz size). The barista pulled it quickly enough as it wasn't busy, and I took it along with me as I left. The nitro cold brew here is a very potent and smooth beverage. It's roasty, maybe a touch acidic, but not popping off with fruity notes like some other roasters seem to favor. Almost as importantly, they didn't put any ice in the cup, adding value and reducing dilution. If I'm out and about in the Arts District and want a nitro cold brew, I'll definitely keep Dig It! in mind. Even with other great coffee spots nearby, I would consider coming back here.
Love the ambiance the decor of this place very retro very colorful very chill vibe. The service is great everyone here is very nice. You get greeted you get smiles from everyone. Tried multiple coffees they were all good! And i love the platform of this place the owners reasoning of opening this place! Definitely a great spot to meet up and have coffee.

This has been on my list, and I finally came. Parking was easy on a Friday at 11:30am. Tip: There's free on-street parking for locals from 11-2 on weekdays. What I love about this business is that it's inclusive and provides work for those with disabilities. Such friendly service. The decor is bright and artsy, which I also appreciate. I ordered the Island Coconut Chai. Subtle chai flavors and a delicious, thick coconut cold cream on top. Just the right amount of sweet! I believe they do seasonal menus. I'm excited to come back and try something else next time. :-)

The shop is decorated so cute with lots of bright colors and a retro vibe. They have a good amount of seating to hangout with friends, eat, and drink coffee. The menu has drinks ranging from lattes to lemonades with unique flavors. Their seasonal drink menu is always fun! They also have food like burritos and toasts. I ordered a cookies n creme cold brew. The cold brew was smooth and didn't taste bitter. The drink wasn't very sweet, which I appreciated. The cold foam was like eating an Oreo. Overall, Dig It is truly a gem, and I love their message of kindness and inclusivity! Their coffee is the best, and their staff is always so happy. Highly recommend for great coffee and good vibes!

I stopped in for breakfast before some plans down the street and the person working the register walked me through the menu and my options before recommending a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. I took her advice and ten minutes later had a green tea and very solid breakfast sandwich sitting in front of me. If I was local, I'd likely be in there all the time. But alas, I can only come back when I'm in town.

There were only 2 baristas working. Unacceptable for a Sunday morning, which is a busy time for coffee. Whoever their manager is, they should reconsider such short staff.

It did take awhile but this place is not meant for the grab and go. It's a place to enjoy company, the vibes, and to take a breath. We will definitely be coming back! Keep it up!
I stumbled upon this cafe unintentionally while hanging out Downtown and I'm very pleased that to have found it. It was refreshing to see a new cafe in the Arts District (don't come here if you're expecting a quiet place to study) with a variety of drink options to choose from. I did not expect to find good matcha outside of Chinatown. I was short on time so I was not able to try some of their food items but I know I'll be back again soon!

Love this locally owned coffee shop here at The Arts District. I love how they always have a monthly menu with coffee & tea beverages specifically catered to that month. (Example: March = green themed, St Patrick's day, lucky, clovers etc). My go-to is usually their cookies & cream cold brew...which is on their regular menu. I'm not a sweet drink kinda gal and this was not overly sweet but the right amount to combine with the cold brew taste. For the month of March, I was excited to come try their Mint Cookie Cold Brew. Although there's not enough, if any even, mint flavor... it's still a good coffee drink. Wish the mint was more prominent. The female barista working on Saturday afternoon was friendly and welcoming. DigIt! is such a cute and fun coffee shop! The location is next to so many cool spots. I got to celebrate World Inclusion Day 2025 here with The Garden Foundation's Tour de Downtown. After trying this assortment of goodies, I can say that they have the best avocado toast! The lemonade was a perfect mix of sweet and sour. I'm not the biggest fan of cold brew but I loved the cold foam and the mini marshmallows. Who doesn't love mini marshmallows? It was such a fun event & I can't wait to come back. Dig It Coffee is such a vibe. The aesthetic alone pulls you in -- 2 Chainz quotes on the walls, retro chairs, and a checkerboard backsplash that gives it that cool Arts District feel. The drinks are where they really shine. Their monthly menu keeps things fresh with fun seasonal creations (the Lucky of the Irish latte was a standout), and even the regular menu is stacked. The Cookies & Cream cloud foam is absolutely to die for. What really makes this place special though is the mission behind it. Dig It is all about inclusivity and creating opportunities for adults of all abilities, which makes supporting them feel even better. I was downtown in the morning with my husband and we were looking for a coffee place to grab coffee and a snack to munch on! I found this place and thought it looked cute so we decided to give it a try. The service was lovely and the baristas were so friendly. It was our first time so the barista that greeted us at the cash register pointed out the menu and summer menu options they currently had! I opted for an Iced Strawberry Latte and a Butter Croissant. I give the Strawberry Latte a 3/5! It was decent but I think I chose the wrong milk for it. I chose oat milk and it overpowered the flavor for me so I think I would've enjoyed it more if I had chosen regular milk. The Butter Croissant was a 5/5! It was warmed, flakey, soft and buttery on the inside. Delicious! Inside the coffee shop was super cute! I loved the decor inside and all the colors. Since it was earlier in the day there was a good amount of parking nearby. I would definitely come back here! read more

We found Dig it Coffee on Yelp while needing a caffeine fix prior to shopping in the nearby vintage stores. Dig it Coffee has a wonderful concept to partner with disabled adults for job training and mentorship. This is what more businesses should do. The coffee was pretty good too! I had a hot special mocha and my wife had an iced beverage and a croissant. The staff were great, location great and products great. Also, great selfie spots inside as a bonus. The best coffee!! I wish they open another location near where i live as this is in downtown Las Vegas. The vanilla late, half sweet, on ice, topped with vanilla cloud was absolutely amazing!! I looooove the decor! Adorned with the awesome LED sign that says "I'm different" to reinforce their support for the special needs community and the cashier who works there is a breath of fresh air! You can enjoy a mimosa or a specialty coffee! They have a nice menu offering which my whole party gave 10's. I had a Bagel sandwich that was the bomb and they put a cute little duckie in my mimosa! First things first: This is one of the most adorable coffee spots in town! Their decor is quirky and fun, the perfect place for some photos. My only regret not buying any of the cute "Dig It" merch, their mission of inclusion and kindness is essential to our community! Their staff lives up to the name and are very friendly. Next: There is plenty of street parking that you can pay for by the hour. Now to the F&B: I ordered the Mint Cookie Cold Brew on the March Menu. The minty green foam was perfectly balanced with the enjoyable bitterness of the cold brew. I especially loved the mint cookie crumbles as a garnish! I also tried the OG burrito with green salsa and it was delicious! Inside, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, and they made a great combo with the breakfast potatoes and chopped bacon. I was happy with the food prices... my burrito was only $8.50! My only complaint was I wish there were a couple more gluten free food options. This is such a cute independent coffee shop located in downtown Las Vegas. There's street parking (mostly requires payment). I loved their merchandise selection for sale & the decor inside the shop. Their motto is coffee, kindness, inclusion. There's a few backdrops that would make for great photos for social media. I ordered one of their seasonal drinks which was delicious. All of their drinks on their regular menu & seasonal looked appetizing. I feel like anything would be great here. I loved their selection of Peanut butter, matcha, and golden latte. I can dig it! A friend of mine took me out for a coffee date and I was so pleased with my visit. It's such a nice establishment. Dig it Coffee is so unique as their brand and business is founded on promoting inclusivity, equity and kindness. How awesome is that?! The decor is eye catching, there is just no way around it; it's so pretty! The pink and teal colors add a nice touch to the atmosphere making it bright and welcoming. I ordered the caramel cinnamon Dulce latte and it was amazing. Sweet but not too sweet! Prices are reasonable and I just can't get over the wonderful service. We were helped by the fabulous Travis. I visited Dig It with friends today, and we really enjoyed our drinks and croissant. I had a cherry coffee special and it was so yummy! They even sold bottled water that we needed, because we walked to an event downtown.
