I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. I went to pick up my baby's medication on a rainy day. There were three pharmacists and one technician working, and I was the only customer there. The technician handed me the medication, but when I had a question about how to use it, I was told that only a pharmacist could explain it. The technician called for one of the pharmacists, but despite there being three of them, no one acknowledged us or came over to help. They continued with their own tasks while we waited. After standing there for several minutes with my baby and receiving no assistance, I became frustrated and decided to leave. Customer service was extremely poor, especially considering I was the only customer in the store at the time. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Although the AI-answering service was terrible and not user-friendly, the pharmacy staff are top notch. They were helpful and friendly. They also made suggestions to help me manage my godparents' prescriptions. I appreciate good customer service and they delivered it without a doubt. read more

Save yourself some grief and just go to the 24 hour CVS next to St. Jude Medical Center. I am hoping the district manager from this location reads this review. The two female CVS employees inside the Target pharmacy on Imperial Hwy need to attend a customer service training class or have customer service/ etiquette skills. Jaspheet (pharmacy clerk) and Tina (the pharmacist) were unprofessional and incompetent to say the least. Jaspheet just needs to be trained properly or develop some critical thinking skills. Tina, the pharmacist should add more to her student loan debt and take some classes in etiquette. Good ol' Tina's reply:"WHAT"S YOUR POINT???!!" is her reply to a question I had for another prescription for my mother. I had to visit this pharmacy three times in two days to fill my mother's prescriptions in a hurry. First, I was told that they do not fill prescriptions 30 minutes before closing. WHAT?!!! The next day was "Oops, we do not have what you are looking for. Go to another location". Tina, "lack of manners" pharmacist did not tell me the needles were needed for my mom's insulin pens. Do yourself a favor: drive to the CVS 24 pharmacy across from St. Jude Medical Center and you will be treated with respect and appreciation for your business. read more

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST PHARMACY IN LA HABRA. If my life depended on my medication being filled, I'd be dead. They took over 4 hours to fill a prescription and when I called to get an update they left me on hold for over 25 minutes. I will NEVER fill my prescription here again. The pickup experience was never pleasant. The line is long and often people in back do not help out. But today's experience by far was the worst, a lady just went and line up behind a guy at the register so she received service right away, while I was left at the line by the sign still, when I ask the technician why make us line up way back there, why you do not control the line. Her response was she did not want to be confrontation with her. So I ask, is it my job to tell her where the line starts? No apology from her and she proceed to check me out with and rude attitude and hand me the meds without a word like thank you. Went in Target and saw a booth for a no cost flu vaccination at their CVS in store pharmacy. What sweetened the deal was the $5.00 Target gift card offered with each flu shot. My husband and I thought we scored big time but our celebration was short lived when the pharmacy tech told us the "no cost" flu shot would cost a whopping $35.00 each. We quickly declined the bait and switch trickery but then the tech offered to apply a coupon so it would be "only" $25.00 each. Even with a "coupon" applied to a $25.00 "no cost" flu shot, we said no thanks and left. The past several years we have had the same health insurance and received free flu shots at Walgreens. Surprise surprise, today we just got a free flu shot at Walgreens again so not sure where CVS comes up with $35.00 for the same insurance. Nice try CVS. read more

Today I was at the new cvs on beach and Imperial had very very Bad service from a employee her name was Hannah just because she was off the clock already she didn't want to help she was mad cause she couldn't leave yet there was something wrong with her cash register she made sure that everyone that she was off the clock she told me to my face that she can't help me cause she's off the clock ok then why was she behind the register. Honestly go anywhere else. The pharmacist literally closed the door in my face at 6:59 while I was already there waiting for 10 minutes. My prescription was called in that day for a flight I had the next morning... wouldn't be back for a week to get it. Just simply terrible service. Meanwhile the next time I went back to get it they made me wait another 15 minutes while they verified my already filled prescription. read more

I avoid this CVS after my last unpleasant experience. One of the women working there kept circling around us, as if my aunt and I were going to steal. She kept asking whether or not we need help and we continued to say no. I was wearing a black hoodie, but either way I don't feel that I should be judged by what I was wearing. On a lot more then one occasion when you are buying something buy one get one half off and even on the register keypad it showed buy one get one half at the end the system failed to take off half the price on the one that is supposed to. Check your respites before you leave the store. read more

I have a miserable time EVERY single time I come here to pick up a prescription. It's never a quick simple trip either, even with no line it can still take 10-20 minutes to finally get my prescriptions. I'm in the process of switching to a new Walgreens now. read more
