Even more impressive, by the time he was discharged and made the 10-minute drive home, his prescription was already filled and ready for pickup. The level of efficiency was incredible. What really touched me was that the prescription label was printed in my dad's native Korean. That small detail speaks volumes about the care and respect they show their patients. My parents tell me this isn't a one-time experience--they receive this same exceptional service every time. As the daughter of elderly parents, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are cared for by a pharmacy that is not only fast and professional, but also thoughtful and compassionate. The level of service, care, kindness, and professionalism was truly exceptional. I walked in at 5:41 PM, and my medication was already ready. The gentleman helping me had proactively checked my insurance, had everything prepared, and made the entire checkout process incredibly quick and seamless. When you're not feeling your best, that kind of efficiency and thoughtfulness means more than I can express. The pharmacist was equally wonderful. I was feeling uneasy about taking a new medication, and he patiently answered all of my questions, reassured me, and made me feel genuinely cared for rather than rushed. After years of frustrating experiences at CVS, often dealing with rude, rushed, and impersonal service during some of my most difficult physical moments, I cannot express how refreshing and comforting this experience was. Just for starters, I have never made a Yelp on any grocery store. I had to write this review on my…read moreexperience from last night shopping at TJ's in Irvine off of Campus. My husband, and I, along with our bestie had walked into this TJ's for some bottles of wine for our Friday evening plans. After spending some time in the store, we were helped by the amazing AIDEN! Now we have been coming here before and we have never been told welcome back or anything along the sorts. AIDEN went above and beyond to assist us and answer our silly questions about the products. Thank you for that AIDEN. After we waited in line for a couple mins. AIDEN opened up a register as he saw the lines were growing and assisted us for check out. Now here's why I am writing this. AIDEN remembered us from our previous visit which was a few weeks prior when the England/Mexico World Cup game was on. I was super impressed as that made our day. The kindness of soul to help us out and w a smile and engaging in a healthy conversation made our last min shopping experience one to rave about. I was also VERY surprised to see how many plants were on the floor that late at night. Usually all the great plants are taken by the time we make it to the store after work. I noticed this trader joes also has a lot less stuff than other locations, (I noticed a lot less vegan meat options) which was a bit of a bummer, it makes things difficult for me as a UCI student who was hoping for convenience with a TJs so close to campus, but I will still need to go to other locations often.
