Friendly staff in the store part. Well stocked- they had tp/paper towels/hand sanitizer etc. I found puppy pads at a great price here. I never would have guessed, and don't plan on getting them from anywhere else unless they are similarly priced. The only place I've found that compares (including Walmart, Target, dollar general, PetSmart, etc.) is amazon. I also love that they are thinner than any one I've tried, it really helps our on the go lifestyle. They work just as well as any other brand I've tried, and less bulk. Pharmacy is unprofessional and disorganized. Techs can't enter in insurance to apply for discounts, no instructions just push you to the side and continue to field the line. Someone else asks if I'm being helped I say no I was told to stand here to be helped. Finally over 40 mins later...the pharmacist is assisting and finally assists with the discount for a prefilled script. No I will not be returning. It's awful and only one educated employee after two visits. I'll literally drive over 30 mins to get better service. I will also say they didn't seem to have things under control, boxes were unpacked and out both days I went. I've been customer of CVS for many, many years. I used to like the stores and the company. I've gotten tired of them lately. Both the app and the website are insufferably slow, buggy, and often entirely broken. Waiting on hold when you call is toxic; a constant barrage of hard push for vaccines, at the behest of the death merchants that are Big Pharma. Just let me listen to music and bug off! Today would've been the last straw, but I'm stuck with them because of my plan. I was in a hurry and only pulled in because I saw they were only two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, the woman said it will be just a minute we're changing cash drawers. 10 minutes later, she finally showed back up. Her: "Do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" Me: "No, it's a refill." Her: "Oh, the pharmacist would like to speak with you. It will be just a minute." Tick, tick, tick. It was probably four or five minutes. This little weasel comes up and start giving me instructions for using this cream on my foot. *condescending tone* Weasel: "Do you know how to use it?" Me: "Yes." Weasel: "Have you used it before?" Me: "Yes. I'm late, may I just please have my change and go? I'm in a hurry." Weasel: *nasty look* Her: "Here's your change." Me: *takes it* Her: *starts to hand me the bag, drops it." I do not have a problem with the pharmacy. I only use them when I visit the clinic which is rarely. BUT, I do have a problem with the conditions of their restrooms!! I went in to gather urine for a urinalysis. I accidently opened the door of the men's bathroom first and was appalled at what I saw. Feces on the commode seat, the wall where the toilet tissue hangs, and on the floor. The sinks were dirty with hairs and "other" matters, which I was afraid to wonder what they actually were. Trash cans were full, and had obviously not been emptied for over 24 hours. I finally made it to the women's restroom. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. I must admit, not as bad as the men's, but still with feces or blood on the commode seat, one partial roll of toilet tissue, hairs and dirt all in the sink, and the floor very dirty. Both of these bathrooms need a thorough cleaning/sanitizing daily as any facility does. But, the appalling thing is, you are sending sick people from the clinic into your restroom, and that's the condition they find?? Amazing, and I would think embarrassing for the Management of the store!! By the way, I made a purchase while waiting to go into the clinic. I mentioned to the lady working the front register about the condition of the restrooms. She said she would tell "him" whomever "him" was. But, I was there for 2.5 hours and no one ever went and cleaned anything. I know because I checked before I left just to see how much they cared. Interesting!! read more

I realize that it is a Sunday evening what I didn't realize as a customer is, CVS is now closing on Sundays at six. I went into the store around 545. I waited longer in line to check out then I did getting my products. Only to have two kiosks is for self checkout closed, and the manager waiting at the door impatiently to get rid of us instead of opening the kiosk and allowing the customers to leave more quickly poor management on his part bad hours on CVS. It's difficult enough for people to get their prescriptions filled during the week when they have to work all week long to make it this inconvenient is even all the more reason why I will not give CVS my business. No manager should be closing the kiosks until the stores close. It is not going to kill you to take an extra 10 minutes of your time after the door is closed to close your register especially if you want people out as soon as possible. read more

I noticed at lot of not great reviews on this location but I think otherwise entirely. Every time I have gone to the pharmacy they've been extremely friendly and helpful, even if they're busy. Vee at the Minute Clinic made my long wait worthwhile. After having a horribly long day and fiasco with strep throat, Vee was extraordinarily kind to me in a desperate time of need. She thoughtfully introduced herself and made me feel very welcome and ensured I was in a safe situation and aware of all financial obligations and options before treating me, even though I was initially quite standoffish. She was able to induce great conversation and treated me for strep, making me comfortable and even suggesting new tips I have never been told when diagnosed with strep before. The experience was worth the wait and Vee made me feel very welcome and cared for during my visit. I will be back, thank you Vee! read more

The lady at the counter was super sweet. Unfortunately, just before checking out, a lady wearing a lab coat had asked if I was ready to check out...when.clearly, she had zero intent on checking me out, nor possessed the capability of operating the cash register. When the woman who was actually running the register came behind the counter, the catty woman in the lab coat said, 'Oh, im sorry, I wasn't trying to micromanage'.... Like hell she wasnt trying to micromanage ...being a total busy body with her fake cheerfulness and big ole fake smile. I don't know her function at this location but I wish she'd stick to it and stop making the lives of those around her a miserable place to be. Why isnt there a negative star choice? Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Whats the point in having a drive through that moves one customer every 30 minutes? The staff could not care less if they tried. Drive through should be pick up and drop off only . No consultations. And someone should be dedicated to the window . The prick behind the pharmacy counter that thinks he is God's gift to whatever was a total jerk! After telling me it will b 2 hours till they get my Rx to me and I got there 3 minutes after they opened- my statement to him was what other choice do I have and proceeds to say "plenty, Kroger, Walgreens, Walmart!" The store is great; however, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Other CVS pharmacies have led me to believe that when I submit a refill request and receive a "prescription is ready" call, I can go to the Pharmacy and pick up my prescription without waiting for it to be filled right then. Not the case with this pharmacy. I've visited this pharmacy 6 times in the past 5 months and every single time, my "prescription will be ready in 20 minutes." I don't understand if they're understaffed or if their prescription notification system is broken, but the call in and online refill request system is a system that should save you waiting time. Instead, I keep wasting time getting prescriptions filled here in hopes that "next time," the system will work. read more

I think this place's problem is that they're really, really short staffed. There's always like one poor cashier person who also is trying to manage merchandising and stock. That's easily at least a two person job. So you're awkwardly standing at the counter forever until someone realizes you're there, or the cashier has to keep running back and forth. The cashiers and workers are always nice enough. I don't think it's their fault, I think the store just has a work flow issue. The pharmacy is always superrrrrrr slow! The drive-thru is a huge waste of time and gas. I once stood in line inside the store for almost 40 minutes waiting for my name to be called. Turns out it had only taken them 10 minutes to fill it, they just never bothered to tell me! I was RIGHT THERE. The walk-in clinic is awesome, though! I usually only go when it's a time my doctor isn't open, but I've had the nurses suggest prescriptions or other advice that ended up being way more helpful than anything primary care ever did. It does kind of suck that they don't have multiple nurses so they don't have to close down when they have to take a lunch break- especially since a lot of the time people might need to run out and get shots or see someone real quick during *their* lunch break. But in reality they probably don't get enough of a demand to have two people there all day long. One last thing...they always look like they're closed, even if they're open. The 'CVS' lights don't light up, the parking lot is very dim, and have the time at night I can't tell if they're even open lol read more

The 1 star I am forced to give goes to the main store staff who are friendly and helpful. But they lose 4 stars because of their pharmacy. Extremely slow, always backed up on orders. Even if I put in the order 2 days in advance it seems like they wait until I arrive before preparing it. They are either understaffed or poorly managed. read more

Use any other pharmacy if at all possible...they take forever to fill any prescription I have ever filled, they have lost my prescription more than once, have forgotten to order something I needed and when I should have been able to pick it up told me I'd have to wait another day or two so they could order it, and every time I go there I wait for 30-45 minutes to pick up something they said was filled, and 95% of the time they are rude (I realize that I don't feel good and may not be the most pleasant person to talk to but you are in customer service it's your job to be nice)...I have to use them due to my insurance but if I had any other choice I would go elsewhere!! read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time I have gone in the last 6 months, there has been a problem. Even when I have been promised that they had my medication in stock, it has always been an issue and rarely ever get my medication the day it is promised to me. Practically every time I get a partial refill and on some meds they have offered me a partial since I needed it so badly but would have to forgo getting the rest of my meds because they would not fill the difference at a later date?!! My insurance requires me to us CVS... I wish I did not have to use them. I don't understand how people so incompetent got a job at a pharmacy where they have such a big responsibility with a person's health. I don't expect them to know everything about every medication but if you do not have a working knowledge Of the medication you are giving me, find it or have someone help you. Just like another reviewer said, they promise to have it filled, you come back 2-3 hours later only to find out they haven't even started working on it. When I complained to them one day after I had had enough, the supervisor got it filled in 2 minutes. So how is it that it takes 3+ hours?? This poor supervisor was brand new when I complained, he had nothing to do with the problem and was very nice but even he acted like he knew everyone around him was incompetent. Don't go to this pharmacy, I've never been treated more rudely by a pharmacist in my life than I was by Nick Farless. I had a prescription filled incorrectly, and I was told by a technician on the phone I could bring it back the next day, but Nick said I was told wrong when I tried to bring it back the following day. He said I paid for it, and it was mine. He asked me the technician's name, and I said I didn't ask his name, and he said it didn't matter anyway, he runs the pharmacy not the technicians. They don't fill prescriptions the way they are written, then blame you. He threw the prescription in the window, and said take it, it's yours. Even the guy working the window was shaken up. He handed me the one prescription they had to return back even though they did refund my money for it, I handed it back to him, and his hands were shaking. read more
