Not surprising why this location has such a low review score. My goodness, we came in around 5:00 for a prescription, was told it would take an hour because they're so busy, 2 hours later we're still waiting. read more

Truly awful customer service. In addition, I really need an update for when I can pick up a prescription. I have called both the pharmacy and general store 10 times in 25 minutes. Each time my call was dropped. They say they open at 8am. It is now 8:30. I guess I am finished griping but seriously? I have been trying to think of something positive to say, but nothing is coming to mind. read more

There's a new sheriff masquerading manager at this store and eight months of pleasant experience has turned many of us into frustrated and anxious individuals. She finds reasons to bicker with doctors' offices and her vitriol puts us in awkward situations with critical prescriptions denied. One demand after another and if satisfied, she'll dig deep to misinterpret rules such as 'You haven't seen your provider in three months. Rules allow for discretion but personal conflicts drive her to make older folks in tears Albersons across the parking lot is well-staffed and helpful! read more

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy and their customer service that I'm finally fed up. The only reason it's still in business has to be location. If you don't like working with people why stay at this job?! If you are so miserable why would the miserable pay be worth it?! Tonight, 12/7/22, were the rudest little grown men duo. Ultimately, they couldn't help me which was out of their control but the rudeness could have been helped. I can read, I can see you close in 10 'min. If you would have answered your phone sooner than the 20min I sat on hold. I wouldn't have wasted your time. Thank you two for being complete jerks while I took my baby all the way over there in the cold to deal with people like you. I will avoid here like the plague. I'd rather drive an hour than suffer the torcher. **update- turns out they lied to me and turned me away. 2 days later find out they could help me and now they are still "working on it". read more

If you want to wait all day for a simple rx to be filled come here. They will waste your time and move slower than molasses.

This is the worst CVS! They can't even fulfill a simple online order. They took it upon themselves to pick whatever they wanted instead of what was ordered. Sherri the manager needs to be fired. read more

Customer service received from attendant Rain was not pleasant at all. She told me my documents weren't there asked if I received a notification which I did and when I told her I did she stated I don't think you did. Then when she finally did look the documents were sitting there. Next customer a male hi what do u need she screams to him while I am still at the counter and another lady customer was behind me next in line to ask him what he needs he said to load money on a card she says nope we don't have it. He said excuse me she then says a money order nope he said no I didn't ask for that. The thing is wait until he is up to you. The second is stop telling customers no before even attempting to service them. Unacceptable read more

This store is conveniently located with ample parking. It is clean and well-stocked. However, the woman at the front checkout should not be responsible for interacting with customers. She is constantly surly, argumentative, and unhelpful. I've experienced this across at last half a dozen visits, and it appears that other reviewers have as well. This one employee is the sole reason I do not enjoying coming to this location. read more

I am a pharmacist and I receive my medication through this CVS pharmacy because it is close to my house. My husband and I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy and the pharmacy staff. There has been 3 instances where my husband has come to the pharmacy to purchase allergy medication that contains Sudafed (3 different months). Every time he goes, he is told that they can not sell it to him because their machine is down. I know this is a lie because I have worked as a retail pharmacist. Every single month I have an issue with getting my medication filled. It will show the status "Rx On Order" for days and when I call to inquire, my medication mysteriously shows up the next day through the supplier. Today, I called about my medication that my provider sent 5 days ago and has been "on order" for 2 days. First off, this guy (I am assuming he is the pharmacist) answers the phone with no proper introduction. This is how you should answer the phone at the pharmacy: "CVS Pharmacy...This is So-and-So. How can I help you?" This guy picks up the phone and quickly says "How can I help." When I asked him about the status of my prescription, he lied and said the medication strength that I take was on back order. I had to call him out on this and explained to him that I am a pharmacist and it is NOT on back order. After a minute of him fiddling on the computer, he tells me there is a box in the fridge that they saved for someone else and he is going to fill it for me. Mind you, this medication has not been filled for 5 days and still would not have been filled if I didn't call to inquire. I had an instance a couple of months ago where my children were sick and one of my kids did not have a profile set up because she was a new patient to the pharmacy. They cashed her prescription out and didn't bother to ask my husband if our child had insurance when he came to pick the medications up. Of course, my husband doesn't know and he paid cash price for a medication that should have only cost a couple of dollars at most had they done their jobs and put my daughter's insurance information in the system. This is one of the worst CVS pharmacies I have ever encountered. Very pitiful that CVS would allow staff to blatantly lie to customers and not do their jobs!!! Never mind that I am a pharmacist; their customer service is absolutely terrible!!! read more

This review is for the pharmacy. I called today to ask a simple question about COVID antibody testing. I expected to wait for a person to take my call (no complaint about that) but when the male representative took my call he was very short with me. His tone of voice was very unpleasant as if he didn't want to help. May be an assumption on my part but customer service is very important anywhere. So tone of voice matters. And after he responded that they don't do the antibody testing there he hung up on me. I live in Inspirada and I frequent this CVS location a lot and am very disappointed. Looking at the 2 star rating this establishment has, I hope they work on their service ASAP. read more

The lady Rain is rude. I think she might have racially profiled me because I'm a minority. She was a heavy set older white lady. I feel like the cashier that took care of me lacked customer service skills. When she asked for my phone number for cvs rewards. I started to say it & she just pointed at the chip/card reader thing in a condescending manner. She said the total & handed me my receipt abruptly in a rude manner. I noticed the people around me were getting good service from the other cashier because she asked for their number & entered it & she was all pleasant about it. I'm thinking that maybe my cashier was racially profiling me because I was quiet & tried to be friendly with her & she was rude. It doesn't make sense & it's not right. I felt discriminated here. read more

Every pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with in this place has been so kind and easy to get along with. They're all very helpful, and go out of their way for you. To them, I'm sorry for the crummy review. The one star rating is very specifically for the pharmacist Joe. He's incredibly rude. He lost a paper prescription that I handed him directly (an important inhaler for my disabled father.) He told me that the inhaler would take a few days to be filled, because it had to be ordered. I came back a week later and they don't even have a record of it. Instead of apologizing for the mistake that he made, he loudly (in front of a whole pharmacy full of customers and techs) said, "I only remember you giving me a prescription for your dog that was too early to fill." It's incredibly embarrassing to be treated like this at the place that's supported to be helping you with your medical needs. I don't care how busy you are Joe, being rude and acting suspicious of the people who are coming to you for their medicine is completely unacceptable. read more

Can't leave a negative number of stars. My Dr. called in a prescription last Friday. I go to pick it up yesterday Wednesday and they say "oh we didn't fill it yet. How about coming all the way back in an hour." So I wait in line again today to find out their SYSTEM IS DOWN! WE DON'T KNOW WHAT BIN IT'S IN! How about you let me come back and look. No I didn't really say that. I should have though. Now I leave out of the country and don't have my prescription. Thanks you absolutely Worthless pharmacy. I would love to hear back from the manager. Of course if they read all negative comments and replied they would have to hire someone full time. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy on the entire planet. It is operated by complete morons. They will tell you your prescription is ready but when you arrive, you'll wait a good 20-30 minutes. We know this store is always slow. Went in at 9 am to grab some baby wipes. As I walked in I was happy to only see one lady in line already checking out. Grabbed the wipes and went to checkout. She was still getting checked out.... the cashier was talking about her blonde granddaughter and so on.. waited a few more minutes. Finally after their convo I saw her put her card in. Thank goodness. Your paying. Let's get it going lol Nooooooo they were still in the middle of there conversation! And they continued to talk and the cashier was holding the receipt hostage so The lady couldn't leave. I waited another minute or so then just finally threw the wipes down and me and little man walked out. No wipes. Pretty pathetic on how their customer service is. We get it. A nice conversation is good. But seriously. Shut up and do your job within a timely manner. read more

I would barely give this rating. The person working obviously doesn't want to be working. She sends everybody to self checkout. I needed help with CVS carepass and she acted like she really wanted to be bothered. She doesn't even know how it works. Read the screen she said! Nice help. read more

The grey haired lady that always works at the front counter should NOT work in customer service! She ALWAYS has a horrible attitude and seems annoyed if you ask her for help. I returned two cans of hair spray that don't spray... she acted as if I was trying to do something shady.... Even though I had my receipts and she tried to spray them with no success.... Then proceeded to shake them as if she wasn't going to accept them if I had used them!!! Even if they are half full I would expect my refund as they are clearly defective!!! However they never worked so yes lady they were full... Another time I stood at the counter for 9 mins ( yes I timed it) waiting while she stood over by the photo machine visiting with a lady looking at her pics.... Laughing and totally ignoring me 3 feet away.... She yells over to me to go use the self check... I had cash and that one as usual wasn't working.... She was clearly upset that I had the nerve to need her assistant. She's awful! She is a very rude lady with a bad attitude and every time I'm there I say never again will I spend my money here.... Unfortunately it's very convenient to where I live.... Just wish they would fire her. I myself work in customer service and management.... I would NEVER allow this at my workplace. There's too many people that would appreciate their job and don't hate their job like she clearly does. Hopefully CVS will wake up and do something about this issue as I'm clearly not the only one that feels this way... read more

This is by far the WORST pharmacy ever. Our family has 2 health insurance coverage and this CVS in Inspirada never billed the other insurance so we end up paying. They never did the research to bill the other health insurance or was just lazy to do the work. Albertsons pharmacy is a much better option and they automatically billed our second insurance which means no co-pay. read more

The absolute worst run company in the world. Shoot me, please end me and this pain. Ridiculous service. Wife stops to check prescription before picking me up at airport. She's told it will be about 15 minutes on one of the medicines. Tells them she will be back after picking me up. Now we're setting at the window, where we have been for going on 30 minutes, wife is ill, needs this stuff. Finally saw a human face about 20 minutes into our wait. STILL MISSING ONE THE MEDICINE'S! This location is closest to my house, but I usually choose to drive farther because of previous similar difficult experiences. I decided to give it another chance after a few years hoping things had improved. My toddler was prescribed 3 medications (two of which were OTC), and her doctor sent them around 1 pm. By 6 pm her bedtime was approaching and she really needed them for the night to feel better. I hadn't received any updates so I tried calling and would wait on hold 15+ minutes, so I was unable to keep waiting. At 7 pm we came in person and I was told by the tech with red wavy hair it will be 20 minutes. I tried to entertain my tired toddler and a half hour went by. No one else was left in line. I went to check in again, and was told no one knew I was here and that they'd get working on it right away. They were very apologetic and kind but it was another 20 minutes, and one of the OTC medications was expired after I looked at it and had to be replaced. I can't remember the name of who helped me finish the order, but she was very kind and apologetic. Then, I printed Christmas cards online using one of CVS's 5x7 layouts. The card printed zoomed in cutting off part of the photos and writing. I was offered a refund but could not keep the photos, which is very strange to me what would be done with 80 photos of my family . I was then offered a half off discount to keep the cards with the error. I did not feel they were good enough quality to send out so I opted for the refund, and ensured my photos would be shredded. I then was guided on how to print a new card, but these were more expensive. I was told i could provided a small discount which helped make up for the inconvenience and error, but when it came time to check out she said i had to pay the regular price. I don't have the time or energy to battle further, but these experiences unfortunately solidify my decision of never utilizing this location again despite it being so close to home. If the online layouts do not print correctly in store, they should be eradicated. read more

Avoid the CVS Pharmacy at 2830 Bicentennial Parkway, Henderson NV. The pharmacists are rude, incompetent and engage in ethically questionable and legally shady business practices... IN MY OPINION. The DEA should conduct an audit of their practices. I recently went to "refill" a prescription that I got filled and then refilled one time. When I tried to refill the prescription again, the pharmacist told me that the doctor forgot to put the Diagnosis Code (ICD10) which prevented them from filling the prescription. When I asked the Pharmacist to reconcile how CVS filled and refilled my prescription and are now telling me it missing a ICD10 code, the Pharmacist rudely replied, "well there must have been an oversight on our part ." The rude and disrespectful Pharmacist then hung up without saying goodbye or apologizing for the inconvenience. I can understand one mishap, but two screwups... Unacceptable! I wii do ALL my future business with Walgreens where the employees are very friendly and the Pharmacist is more competent and much more polite. read more

This pharmacy staff is rude, they lie, they are contradictory, they are deceptive, they don't know how to do their jobs and they refuse to give you your medication if you don't wear a mask. This kind of behavior is definitely indicative of a power hungry business that cares NOTHING ABOUT HUMANITY. Then, after yelling at me to put on my mask "or else", my husband took a picture of one of the pharmacy staff members not "following the suggestions" because she wasn't wearing a mask while working. They should be shut down and pay huge violation fines. Worst pharmacy in the valley. read more

After taking 2 people ahead of me and no one waiting in line, I explained the situation and asked if they could take me now. I was told I could only come back when I had an appt. even though the CVS employee tried to explain also why that didn't happen. This is my CVS of choice. I often times wait to make a CVS run until I'm in the area just because it's familiar and I generally have a good experience. While there are an amazing few staff whom I don't want to discount, I've had several negative encounters with one person in particular. I actually kind of cringe if I see her and need her assistance to handle a return or something of the sort. My 3 star review is mainly because of her crass and annoyance at any of my general requests. Consistently slow. I have called and asked about the status of a prescription to be told it would be half an hour and they had just received it. Showed up 45 minutes later and it had "just come through and wasn't ready." Most recently I sat on hold asking about the status of my prescription for over half an hour and arrived at the store before anyone actually answered the phone. I was met with a rude attitude about the staffing level. I'm sorry that you're understaffed but that does not justify bad customer service. This is THE worst CVS I've ever been in! The ONLY reason we stopped here today is because we drove past it on our way home. We're in the process of moving and are, therefore, exhausted. We didn't want to drive the extra mile or two to Walgreens. We should have driven the extra mile or two. When we walked in, the Cashier greeted a man as he approached the check-out counter. My husband went in search of masking tape. I went in search of sour cream and ice cream. They had only 1 container of sour cream and it was a mini-size. I didn't buy it. I did buy a container of ice cream. When my husband and I met back at the check-out, that same man was still checking out!!!! There was one woman in line behind the man and in front of us. She soon stepped up to the counter. Then I have no idea what happened but, before you knew it, six people were lined up waiting... waiting... waiting. The woman customer took forever. The Cashier called for help. Another cashier opened a second register and asked "Can I help whoever is next in line?" I said "I hope you can" and my husband said "I don't know. I hope so." She rang up our two measly items, totalling $12 and change. Hubby handed her a $20. She opened the drawer only to find there was no money in it. Another man got out of line and walked out of the store without his purchase. Had this been the first time this happened, I'd cut them some slack. But it is ALWAYS like this at this CVS. Either the computers aren't working; or or or. It is always something. We swore that today will be our last visit to this location. It is not like this at the CVS in Anthem Village. I don't know what's wrong with this location but Corporate really needs to do something. Speaking of Corporate, why do you insist on such long wasteful receipts? Sprouts prints two-sided receipts. Other stores offer to email the receipt in order to not print receipts. Does CVS own stock in paper mills?? Strongly recommend they take a look at their level of corporate citizenship and reduce the paper waste. read more

This is the worst location of the worst pharmacy I've ever used in my life. Expect to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes whether you use the drive-thru or go inside. The pharmacist and employees make no attempt at customer service. If you have a hyphenated last name there are endless problems with insurance authorization and finding your prescriptions. Sometimes you can pay with your card on file and sometimes you can't. Awful. Horrible. Every.Single.Time. I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favor, drive to another pharmacy. I went in yesterday looking for a product that was verified in stock online. I asked a very nice cashier for assistance, and he walked the store with me to try and find it. He finally called over another employee who may have been a manager, I believe Charity was her name, and she simply said "No, we don't stock those products". I said, "I looked it up and your website said they were in stock online". She repeated "No, we don't have those products", not even acknowledging what I said, and walked away. I DETEST being dismissed. A simple, "Oh, I'm sorry that you were inconvenienced, I'll look into that to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else" would have completely changed this experience. I'm a CVS ExtraCare member and a frequent customer. That one unfortunate experience is the reason I'm cancelling and heading to Walgreens. Dr. Office faxed my prescription while I was there. I waited 24 hrs, checking for a text that would tell me it was ready. Finally went to the pharmacy. They hadn't started it yet. They filled it while I waited. There were 7 people working in the pharmacy. Several people waiting for injections. Between filling prescriptions, giving injections, collecting Covid samples, this pharmacy is overwhelmed and understaffed. I also noted 100's of prescriptions waiting to be picked up, obviously nobody was notified they were ready. They shouldn't take on so many new services without the staff to deliver. All my other prescriptions are on mail order. I wouldn't do this again for anything. read more
