Came here to get my shots. I was taken right away. The pharmacy manager took care of me. She gave me the shots with very little discomfort. Service always good at the pharmacy. read more

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy counter I have been coming to this CVS location for nearly a decade, but the attitude from the pharmacy staff today was completely unacceptable. My doctor made an administrative error with a prescription, which required getting a corrected one called in and left me with an unexpected $100 out of pocket cost. When I politely asked if they could check a discount coupon to help with the price, the staff member dismissed me immediately in a rude tone, saying they "don't take those here." When I tried to explain the doctor mix up and asked what my options were, she literally responded, "Well, that's not my problem." I understand pharmacy return regulations and corporate policies, but there is zero excuse for blatant hostility and telling a long time customer that their issue is "not my problem." Patients deserve basic decency and professionalism instead of attitude. Management needs to seriously retrain their staff. We have choices for our pharmacy needs, and after this encounter, I would rather take my business elsewhere. read more

Would love to give 0 stars. Transferred a prescription for my daughter specifically because they said they have berry flavored amoxicillin bc my daughter won't drink bubble gum, asked 3 times to confirm and said it was the reason I was transferring, they had me wait 45 minutes for the prescription and then GAVE ME BUBBLE GUM BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THEY CARRY. Would like to light this place on fire. read more

Only give one star because I cannot give zero. The CVS on bicentennial parkway sucks. Do not need to say more.

How is this store even still open? The staff is the rudest I've ever seen out of any store in my entire life (especially the front of the store older lady with short hair). read more

Straight up rudest people I've ever spoken to on the phone. Cant reach the Pharmacy or get a call back and the front of house staff have to be the rudest, worst people employed by CVS. Management needs to do some personality training or an executive needs to clean house and start over. 1.5/ 5 stars is generous, and embarassing for the store manager, you're a drug store/ pharmacy in a nice part of town, this is unacceptable. Imagine hanging up on someone who's trying to get information because you're a lazy person at probably the easiest job possible. Whoever is working the morning shift at 8:00am on 08/05/26 needs to be fired. read more

The pharmacy is fine, but the front staff THE WORST! They seem miserable and have terrible customer service. I wish UPS would also stop using this as a drop off. Moving my RX so I don't have to go in there anymore. read more

THE WORST DRUG STORE EVER!!! I was there looking for hydrocortisone cream. Asked the pharmacy staff who didn't know where it was. He directed me to the only store clerk I could find. Her name tag said YAS and she was so RUDE! First of all, she claimed she had never heard of hydrocortisone cream. You work in a drug store and never heard of it? But it didn't end there. What she said next was unbelievable! She said "oh, it sounds like something my dad used to use," I really don't understand what she meant by this but I hope she didn't try to make me feel older. YAS was just unprofessional, rude and should not be in customer service. read more

The pharmacy staff is great, but the front staff at CVS could use additional customer service training. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very rude and unprofessional. I hope management can address this and provide better customer service training to the front staff. read more

I had an extremely negative experience at CVS on January 30th due to an associate named Crystal. She is a middle-aged woman with very short, gray hair, and her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. She was unfriendly, rude, and completely unhelpful from the moment I interacted with her. This is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from her, and unfortunately, my adult son has had similar experiences. On more than one occasion, she has followed him around the store in a way that felt accusatory and inappropriate, as if she assumed he was stealing. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or singled out while shopping. I am genuinely disappointed that a company like CVS would continue to employ someone who repeatedly treats customers this way. On another note, I would like to acknowledge another associate who assisted me, I believe her name is Kera (sp). She was outstanding--professional, kind, and very helpful. She also apologized multiple times for Crystal's behavior, which I appreciated. Her level of customer service was exactly what I expect from CVS. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation, because it reflects very poorly on the store as a whole. read more

Long lines for the self checkout as there are no cashiers. Was in line for 20 minutes which is outrageous that I ended just left to go to Albertsons. Older lady with short hair was very rude also read more

I've tried going here for multiple different things and there's been an issue every time. Prescriptions, photos, even simply purchasing an item they sell is near impossible because it's locked up and there's no employees to be found. I've had to wait in line three times over to pickup an RX. Tried printing photos and they had no idea what was going on so I just went to a different location. If you have questions they will not hesitate to answer with, "I don't know." And then walk away. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The staff are so rude and act like they hate working there. Especially the little old lady. She is THE WORST. Not our fault she made bad choices in life and has to work in her elderly years. read more

Easily the worst pharmacy in the city. Horrible customer service. Super rude pharmacy staff. Good luck, calling the number and getting anyone to answer ever. I would highly recommend never coming to this CVS. read more

Worst customer service and management I've experienced at CVS. This is the third time this store has caused problems with my online pickup orders. I paid for a $50 collagen order, received a confirmation email saying it was ready, and when my friend went to pick it up, they refused to release it even after I called the store myself. Then they substituted my order without my permission or even contacting me first. The manager was rude, refused to speak with me directly, and clearly does not know basic customer service or CVS pickup policy. If you are a manager, you should know how to communicate professionally with customers instead of avoiding them and creating problems and mistakes. Completely unprofessional experience. read more

Why these people are so rude here in this cvs? They told to go to Walgreens. They are diverting the customers. There is no Superviser and one time even they fill up wrong medication. I found out wrong medication only after I checked the pill's number on google. read more

I switched cvs pharmacies and I will say one of the staff members mandy, she is great and so helpful. She is extremely nice and was very informative with one of my prescriptions. read more

I moved all my prescriptions to Caremark. They treat me like Customer with Great Service, polite and caring. Months ago, I had a Pharmacy Staff yell at me and leave the building saying I quit. I was shocked. Two of his "friends" not the manager came and finished my request. Seems like since then it has gotten worse. Hope they improve in 2026. read more

Because there is a higher population of retirees near this particular location, I'd recommend that CVS hires entirely new staff who are polite, compassionate, and patient with the customers. Your staff purposely goes out of their way to be rude. Unbelievable. Specifically the lady with shaved/short hair. I've unfortunately had many encounters with her, she has a very abnormal & strange behavior and has walked out of the store in the midst of me asking her a question at the cashier stand without any other customers in line. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Same employees. Nothing changes. Please don't reply to my comment CVS. It's clear that you do not care about the reviews of this location. read more

The drive-thru is horrifyingly SLOW!!! If it was any slower, it would be moving in reverse! Spent 10 1/2 minutes to go from 2nd in line to 1st. Unacceptable!!!!! Inspirada / Anthem has grown exponentially and additional pharmacy options are badly needed! The staff here obviously can't handle this neighborhood efficiently! read more

I purchased some items that were locked up. The woman wouldn't even let me touch it to look at it. Then took them up to the counter, and when I asked for them, they stood there and watched me ring them up in the self check out. I am not a thief and I don't wanna be treated like this. I want to go to Albertsons from now on. read more

Review is for flu and covid shots (two visits) with appointments just like others have mentioned, if you want to waste your time, definitely stop by here. This spot is close to my work but rather go elsewhere even if I have to drive further out. 1st time I thought it's just fluke, 2nd time... yes no more! Waited about 20-25 minutes on both visits, I can see if this was a walk-in, fine. But both visits I've booked appointments and what's the POINT of an appointment if they aren't ready for you? There's only ONE guy that can do this, and he's always SUPER BUSY because everybody else comes to him for questions, etc. It seems they have a lot of entry level staff and ONE senior guy. AVOID this location unless you don't mind waiting... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Your staff is beyond rude and how a large corporation continues to employ people so rude, is mind blowing. Your self checkout staff needs to stop yelling at the customers and actually be nice for once. I'll never shop here again and I can only hop the neighborhood takes their business to Albertsons where they actual care about their patrons so this one will go out of business. read more

I tried to put 200 dollars on my card and for some odd reason they needed my moms id, proof, weird as fuck. they don't accept 100's i don't know why and the employees are rude as shit and it's as easy as you can literally just tap the card, ITS A CASHAPP CARD like are you serious fuck you guys read more

This CVS employs the rudest people. Pharmacy staff stands behind counter leaning and social chatting when you ask for help they point instead of showing you where something is. The front desk women (older women with short grey hair) will leave you standing at the counter while she helps people at self check out even if you were there first, and her attitude is the worst! All of this is a reflection of management since the team is only as good as the managers. read more

This CVS on Bicentennial is the WORST! The pharmacy staff is rude and Mandy, the pharmacist is just the RUDEST! She acts like she's God's gift and we're all scum. Just so condescending and snotty all the time. The other female phamarcist is too. How is this customer service?? Then there's Rain in the front of the store. She never smiles, is always screaming and berating the staff, and needs to be fired!! HOW is she still employed??? Are they THAT hard up that they can't hire someone nice? The other managers seem ok, and the poor staff have to deal with Rain's temper and hatred of her job. She is the worst human being I've met! What a hateful shrew! How does the store manager not see all the negative reviews about this Rain person?? The name on the sign on the building is Cheri. Maybe Cheri needs to read these reviews, or maybe they just don't GAF. I try to go there only when I need something and Albertson's is closed on holidays, but there are a couple of front store staff that deserve mention. Kira and Vy. They're both so sweet and bend over backwards to help. When I go there, and one of them are working, you can tell they're stressed out and overworked, as with the rest of the staff. Why not hire people to help out? I would stay away if I were you!! The only awesome person there in the pharmacy is Jimmy. Not only is he a sweetheart, but he knows his stuff! He's great! There are one or two others that are ok, but for the most part, I hate the pharmacy and dread picking up medications from them. They lie and say it's filled and it's never filled. They get a kick out of making people wait, especially if you have other places to go. I say go to Walgreens. Way nicer people!! read more

This CVS is the closest to me, but I've had multiple bad experiences here. One of the cashiers was very creepy and tried to get my phone number. I only come here for convenience but avoid if possible. read more

This is the single worst pharmacy in ever. They ALWAYS get my prescriptions wrong. At 56 years old I've never in my life seen such a mess. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS at this pharmacy. I really wish CVS would shut down. Their service sucks! Came here for a passport photo a few weeks ago and was told the machine was down and guess where the manager referred me......WALGREENS! Which is where we went. Again I booked our flu shots over a week ago and when we showed up to our appointment we were told they had no more flu shots and they don't know why I was able to schedule. Well why the hell didn't anyone call me!!! Terrible service and this location is TERRIBLE. read more

I had an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience at this CVS Pharmacy. I came in to pick up my prescription medication, which I rely on for my health and well-being. When I got to the counter, the pharmacist told me she was about to go on break and refused to give me my medicine. She offered no clear return time, no assistance, no alternatives -- just a flat-out "I'm on break, I can't help you." This wasn't a case of the pharmacy being officially closed -- it was open, the staff was present, and I was standing at the counter. Yet I was turned away without even a courtesy explanation of when I could return, or if there was anyone else who could help. It was cold, dismissive, and completely out of step with what you'd expect from a pharmacy that's supposed to prioritize patient care. I wasn't just inconvenienced -- I was denied essential medication that I needed that day. For a licensed pharmacist to knowingly deny access to prescribed medicine simply because they "need a break" (with no backup plan or coverage) is a serious issue -- especially if someone's health depends on timely access. Nevada law (NAC § 639.556) allows pharmacists to take breaks, but if the pharmacy is to remain open during that time, the law requires proper signage and policies in place to protect patients from being denied medication without notice. That did not happen here. Even worse, if someone has a disability or medical condition, this kind of barrier could violate federal civil rights laws under the ADA and Section 504, which require pharmacies to make reasonable accommodations and not obstruct access to healthcare services. CVS: You're a healthcare provider, not just a retail store. You need to do better. If you're going to leave patients hanging because of poor scheduling or staff shortages, that's on management -- not the customer. It's completely unacceptable to be denied medication in this way. I left feeling anxious, upset, and unheard. I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere -- and I hope others think twice before relying on this location for something as serious as their health. read more

It's 2024 and I'm glad to say they have changed pharmacists. Things are much better. The new pharmacist seems to have it together and shows consistency. The girls there are very sweet. There is still a longer wait for scripts and on phone than most pharmacies. Yet, they have improved a lot. read more

This CVS sucks. The worker unlocked my stuff and wanted to scan them herself at the self checkout which i'm not trying to steal anyway. Then I tried to do two transactions and she caught an attitude when the other self checkout was empty and there was no line. She complained saying she had to scan these items and she has stuff to do. She couldn't wait the 5 seconds for my coupons to go through so I paid $38 when I could've paid $20 and they came up a literal 2 seconds after checkout. Not that serious lady. Miserable and so rude. read more

The service is 100% better in the Albertsons pharmacy Savon just across the shopping center. First at anytime they only have two people in the non pharmacy section. it Seems everything over a certain amount is locked up. With only two clerks running the register you eventually give up and leave. The pharmacy always seems to have issues with filling new prescription. read more

This is the nearest CVS pharmacy near my home. Every time I go to pick up my medication, it's super busy and I usually wait 15-20 minutes to pick up my prescription through walking into the store or drive thru. When I call to talk to a pharmacist, the wait time is also 15-20 minutes long. A staff member also informed me when my medication would be available and I would get a text within a few hours, but toward the end of the day I didn't get a notification. I called and the staff member who answered apologized and said I could pick it up in 15 minutes, but it was 30 minutes before closing. I told her that I'd pick it up the following day after work. I feel like this pharmacy is short staffed. I think if they had more workers, phone calls could be answered, customers at the drive thru and customers who walk in can be helped in a timely manner. read more

I really like this CVS because it's easy to drive in and out of, park and run in, grab what I need and go. The store is clean and staff is friendly. The prescriptions have always been easy to order and pick up, plus they have a drive-thru if I want to stay in my car. They have fun holiday decor, coffees in the fridge, and candy when needed. Overall a nice neighborhood store that is a great addition to the area. read more
