Super, superb, and stellar! What an amazing AMPM! Wow! Located to the far south of our beautiful Las Vegas valley this convenient store is that sparkling gem that is the answer to all of our prayers. Whether just starting that road trip or in the process of an incredible journey all of an individuals needs can be met here! It's been a minute since I've been in an Arco, let me pass along sound advice this one's worth a gander! As most of us prepare for our said excursion and get the car packed, that first stop out or in town is always planned for a the local convenient store. Everyone has a favorite one where the snacks and coffee are best! This is going to be my new favorite! Just the feel of the store from the parking lot has radical waves. If our road trip was to California then this store would be totally gnarly dude, ok brows. Unfortunately there are no waves or sand planned today! As we take that walk from the parking lot to the front doors the outside of the Arco has all that colorful signage that explains the details of new products or current promotions going on to save us some dough. The door to enter the store is a sliding door, so no awkward pulling of when I exit carrying all my loot! After walking through the middle of the store, I cannot help but notice how big this store is for a convenient store. When you walk through the different aisles their is so much room. No running into displays or awkward passing of other customers. The store has that new clean smell, even though it's been here for awhile. That means the store is "really really" truly clean. Theirs no faking genuine clean. Oh the burgers here at Arco AMPM, they are legendary. If you have sampled the burgers here you know what I'm celebrating. For those that are just finding out about these meat treats, now you have the information needed to go procure one. The cheeseburgers were beyond amazing, plus it seems a decade since I enjoyed one! We loaded our cheeseburgers with mustard, relish, and extra pickle. Pickles are essential to achieving that delicate balance between meat and cheese. Glad they had plenty of pickles in stock for this trip. Smiling, smiling, and cheerfulness did I just win big! No it's Team Arco! From when we walked through the door to dressing up our burgers the glee from the crew is contagious. You know that warm hearted smile that you make between a dog and their owner, such compassion. That is how I would compare the looks the staff has between each other, then they pass that same quality onto the customers when they look at them! One could get positive energy from the glows of the employees here. When I checked out the cashier demonstrated over and over again such courtesy. Asking me questions about my visit, their store, and such. One could not fake these qualities. While leaving the store I was thanked for coming and wished well by three different employees. Boy, whom ever trains the employees here should write a book, it would be a best seller! Loving the fun and playful professional presence that the employees share this is worth a trip out of my way. I know where the best and delicious soy cheeseburgers are with such great prices. The store is superb when it comes to cleaning, it would make mom proud. VEGASSSSSS is my quick getaway and this is my go-to place to gas up whenever I drive to Vegas. I usually don't like to review chains, but this ARCO has sentimental value to me and I feel like the prices are usually 40-60 cents cheaper than gas in California and a bit cheaper than the gas stations closer to the strip. When I get to Vegas, I usually gas up and clean my windshields from all of the desert dust and insect corpse. There is complimentary vacuum service which really makes them stand out compared to other places. I usually park my car after I gas up to free up the lane for other travelers. Whether I'm rolling into town straight from work and heading to Night Club or arriving before the peak of dawn and getting ready for Day Club, this has been THEE spot where I change in their clean-enough restrooms. My girls and I do our make-up in the car and it's time to PARTYYYYYY!! Before we leave, we usually stop by one more time to fill up the tank since the prices are so cheap. It gives us the opportunity to load up the car with chips, candy and other snacks for the road. And my main priority is my road trip necessity - Yellow Vitamin Water!! This ARCO is by far my favorite of all ARCO gas station. Here is the run down. - Great price on gas compare to Cali, 0.50-0.60 cents difference. Takes cash or credit. - Great car wash and the basic car wash at $5.99 does a great job. They have a attendant that prewash your car with a power washer to get that all that bug out before entering wash. -Great location coming or leaving Vegas. -Store has the snacks you need for that long road trip. It is a busy location, but never had issues filling up. This is my goto ARCO whenever coming to Vegas. read more

With the number of gas all trying to get gas at the same time, you would have thought this was the only gas station for miles. And that's where the fun begin - jockeying for your turn at the pump. Who's going to pull out first? Who's going to be the one take that spot? Can someone finished pumping gas even maneuver through that cars waiting to even get out? Will I found a spot so I can pull in on the side with my tank? Will I be force to back up because the person in front of my and facing me because their tank is on the opposite side? Will the pump I pull up to even work? (One pump was out of order). Honestly, it was a pain to get in to this place to get gas. Luckily for me, I pulled into the lane where there was a broken pump with an out of order sign so I know nobody would pull in front of me so I was able to get out without much issue. Once there, everything was fine. Remember it's AMPM so if you want to use an ATM, there's a surcharge. Afterwards, we went to the M Resort Casino and came out with more money than we took in, so overall, it was an excellent visit to the area. read more

I like coming here to get gas. It's always busy but I think it's because it is right off the 15. I feel safe here even late at night. I've been to some gas stations where I've seen sketchy people hanging around but not here. I've been through their car wash 3 times over the last few months and my only complaint is that the water smells like poo. It's the water that is sprayed on the car when it's slowly entering into the wash. Once the soap is sprayed on, I can't smell the poo. After the wash, no poo smell, so that's good. Gas was very cheap here. It's also the last stop out of Vegas before gas becomes super expensive. Inside, it's really nice for a gas station and bathrooms are clean. When it comes to gas stations, this spot is about as good as it gets. It's always nice and clean and unsketchy - no matter the time of day. And all of the staff are friendly and remember their regular customers. The selection of snacks and drinks is above average. The gas is usually on the cheaper end. The car wash is pretty cheap by comparison. It's right off the Strip and 15 - so convenient. It's on the same property as the M Resort. And there's a 24-hour Jack in the Box next door (not my thing, but convenient nonetheless). Sometimes you just wanna go where everyone knows your name - and that's this gas station for me. It's a nice, friendly smile and a "Hello Samantha" in the morning when I stop in for my necessary Red Bull and snacks to make it through the day. read more

Walked up to counter with a case of water and a few souvenirs to purchase. As I put case of water down Kellie, the cashier said next in line. Then she proceeds to say not you, she was here first. Someone behind me who she had seen walk through the entrance door. When I walked up I visibly saw one man already with other cashier and no other customers waiting to go up. She decided she didn't want to help me at that moment so I left. My son returned the souvenirs to the counter and I decided I could purchase water as well at the grocery for much less. And have the cashiers treat me nice as well. Moving here in August, we are close to this business. I will be sure to find another place to purchase my gas and other necessities. Traveling from AZ to UT (via NV) and back, I got refills in my coffee mug at probably a dozen different convenience stores. This place was the only one where I had an issue trying to do that. Okay, fine, if it's a new COVID regulation that customers can't use their own containers, then put a NO REFILLS sign right on the coffee dispenser, not off to the side by the pop dispenser. I didn't see a sign, and so when I approached the cashier, she (abruptly) told me, YOU CAN'T DO THAT. YOU CAN'T REFILL YOUR MUG. YOU CAN'T DO THAT. DUMP IT OUT. DUMP IT OUT. As rude as she was speaking to me, instead of complying by dumping out the coffee into a drink overflow grate as I did, I should have dumped it right there on the floor, and observed how she liked rude behavior in return. Hindsight is 20/20, I guess. BTW, some kid (employee) was dust-mopping the floor in my vicinity as I was getting my refill, adding creamer plus sweetener, and stirring it. I moved out if his way to let him cover the area where I was standing. Why didn't he say something to me then? My wife went ahead paid for her fountain drink, and the cashier made some apologetic comment to get about how she realized the "no refill" signs aren't posted right at the coffee machine. This is the last gas station before leaving the Las Vegas area. It was located next to the M Resort Hotel so it was convenient for us to buy some caffeine, gas up, and leave before the other Californians headed home. They don't charge an extra fee for using your credit card here which is nice. They have a self service car wash, plenty of snacks, and even some slots here. They have a free vacuum to clear out the dirt in your car which is also nice. We were in and out fairly quickly. It's right off the I-15 by the M Resort so you can't miss it. read more

5 stars as every time I come here, no matter what shift is working, the Employees are always friendly and smiling. The store and restrooms are clean. They have a few different brews of coffee available and good snack selection. The employees will actually help you look for items if you can't find something. Holy Cow!!! The managers are friendly and helpful as well. This place is packed on the weekends with all the CA traffic coming and leaving Vegas. It can be a bit congested at times, but hey, CA folks are used to it. During the weekdays and most evenings it's easy to get in n out quickly. The parking area and gas pump area is well lit and always looks safe at night. They have a car wash too! read more

THIS ARCO STATION ROBBED ME! THE OWNERS ARE THIEVES! I went in this Arco to get gas and told the lady at the front counter which gas pump I was on. She put the amount to the wrong gas pump and I had my receipt. I went back in the store and they would not refund my money or add my dollar amount to the pump I was actually on. We' have visited this station more than 50 times. It's a busy little joint. This week was a poor experience. Yet it was the only notable one too... Saturday I visited, fueled, & bought a car wash with the petrol. The short story, their car wash ripped the driver side whipper arm off our jeep. Sergio the empathetic clerk requested I fill in a form & specifically verified my contact info. No response from the good folks at AM/PM on Sunday. Maybe they were watching the Broncos game. Today is Monday, I made the trip to visit with the Ast Mgr on duty. Nancy. She couldn't give two turds in rucksack about the damage or any resulting liabilities. "There is a sign that sez, We Are Not Responsible For Damages."- said Assistant Dumb-Dumb. This often-busy little (little? with at least 8 pumps, a Jack-in-the-Box, a car wash, self-vacuums, and 50 parking spaces - count 'em!) gas station is perfectly tucked away in the St. Rose Parkway-side embrace of the M Resort. This isn't the same Arco that used to be my "Oh scheiße - last chance for gas before the Shell at Jean!" stop, although it pretty much is still your final option before leaving town. That Arco was demolished in the building of the M Resort (it's now the curving drive leading to the parking outside the spa entrance), and this one was built about a 60-second walk away. (Yes, I spent too much time on Google Earth verifying this, and now I must share.) Even though the pumps are often busy, stress stays low as traffic flows pretty logically through the two entrances/exits. Gas prices are as sane as any other suburban fill-up, and if you have points on your M casino card, you can pay with those instead of cash or credit. I've never done more than look inside the main building, but it seems clean and welcoming. Not sure what the public restroom scene is like inside, but of course pretty M resort is right next door if you need the potty. I really like the car wash here for three reasons. One, it's the type where you align your left wheels inside a groove which then pulls you along. (Place car in Neutral! Do not attempt to steer or brake!) I'm always paranoid that I've not done this right, but I think freaking out then seeing everything be okay Every Single Time helps keep my OCD tendencies at bay. Two, tri-color wax! Plan your car stereo selections accordingly. But really, the big reason is number three, the price, which starts at $3.99. Usually I buy the most expensive car wash available whereas my husband buys the cheapest. At this Arco, he'll bump it up to the middle selection. It's still cheaper than the $6 we were paying at Sam's Club. Alas, this gas station isn't particularly convenient for me unless I'm at the M Resort, and I seem to be at M less and less all the time. But, when I am out that way, I try to get my gas or car wash here: full features in a relatively peaceful environment. read more

This store was slightly dirty but considering the amount of people that were in and out of there during the short time I was there it was acceptable. The employees were friendly and quick to help. Other then being the closest ARCO station to my house and the last gas station I see before heading on the I-15 from Saint Rose, they have cheap gas and even better.... a cheaper car wash! When you fill up with an 8 gallon minimum purchase, I believe they discount your car wash by $1. While this may not seem like much, their most basic wash starts at $4. And they have a very long tunnel with an easy left turn to get into which is very helpful if your driving a very long car like a limo. read more

Incompetent cashier put my $80 on the wrong pump. Mercedes which was parked at the pump which had my $80 on it filled up and drove off. The station tells us they don't even know how much gas he got on my card. The station manager couldn't resolve the issue immediately so let's hope the credit card statements come out correct and I don't have to go to corporate. What a pain read more

I'm not usually a gas station reviewer, but the location and convenience of this one called for a special mention. First it's pretty new. Second, it's one of the last gas stations before you leave Vegas heading south. The gas is cheap, there is a car wash, and it's across from that large solitary Casino "M" that also houses a "Hash House a Go Go" Which is pretty good, or at least the one in San Diego is. So on an early start out of Vegas, stop for cheap gas then go get a hearty breakfast from the Hash House. You can almost make it back to San Diego on both! read more

If I could I would put zero stars, Don't get gas here, I was on my way to the Vegas strip and needed gas, put 30$ in the tank. Then I went to jack in the box came out and was told my gas was stolen by someone else, Before my fiancé could even move the car to the pump I purchase gas at. The store manager and associate had a full conversation with the person who stole our gas, and yet didn't try to call the police or stop him. The Store manager said they can't refund me or help me the lady name was Tami, I believe. She accused us of saying we were accusing her of being in cahoots with the unknown person, she got angry at us then said, "it's nothing they could do sorry," and that she wasn't going to continue to deal with us, and walked away. The good: 1. Prices are on the lower side. The prices are typical of other ARCO stations, which is a surprise since this station is the last one out of Vegas. 2. This station accepts credit and debit cards with no fee. Most ARCO stations charge a fee. 3. Staff is friendly and keeps the place clean. The not so good. 1. Can be crowded on Sunday afternoon and evenings when the Californians are leaving town. 2. I have seen a number of occasions where 25-50% of the pumps are broken and out of service. 3. I once had the pump not stop and spray gas all over my vehicle and on the ground. Thankfully only got a little on me. 4. AM/PM just stopped offering the frequent buyer card for cold drinks (buy five, get one free). The card is only good for hot drinks now. A change like this shows that frequent customers are not appreciated at this station. Instead of buying 2-3 drinks a week here, I will now go to 7/11 or Mavericks were the price is less. read more
