My doctor sent a last-minute allergy prescription to the Southern Highlands location, instead of Silverado Ranch. The technician who answered offered to transfer it to their location, even though it would take a bit longer than if I just went to Southern Highlands. I asked her to go ahead, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Special thanks to Taylor, the technician who handled my call and got everything ready so quickly. Her efficiency meant I could take my medication and get to work without missing a day. That kind of service makes a real difference. I've had consistently positive experiences here, only one staff member over time seemed less enthusiastic about customer interaction, but everyone else more than makes up for it.
