Get your systems updated and make it easier for the customer to check out or thorough training for your staff. Especially when your customer is sick and having to repeat their phone number about 30 times, I had an old number on file, which she was trying to update and sign me up for a new card... I don't want any of this!! I must have repeated both numbers at least 15 times. I just wanted to be rung up and leave. This was 45 min process all together and I was so annoyed, while I'm sick, uncomfortable and freezing in the store! I won't ever fill my prescription there again. read more

Shouldn't even be given one star, customer service was awful. I called Cvs with an issue with an online photo order that wasn't allowing me to pay in store even though I was picking it up in the store, the woman on the phone instructed me to reattempt to make the order and I tried to explain to her that I had already done that and she hung up on me. So I decided to go to the store to get help in person with the pick up in store item that I was trying to order online and the woman told me there was nothing she could do I had to have a credit card for the online order even though in the beginning of the order we selected pay in store, but once we got to check out it wasn't giving me the option to pay in store and then she said she would give me 30% off if I completed the order in the store at the photo kiosk. So I completed my order after having issues with the kiosk not showing all of my photos that I needed to complete the book. So I asked the woman for some help and she looked at me and said there's nothing I can do about it and she walked away from me with a scowl on her face. So then I decided I would make the photo book with other photos I could actually access on the kiosk, when I finished I had ordered (1) 8x10 photo book (1) 5 extra pages. The photo printer printed out all of the pages for the photo book except for 1 page, and it printed 10 duplicate photo pages that I didn't order. The woman was saying it was my fault and she was going to charge me for the extra prints that I didn't order. After waiting an 1 hr and 30 minutes, because the woman was adamant that the missing page would print out but it never did. She then said it wasn't my fault and she wasn't going to charge me for the extra prints since there was no more photo book supplies left. But she charged me for (2) 8x10 photo books at $8.50 plus the $1.99 for the (1) 5 extra pages. But she didn't give me the 30% off that she had promised me in the very beginning. The duplicate pages aren't in a photo book the woman placed them in a folder but I was charged for 2 8x10 photo books, when I am definitely not doing any business with cvs at all ever again I'll continue to go to Walgreens much better customer service than at cvs. read more

Very close to my house. Great service. Typical CVS that carries all the things other CVS's do. Needed a particular type of button battery urgently couple days back. They carried that too! Very close access to get meds or prescriptions for me, hubby or kid! read more

Horrible service! Avoid at all costs! My doctor submitted an electronic rx on Tuesday afternoon and sent me a text message at 1:15pm to let me know it had been done. I went Wednesday morning and the guy at the window blatantly lied to me and said they didn't get it. He stated that he entered all the orders before he left at 6pm Tuesday but he never got it. I left knowing the time stamp was on the electronic rx and returned several hours later. I waiting in the drive though 10 minutes (one car ahead of me) and no one came to the window. Too sick to go in, I called WALGREENS and asked them to transfer the rx to them to pick up. Both the Walgreens and I called all several time Thursday no answer. By late Friday evening Walgreens still could not reach the cvs. They documented each call and it either rang with no answer or went to voicemail - with no return call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that the phone system was down. I finally gave in tonight and picked up the rx. I asked the girl at the counter if they had had problems with their phone system. She said, "No, we're just too busy to answer." Too busy to answer, too busy to come to the window, WTF? Thought it would be convenient to use this pharmacy but apparently they are Too Busy to provide decent customer service. Last time I use any CVS ever! read more

This pharmacy has serious problems with accuracy of information and reliable service. I gave them a few chances, but they have officially lost my business. The best part is that the staff doesn't mind. read more

Staff is always pleasant and attentive. The store is located conveniently in my community. They have a variety of things available that allow me to make one stop for many of the common things I may need. read more

Waited in line in the drive through for 25 minutes behind 1 car. They just don't care. They could care less if we sit and die in this car. The tech was less then helpful. They screwed up our insurance. The place is a joke! I never would go here if there was an ounce of competition! read more

I like CVS Pharmacy. It's close to where I live. I always order my refill via their app. I noticed their service has gotten worse recently. Usually when I place my refill order it's ready the same day or the next day. The only delay that could occur is when they are out of stock. I have been using this location for over 4 year. Not until recently I noticed their service gets worse. I placed a refill order 5 days ago, and it's still "In Process" status. I called and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I have to drive their and ask them what going on with my refill. I spoke with the cashier and he told me that they have a lot of orders to fill hence the delay. They have the item in stock. They are short handed. Okay fine. I placed another refill the following month for the same exact item. Same thing, status "In Process" for over 5 days. No calls, no notification, nothing from CVS Pharmacy. I called them again. Put me on hold again. Finally spoke with someone after another 20 or more minute on hold, she told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Drove to the pharmacy 30 minutes later to pick it up, it was not fill, not ready for pickup. I had to wait for them to fill it on the spot. There was no one in line for prescription pickup. No one was on the phone, these people just don't want to pick up the phone or help anyone. I feel like it's just a job to them. They don't care if your prescription is filled on time or not, they get paid regardless. I will gladly take my business elsewhere if they don't want it. I do not recommend anyone to use them if they need to take their medication on a regular basis. They don't communicate with you. read more

Worst drugstore ever. I have received the wrong p prescriptions several times. THATS SCARY I am totaly serious the wrong amount or the wrong drugs! Always have billing problems. I kept going there only because it was close but when they gave my son 3 times the amount he was prescribed that was it now I go to smiths. Its crazy that a drugstore can mess up so much and remain open. I know several people that have had the same problems there. read more

I had trouble the other day with a money gram order , in fact I dealt with them all day and couldn't get anywhere with money gram and the employees working that day. So I went back at night and spoke to Arvind ( cvs night time cashier) about my issue, he told me he would help me out so after that I callled money gram one more time and Ardvind got on the phone with them and cleared the whole mess up for me . He went out of his way when he didn't have to. I was ready to write off cvs but will now shop there when he works . Awesome employee great customer service ! read more

Kevin at the pharmacy was really kind and helpful. Cvs needs more employees like Kevin.

The absolute worst and I mean worst pharmacy ever, the employees are incompetent and slow and full of excuses. 2 times now they have quoted a time that my prescription would be ready and of course it's not. This time they didn't even enter it after having it for 5 hours. read more

This is the poorest service driverless that I have ever experienced. From not being able to locate my prescriptions to my waiting for 10 to 25 minutes (inside or out) in the driveup I have can't help but wonder what happened to management. If you need more help ask mgmt for it. I notice that the chit chat between those inside seem to be not only an annoyance to me but others that are waiting. So inside or outside this location could use less chaos and more automation and attention to working smarter for those of us that need meds. read more

And that is too high of a rating. We bought $300 in $100 gift cards for people in December 2017. None of them were activated and we only found out after we were embarrassed when we were told by the gift recipients. We called Visa and they confirmed they were never activated. We disputed this with our credit card company and CVS challenged them and said that they were. CVS customer service and the store manager were not helpful in resolving this dispute and we are 2 months into this debacle and are now resorting to filing a complaint with the State Attorney General. All CVS had to do was contact Visa for the information that the cards were not activated and they refused. WhY? Never will shop here again simply because of their refusal to resolve disputes with their customers. Not activating a gift card is the same as stealing as far as I am concerned. They Carry these Vanilla Gift cards and it is their obligation to follow up on these complaints. read more

Worst Customer Service ever! I would erase the "one star" if I could! Went to this CVS location twice, because it was convenient. If I did not have to buy medication for my son, I would not choose to go to this CVS. First night (10pm): I went to the register to pay. The lady working behind the counter said "we'll be right with you". She overhead paged someone, then she left. I waited for 10 minutes. Nobody in sight. A young man comes in, after throwing out the trash (my husband saw him outside), and FINALLY helps me. Really...10 minutes!!! Second time (5 pm): I'm standing at the Pharmacy counter for approximately 6 minutes. There were 3 people working behind the counter. Nobody acknowledges the fact that I'm standing there needing assistance. I was so over it by that point, I walked away. I had a sick kid that needed medication. I don't have precious time to waste. This place needs to educate their staff about Customer Service. I'm so dissatisfied! Would not recommend anyone going to this CVS location. Go to Walgreens, Target,...anywhere else but here! read more

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy we have ever come across. First, their app for the phone is ridiculous and rarely works, secondly they'll say they have a prescription ready and 7 times out of 10 it's not. Thirdly, they say they'll contact the doctor's office when they have to on their end and they don't.. Fourth, they have one counter for pick up and we live in an area where many people are on medications and if the line is long they don't have 2 people help (as far as I've ever seen) and you'll see about 5 workers in the back with their heads down either ignoring you, MAYBE working, or just back there goofing off! I understand they need some free time, but get the customers taken care of and then goof off. Oh, and it's funny how you ask them for help and they're rude to you like you're bothering them when you're next in line and then say they can't handle something but I'll go out to my car and sit in the drive through and voila, they can help, and sometimes it's the SAME person you just spoke with at the counter.. I've had it.. This morning I called about my daughter's meds that they've promised for a week and was on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up.. Going back to Walgreens, I don't care if I have to drive 5 extra miles to get there, I'll still save time. Grrrr.... read more
