Yelp needs to provide the option of giving no stars, because that's what this location deserves. I went to this location to make some prints, using their kiosks to do so. At other CVS locations I've been to, you can log onto Facebook and select photos to print, and this CVS doesn't have that.
So after getting the attention of this one employee (older, black, about 5'10", grossly long pink acrylic nails) I tried to explain what I was looking for and, proceeds to interrupt what I'm saying to only tell me another option that requires downloading an app (which was spoken in a rushed and disrespectful tone). Mind you, I had done nothing to receive this poor quality of customer service (or treatment from another person for that matter), while I was figuring this process out by myself, with NO further assistance from this older woman, she was greeting other (white) customers, using a forced, cheery attitude (to further add I was not even greeted by this older woman)!!
I'm absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service and human decency I was shown here. It was blatantly obvious this older woman favored other ethnic groups, it's the most important part of a job like this to be, at a bare minimum, DECENT person, and she failed horribly. It disgusted me to watch her treat others so great while I was treated the exact opposite.
I will never return to this location, and will make sure none of my friends and family never come here.
Little piece of advice, one bad apple spoils the bunch, and maybe you'll get a better rating if you replace these awful employees with ones that actually deserve it. read more
