Michelle and Noura worked hard getting everything taken care of a long line and did great! (Beau is another pharmacy staff member I usually see but he wasn't there this time). Everyone is friendly (although, busy) and I feel like they need to know they're doing a great job. Thanks team! (And also, working at a local Dr's office, I know this pharmacy is easier to get ahold of than another's- Walgreens is the worst).

I've used Dokimo's since they opened 19 years ago and they were perfect. When I ordered new Blood Glucose Meter strips for a client I found out after trying to use them that they were the wrong strips. They were strips for a new type of monitor. I brought them back and the clerk said that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't choose the correct ones. I had no idea there were new monitors and strips. They should have asked me what monitor I was using to sell me the correct strips. They put the blame on me. $92 down the drain. I'm changing to Raley's. They give the best customer service in their pharmacy in our area and I can shop while waiting for my RX's.

I went into Rite Aid to buy a charger and ask if I might plug it in there. Richard Helped me by searching for the right charger because my phone is older. When it would not charge fast enough on the "Photo" computer, He provided a personal wall plug for me to speed things up. Richard, I am so grateful you were there in my crisis. I was able to charge my phone and respond to the tow company and get home! Your caring customer service made all the difference to me, calmed my racing heart and I could trust things would be ok. I've switched all of prescriptions out of Rite Aid except for this one and there is always a problem. They can't ever get the Rx coupons to go through but all of the other pharmacy's don't have a problem. They put Rx back before the allotted time you have. I thought instead of wasting these 30 min of my life because rx was put back I'd pick up a few things. Shelves are empty..literally empty!! They deny that they're shutting down but they might as well. Worst place in town!!

My doctor filled my prescriptions there to try to save me some money . Next time I'll just pay more to go to cvs . She couldn't hear my dob a couple of times so I repeated it louder and clearer which seemed to set her . When I came in only one lady with er at counter and I went down a middle aisle that seemed to be right , but apparently I was not standing in the right spot , and with my luck ...the cashier was Amber ... who very rudely told me I was not standing in right spot .
