The worst pharmacy ever. Do not use if you need emergency meds from the hospital. This pharmacy does not care. They are rude and act like they don't get the faxes sent by the ER. I will never use this pharmacy or this store ever again. The crap in this store is overpriced, even the smallest snack. I do not want a cold hearted pharmacist. I'm very sick and need compassion from my health providers and their support staff. read more

The pharmacists Alan's technicians are great. But, why can't they have a phone number to actually speak with someone? I am calling them right back and need to leave a message each time. This is really bad service instituted from corporate. Also, get rid of the self checkouts. read more

Poor Service by lady with black hair up in a pony tail. buying some cough syrup so can't use the self check out without approval so we went to the counter where the light was on. the clerk behind the counter didn't move to help us so we started scanning our items there thinking that too was a self check out. Because what employee would ignore a custom eat the counter? Is scanning our own products at 'their" register got her attention as she yelled at us for using it. Instead of telling us nicely and move to help us check out she thought it best to yell, flip the computer screen around, cancel the transaction and tell us she'll get a clerk to ring us up. what was she? Why couldn't she just finish what we started? Nope, had to use a different self check out and then wait for another person to approve my cough syrup purchase. Needless to say the once convenient drug store on the corner who once had helpful people is no more. I will be taking my business down the street to Walgreens or Raleys. oh and as we were walking out the lady with black hair in a pony tail had some very disrespectful and rude comments about us to the other employee. I came here while in town visiting my mom and the cashier had the WORST work ethic of anyone I have ever seen in my life. She was sitting down with her knees up and on her cell phone until another employee called her out. I think Nina was this unprofessional girls name. I have to say that I am in this store EVERY week! They have some great deals on sale and extra cash coupons. I am giving three stars because after being a regular, to the point that Dennis knows all the cashiers by name I had a very disappointing customer service experience. I bought allergy medication because it was on clearance for $1.67. Now, I know this is super cheap for generic Benadryl but you can get it at Wal-Mart for .88 cents too. The ONLY reason I grabbed 2 boxes was because of the sale price. I didn't realize they charged me the full price of $6.99 each until later. No biggie, right? I brought my receipt on my next visit to get a simple correction. It went like this... "well ma'am...you used your rewards card and got credit for spending that $ so I can't give you the $ back... Me: uuuuuummmm? What? I don't care about the points I just want to pay the marked price. Long, ridiculous story short the manager came out and made good after I marched over to the area where they had it marked. Good for the basics I have stopped here on the way home a few times. The have all the drug store stuff. Pretty well organized and the store seems pretty clean. Doesn't seem to have many staff around. But they show up if the line is long, so works for me. They have a cooler full of good drinks that makes this more convenient than some other drug stores. read more

This CVS is my go to to Pharmacy. Sure, it's a little unkept outside with cobwebs and what not but they sure seem to take care of the beauty of an oak tree exiting on Auburn-Folsom Road. I'm a tree lover. Therefore, an admirer . Inside, I practically know everyone. I frequent shop there. Mostly as an afterthought, when I'm picking up medications. Everyone there seems to be friendly & helpful. I'll tell you what, it sure as heck beats the heck out of the CVS in South Sac on Mack Road witch is where I used to go before I moved into to my beautiful gorgeous mansion in G.B! My wife just got home from buying me some drinks at CVSPharmacy where she paid $16.99. She then went to Raley's across the street to buy groceries and found the drinks were a full $5 cheaper there, so she tried to return the case to the CVSPharmacy. She was told she could not return it because it was alcohol, even though it was a sealed cardboard case. We will not be shopping at this pharmacy ever again. I hope they think it is worth it. Don't know why but this store is always dirty. It starts before you go in with the trash cans by the door are always full. I went inside to the pharmacy and while waiting in line I noticed that the shelves have dust on them, not just a little, but like they haven't been touched in months. I also then saw over 50 dead bugs on the shelves! Yes I counted. Have sent management an e mail but to no avail. Dead bugs are unexceptable CVS. Also saw dried up gum on a shelf. These things are on the shelves with pills on them. Either there are lazy employees or a manager who doesn't care about the store. Avoid this place. read more

This place is near my house and the staff is always very helpful. My only complaint with this place is that most of the people that I have encountered in here are buying some sort of liquor and cigs. I just find it odd....all different times of the day. It hasn't stopped me from going in...just an observation on the clientel. read more
