Brenna is the best. She has the best customer service around. She is so nice to all the customers and always has a smile on her face.

I stopped coming here so much because the staff are very cranky, they make me uncomfortable and there's no reason you need to ask me 3 times in the same exchange what my birthday/birthdate is. My mom always said if you've got nothing nice to say say nothing at all, but I honestly wish i could give 0 stars. Been here plenty of times over the years and I've never had a problem, except for anytime I've deal with Paul. I've seen him be extremely rude to elderly, pregnant women and children and myself as well. Paul didn't want to accept my ID today since it was out of state. I even had another ID to prove authenticity of myself and age and this is the first time in life having more meant less lol. I'm 33 and have a CA issued real ID I fly with... but somehow this place's system says "easy ID not enabled" when they scan mine so they can't sell me alcohol and the workers and manager cannot tell me what that even means. Waste of time. read more

Came here to purchase a couple of beers before heading to the lake and was refused service by Dede. My poor boyfriend's i.d. expired last month and he forgot his temporary one. So when I walked in to purchase the items and she was super rude and denied my service. I think with so many other places selling similar items maybe the customer service could be stepped up a bit to help business. Melissa was absolutely NO HELP whatsoever, had a very bad attitude and refused to give me contact info for a manager when I repeatedly asked for it and then as I was leaving, she continued to hurl insults at me. I came in and got an icy and tried some gas. However, the line got long and I looked too hasty and said the wrong pump number for 26$ worth of gas. I didn't even get outside the door before I realized, still waiting on just 1 person that was behind me, I told him my mistake. He told me too bad, someone already pumped my gas. I went to the pump where this happened, and his pump stopped at 12 dollars but he had paid 20, turns out he said the wrong pump as well. He paid cash, me with a debit card. We both went in to straighten it out. He told us that someone else got the gas and we were out of luck. Too bad. It's our fault. I get I made a mistake, but you can't just roll up and get gas without paying anymore. He started yelling at me telling me to get my money from the man who didn't get the amount of gas he had paid for. . My card was charged $26 dollar s and I got zero, ZeRo gas. When I protested he started yelling and kicked me out. He didn't even try to solve anything or help, and we were all willing to wait and help if we could. He didn't even try. Don't go here. Staff is incredibly rude here. Almost didn't honor our 49cent coffee coupons from entertainment.com, insisting they didn't know what it was and then saying we are supposed to print them, when it says you can show the barcode on your phone. After they said WE were holding up the line, the finally figured it out and rang us up without even a thank you or have a nice day. Ugh. read more

The staff especially ladies behind the register have no customer service skill. They are rude especially Angie and I asked her i am buy this she acted like she didn't feel like to sell it to me. asked her a question and she gave me a dirty look. On many occasions i have noticed employees with attitudes and no customer service skill. To the manger you can do better than that or more will complain and the employees act like they are forced to work there. Cheap gas, convenient location, but skip the store. I went in because they advertised a breakfast special and I needed to grab something before going to work. When I tried to get a hot cocoa, it came out as hot water with a slight tan tint. Then I tried the coffee which was dark syrup. Finally I went to pay for the combo and it was a dollar more than advertised. I asked about the special and the clerk said "Yeah, I think that's for a small coffee or something...I don't know." I stopped here Saturday to get gas and a snack and use the restroom. When I walked in the business the door to the restroom was not locked so I proceeded to open it and do my business. About 30 seconds later the door flung open without being knocked on and the customer and employee were staring at me with my pants down. Upon confronting the manager about this she replied shit happens she then refused to give me the number to the corporate office. Inexcusable behavior from a bunch of perverts. I would give this store 5 stars. However, the Bathroom was quite dirty. One Cashier going from 1 register to the other on an extremely busy Friday 3pm. Employees deserve 5 stars each. If I could give this location negative zero stars that would be too many! Today I stopped here as I often do to get gas. I left and went on about my day to shortly receive an alert from my debit card company stating a $100.35 transaction occurred from this specific gas station. I phoned the company to dispute and investigate to which I was informed "the merchant transacted an authorization fee" that was since reversed. In ALL of my years of banking, or being a consumer I have never heard of such outlandish bs. I will say the clerks are typically friendly and helpful- but THIS has turned me completely away from this location. There are way too many scams and schemes going on these days for this type of thing to be justifiable or acceptable. read more

Nice has station, plenty of pumps and convenient location on the corner of Douglas and Harding. They have a small shop to buy snacks. Attendants are very nice and prices on gas are always good ;) read more

For a gas station this is place is nice. Clean, easily accessible, coming from granite bay. The gas is actually one penny cheaper than in granite Bay. Lots of pumps. Friendly staff. read more
