It wasn't a light tap either. Luckily I have a metal bumper so it didn't scratch. Dryers at the end have a 60 second timer, but turn off with 7 seconds left on the timer. Inside of washing area is very dirty and appears to have mold in some areas, needs a deep clean. Being one of two no touch washes in my area, this one I will avoid. I've had a long wait because the guy working the window waits on the person at the other drive up window at the same time making my wait longer than it should be. Today I tried talking to him several times and he was waiting on the driver who was behind me and ignored me. The customer at the other window had to tell him I was trying to get his attention before he listened. I had pressed the call button 2x and he ignored it. Since it was the 2nd time he has done this, I find it rude. Maybe he thinks it's multi tasking but when your the customer and a person behind you is being taken care of first, it is frustrating.

On May 15 I drove through the parking lot and one of the gas tank fill covers was not secured in…read moreplace or it was broken and not marked/sectioned off. I drove right over it, the cover flipped up and lodged itself between my front passenger wheel and fender, ripping my faring causing damage to my vehicle. I went into the store and reported it to the manager, Inder, immediately. I asked for the store owners contact information which he refused to give me. Instead he said he would take my information and have them call me. Its been a month and nothing. No phone call. I was given the corporate phone number for 7-11 but they told me I had to call the store owners insurance company. Again I asked Inder for that information and was refused. I am now forced to file a claim with my insurance which is fine but it should be the owners insurance taking care of this, not mine. This store owner is shady and purposefully dodging me and not taking responsibility for faulty equipment on his property. The broken tank cover is still broken! At least at this point, there is a cone over it to prevent other people from driving over it.
