The pharmacy staff are the most miserable people I've seen. As a nurse, I'm appalled how they treat patients. Get out the of the field if you can't be compassionate. Also, the pharmacy is supposed to be open until 6. They shut the window on my husband at 5:55 as my husband pulled up. It's supposed to snow so we really needed to pick up the meds. They heard him outside and still ignored him. I'm going to change places after this. read more

I came in here to pick up a couple of prescriptions so thought I would grab a gift card to the store as a gift for photo printing. When I couldn't locate CVS gift cards within their lovely end cap of other store's cards I waited in line at the front register to ask. The store associate working the front counter had no idea if the store even sold CVS gift cards and wasn't willing to help me locate them. She gave a wave of her hand and told me "they must be over there if we have them", but wouldn't move her butt to help a customer. It was obvious she didn't care about her job and cared even less about her customers. I'm old enough to remember when every business taught their employees that "the customer is always right" and to get up off their butt and help their customers since it's their customers that keep the doors open and them employed. An employee stocking shelves took the time to assist me when the woman at the register would not (although she asked me to ask the person at the register who should know, but then opted to help when I told her the register employee wouldn't move and told me "they didn't have a clue about gift cards"). After assisting me for another 15 minutes to locate the gift cards, the helpful employee went and asked the photo counter employee to help her find them and he did. Thank you to the two helpful employees. CVS - I almost left the store without purchasing anything when your first employee at the register told me to get f'd. You might want to rethink who you hire and have a manager moving around the store watching out for poor treatment of your customers in this way. Such an old school concept I know, but probably worthwhile as we head into this Trump recession. read more

This place used to be a good pharmacy but in the last year it's gone downhill. I haven't had a single prescription filled in the last 12 months for our family that didn't require me to ask a doctor/pediatrician/specialist/ER doctor to send the prescription back over because this pharmacy "never got it." There's a common denominator here. I have had so many prescription orders magically come in while I've been at the pharmacy counter inside. I have had the manager lie to me on multiple occasions about how long it'd take for an item to be ready (e.g. she'll say it will be ready in 30 minutes, I show up 90 minutes later sick kids in tow and lo and behind she needs another 30 minutes). Don't waste your time and go to a different pharmacy. Dishonest, constantly short staffed, and disorganized. Not what you want in a pharmacy. read more

This CVS dispensed me a medication that should have had a shelf life of a minimum of 12 months with less than 6 months remaining. I thought "ok, there must be a shortage" and foolishly accepted it since my current one was about to expire and it is a life saving emergency device that I cannot be without. When I arrived home and unstapled the bag, I found the box had clearly been returned at least twice as there were peeled off labels in addition to mine on it and the pharmacy hadn't managed the shelf life. I contacted CVS customer service on 3/3, and again on 3/7 about the issue and was told I would receive a reply back from the store about the issue within 2 business days but I never did. The drug costs almost $400. The short shelf life is unacceptable. The fact that it was returned 2x is inexcusable. The drug manufacturer would accept the drug back had they not defaced the box with stickers and dispensed it rather than give it to a patient with less than 12 months of expiration on it. The fact that they are cowards and won't call me and explain themselves after their customer service says they will is just the reason that NOBODY should have a script filled here. read more

Worst! Takes forever to pick anything up let alone check out! Worse than government service!!!

Just had a very rude encounter in the pharmacy. I was picking up my prescription and the power went down. Not their fault and no problem. But when I got to my car I realized I left my wallet. Ran back in and states I left my wallet, in a very rude tone, I received a response, Won't be the first time and won't be the last" as he kept walking offering no assistance. Looks like I'll need to have my prescriptions transferred. read more

This review is for the Hatron Drive location but there is no location listed for them on Yelp. The pharmacy here is incompetent. I don't throw this word around lightly, but we are talking truly should be shut down. They have given me the wrong medication, and would have given me the wrong medication several times after that if I was not on top of my own medical care. If anyone receives multiple medications or the lesser love you miss you want you who may be easily confused, this is a place to stay away from. I am following up this review with a complaint to the FDA. They should not be licensed to distribute drugs if they can make so many mistakes with just one customer. Check your medications and make sure you have the right one. read more

This CVS location has been my go-to pharmacy for almost seven years now. Normally it wouldn't even occur to me to leave a review for a drugstore but the staff at this particular location has always been so helpful to me over the years that I now feel compelled to. One example of how far above-and-beyond this staff goes to take care of their customers: This past August, while picking up a refill, I asked one of the pharmacy technicians if they knew when flu shots would be available. (The prior year, the flu shot was available around August so I wondered if that would be the case this year). The assistant told me that they hadn't yet been informed of a release date for the shot. About a week later, I received a voicemail from the head pharmacist (I'd mention his name but for the sake of his privacy, I'll omit it for this review). In the voicemail, he mentioned that he was calling to inform me that they now had the flu shot in stock and that he was specifically calling me because he had overheard me inquire about it during my last visit). The very fact that he had remembered and then thought to call me about it absolutely blew me away. How's that for customer service!? read more

Absolutely horrible. My office was out of tissues so I figured I'd do something nice by picking up some for my team. The front of the store had two representatives ringing up customers (manager + cashier). I browsed around a little more to see if I could find them myself, no luck. I time it out so that I walk up to ask where the tissues are in the store and the women gives me serious attitude about how I couldn't locate them. OK, whatever. I get the tissues. Come back up. The manager is behind the register. Rings me up. Asks if I have a card, I'm pretty sure I don't have one. Maybe my mom does, but I wouldn't know what it'd be under. She gives me attitude about how I'm wasting money. Hey, that's cool but I don't know the number. I'm on my break, I'll pay the extra 3 bucks. Very rude tone of voice. read more

First time at this CVS location today. As the cashier was ringing my stuff I notice a price difference from what was on the shelf. So i look back there is no line and I go on to let her know I wanted to switch it for something else quick if I'm able to cancel the transaction. Now I work retail part-time as well and dislike it when people change their minds at the end, but you try to stay as professional as you can. Well this cashier older lady, I want to say in the 50's with glasses gives me an attitude and says "just take the f**king card out" like really?? the retail life isn't for you ma'am I would of left right there but I really needed this product never again coming here . read more
