They will short you on your change, and then refuse to accept they're wrong even when you put proof in their face. This has happened to me more than once and with different employees, it's not just one person, guess it must be a normal practice for them.

One the Linen and Sky scent, and the other one their original Gain scent. I also needed to buy 4 Glade applicators for my plug-in Glade adapter. Well, found everything. The applicators--2 were clean linen scents, one was Hawiian breeze, and the other one was an orchid blossom. When I was looking for my items, another lady that was stocking more stuff, asked me if I needed help. I replied "yes, if you could please unlock those windows so I can get my items," She said for me to wait, and she will get the key. Didn't take long for her return. She came back, unlocked both cases, and I was on my way to the registers. Her name was Mary. Sweet Mary. She even told me "people steal stuff, and that is why we have to lock a lot of our items". I smiled and proceeded forward. Can't comment on their pharmacy, because we get our essential needs, medications, vitamins from the one that is a lot closer to me. Store was super clean, employees were very nice and helpful, has a drive thru, and ample underground parking structure. You can also park outside. Last, but not least, I had a $5.00 coupon for my $20.00 purchase. She honored that too. I wish that they can bring back that $10.00 care pass. I don't know why they discontinued that care pass? It saved us a lot of money. Now you have to sign up for it, and pay $5.00 for each month. Not beneficial at all. Total for all that was $37.03 including tax, minus my coupon. They also have great discounts all around the store. One of the best CVS stores that I have been to in a very long time. Keep up the great work! Overall, had a very nice experience at this CVS.

Each time, instead of helping me, she simply told me to press a button to call for assistance while she continued her conversation with a subordinate colleague. I found her demeanor extremely rude and dismissive. I was genuinely surprised to learn that she was a manager, as her interaction with a customer was anything but welcoming or helpful. A manager should understand the importance of stopping to assist a customer, especially when the customer is directly asking for help. Andrea did the complete opposite. Some additional training in customer service and the principle of putting the customer first would certainly be beneficial.

Complaint regarding a treatment I received from Manager Laurel during my recent visit. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also outright hostile and unethical. The incident began when I pressed the assistance button to have an employee open a locked door so I could access an item. Instead of receiving the help I needed, Laurel approached me with an attitude, stating, "We're busy." When I suggested that they should hire more people to handle the workload, her demeanor did not improve. After gathering all the items I needed, I headed to the cashier and inquired about the handicap line. The cashier advised me to approach immediately, but as I did, Laurel intervened. She instructed the employee, in an authoritative manner, that I needed to stand in line, despite the area being clearly marked for handicap customers. What was even more disconcerting was Laurel's behavior afterward. She began speaking to another employee in Spanish, seemingly exuding a sense of superiority as if she owned the world and we, the customers, were mere peasants. This treatment of handicap customers is not only inappropriate but also discriminatory. Laurel's attitude and unethical conduct are unacceptable, and such behavior should not be tolerated. I strongly urge that she be fired immediately for her actions. Furthermore, I intend to file a formal complaint with the city and the appropriate agencies regarding the treatment of handicap customers at this establishment. No one should have to endure such disrespect and poor service, especially not those who already face challenges due to disabilities. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that this type of behavior is addressed and that future customers will receive the respect and assistance they deserve. read more

I've been to this CVS many many times; however, I have never met an employee that I've come to hold so dear to my heart. I've been extremely lucky and blessed to be helped by her the last couple of times I visited the store. She has been more than a cashier to me, she has found every single item I needed when I initially swore it wasn't there on the shelf. She goes and finds it from their stock room. I believe that this cvs location has improved immensely by having my cashier, Anyana, as part of their team. She is a valuable asset and always a smiling face when I need one. She never loses her patience and her grace she greets and helps everyone she acknowledges everyone when theres a long line she apologizes. There have been times that I had issues with my coupons and she very kindly takes her time to explain and helps me figure it out. I can tell she's a professional at what she does she doesn't think twice about being courteous. This is my go to store! Everyone is so nice, friendly, and helpful. The store is always clean, smells nice, and items that I am looking for are always available. I went in to get finger nail polish with a coupon. My coupon did not work, but the manager was able to override it. He said their main concern is to keep customers happy as that is their goal.
