My Dr sent in a prescription two weeks ago, changing strength and amount from a current prescription. CVS didn't fill or even acknowledge it. I called and left a message several times. Disappointed because this CVS has actually been very helpful for 5 years. Today, not so much, called yesterday to get a fill, all was fine and then called before pickup today and they told me they are out and it will take 5+ days to get more. This is why I called yesterday, when I was told everything was good. The pharmacist on the phone today, she didn't care at all and offered zero solutions, the answer to everything was no. Was I frustrated? Absolutely! When I explained this, while still searching for a solution, I was literally accused of verbal abuse without any basis, then was told "I know you're struggling"" and was then hung up on. No, I am not struggling, but thanks for assuming! After this, I called another local pharmacy and they were out too, BUT a solution was immediately offered to me, actually more than one and now I am all set, no 5+ day wait! They took some extra time checking a few things for a customer in need, the same things that CVS easily could've done! If I treated my customers like this CVS, I would be out of a job in 5 minutes! If you go to this particular CVS, do yourself a favor and ask for Rohit, he is great to work with, but unfortunately was not in today. read more

Fantastic pharmacy that has been delivering top-notch service to my family for seven years. I feel remembered and valued as a customer. I have noticed multiple times over the years that they have brought important details to my attention; the customer is truly their customer. Their phone service is also wonderful. Although they are attempting to rectify the situation, as I escalated this through their online feedback portal, this place is a giant HIPPA violation. I went in February to have a prescription filled and to pick up a prescription. The customer service person, Alex called out from the second counter what I needed to get filled. I said the name of my script, and he didn't hear it. He asked me to state it again - which I ended up having to shout it out to him to hear it, vs him just walking to the front counter to help. This also happened with the pharmacist... view included picture! This is on top of the standard violations I see every time I go in, with the names of people and their prescriptions in large font, showing everywhere. In the picture, everything yellow is the name and the script name on every bag... (and this wasn't even half of the bins)... btw, the picture doesn't have enough resolution to see the names and scripts, but in person, this is not the case. I went today to pick up, and Alex came up to the counter and there were only a few HIPPA violations, so I'm hoping they get their crap together. Any excuse to go to Target, am I right? read more

Since the remodel this CVS has gone downhill no matter what time I go there's always a line 5 or more deep. And when I walk up it's always give us 15 min then I do then have to sit in another line only to be told give us another 30. It's happened on 3 seperate occasions and it's to the point I am going to use walgreens. I didn't think the reviews were legit until I came down to pick up my girlfriends prescriptions. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I came 4 hours after her surgery to pick up her pain medication and they didn't call us notifying us why they couldn't be filled. I was looking for glycerin - the grocery store didn't have it and Walgreens didn't have it. Well, CVS did have it. In general I avoid CVS and Walgreens because I feel they are pricey... but sometimes they just have what you need that nobody else has. read more

The one star is for how convenient this place is from our house since I'm here twice a month to get rx for my mom. I agree with the other reviews... worst customer service ever! Received a text message saying rx was ready, wait in line for 10 minutes and I get to the counter the refilled meds weren't ready. 20 minutes wait later only 1 out of 3 meds are ready! Worst customer service! The biggest issue I had was back in January when they completely LOST my prescription- and instead of contacting my doctor's office, they made me go through the hassle of bringing them a new script! Then, I had a bad reaction to the medication, so it needed to be switched to a similar brand (all generic, mind you). Once again a hassle that I had to get my doctor involved with. It's now AUGUST, and I've been receiving said generic brand for MONTHS, but today they refilled the old brand that I can't take. When I told them it was wrong, they told me they didn't have the one I need in stock and I would have to wait a day or so until they ordered it. If they looked in their system, there was no reason the wrong one should have been filled in the first place! Let me just say, I'm an extremely patient and polite person. However, I'm always spoken to so rudely at this pharmacy and after multiple screw ups, I've had enough. read more

I have been going to this CVS for almost 5 years now. Every time I go in, the employees always greet themselves and are very helpful. Usually I only go in there to get makeup. Their makeup section has a variety of makeup brands, including some unknown brands. However, it seems that this CVS does not put out new makeup products as fast as Walgreens or even other CVS stores. A couple of times i've gone to other locations for the product I need because this location does not carry it. Other than that, the employees are very helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed. read more

Customers service is horrible, dropped off at 12 and when we went to pick it up around 7 said that there was a problem with it and that we need to call the doctor to get it changed; did it ever cross your minds to call us and let us know. Now we have to wait until Monday to call the doctor. Also seems like they can't keep workers there, it's always someone new at the window!!! read more
