One more thing, they just received a shipment of hand sanitizer, masks and gloves at very reasonable prices.

There was a long line, so I had to end up waiting to print my pictures. It then took 40 minutes for my pictures to download onto the computer, and then the entire request timed out on me.! decided to go home. Then, at 6:30 PM 1| decided to go back to the very same CVS. I sat there and reminisced about memories with my cousin as I cried in the CVS. I then got my ticket, and went shopping around the store to get tape and a card. I returned back to the photo kiosk, and my photos were not there. I had asked the woman working next to the kiosk when my photos will be done, and she said to check back in 10 minutes. I came back around 15 minutes later, and still no photos. I decided to ask somebody else that was walking around the store. She took my ticket from me and looked through the orders. It did not say my order was there. She told me that she didn't know what to do. Then, a man that was also working there comes over. He decides to check the printer from where my photos should have been coming out, and he realizes that there was no paper. At this point, I had spent around 40 minutes waiting for my photos to print. He then refills the paper, and I had asked him when my photos would be ready because I was waiting for about an hour at this point. He was then very rude with his interaction towards me, he did not apologize for how long I have been waiting, he had just simply said, "I don't know hopefully 10 minutes." I was shocked. I did not anticipate that this rude behavior would be used towards me, as I have been waiting in the store for an hour. He goes to the computer in which I attempted to print my pictures on, ano I see all of the pictures in the computer. The man then tells me that my pictures were not there, and that he was unable to print them out, as I was standing there, watching him look at all of my photos. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this man. After, all I wanted was a Reese's Fast Break Bar. They did not have them. I was very upset, and hungry. I am very unhappy with my experience, I come to this CVS location, quite often, and I don't think I will be returning back for a while. I came home with no pictures, and wasted about 2 hours of my day. Not a sorry or anything.

I recently stopped by to print out some pictures, when the gentlemen at the register told a customer "I wouldn't buy the milk here if I was you, our fridge has been off for over 12 hours" I couldn't believe he said that, until my boyfriend purchased milk from here a few weeks later and it was indeed spoiled. The expiration date was fine and it seemed cold. But you could smell it as soon as you opened it. When I called the establishment to complain about it, all I got was a "if you bring it back, we can refund you" Be very careful as management and their employees are clearly very irresponsible in how they store product.

My main complaint is that they need to employ someone behind the pharmacy counter who can speak fluent and clear English. The cashier/clerk who was there today did not understand either of the basic questions I was trying to ask her and looked at me with a blank stare. She then got annoyed when I seemed frustrated with her. The clear plexiglas shield in front of the register is not helpful either and further impedes communication, forcing customers to yell through the plexiglas so everyone behind them in line can hear their business. Most other pharmacies do not have these shields anymore. English should be a prerequisite for all pharmacy employees. I am too frustrated to deal with this and I am taking my pharmacy business elsewhere.
