i was very impressed by quick check's 6" classic Italian sub tonight, for the sole reason of how much they filled it up! When you go to subway they cheap you of meat and cheese and and charge you $8 for basically a 6" piece of bread. I paid $4.99 plus tax for a loaded sub! I love Quick Chek, I mean it is the closest thing to Wawa, obviously not as good, but they still make a decent sandwich, I personally think it is better than subway. It is clean, employees are friendly, and the coffee is fresh. It is a great place for a quick stop. read more

I have always enjoyed anything I ordered to eat at quick check. I would go their over many other places. The quality of food has declined really bad to the point I don't think I can eat anything from there anymore. They have been skimping on ingredients. Right now I'm eating a cold Pisa cheesesteak with extra meat. It takes me less than 5 minutes tops to drive home. Cheese isn't melted and where is the sauce? Whoever made my order 258 from 12/02/2019 at 3:46:06 needs to learn how to make sandwiches. I'm very disappointed and would eat at quick checks 3-5 times a week. I like Quick Chek sandwiches better than Subway. And they're open 24 hours which is very convenient. The soup is pretty good too. The location could be better though, it's kinda tucked away between the two main roads. It's also your basic convenience store so you can grab your smokes, a drink, snacks, and they actually have decent coffee. read more

This Quik Check is the best experience you can have with your clothes on! I had lunch here every day over the summer (I worked construction nearby) and not only was the food delicious, but the staff was really there for me through a rough time (my dad died). Mark my words, half the chefs in the back will be enrolled in culinary school in a few years' time. They're THAT good. I want to personally thank the Saddle Brook team for putting that QuikCheck jazz on every order that goes out! The rest of the store absolutely blows me away. I'm sure that in a pinch, anyone could do their food shopping for the week in the grocery section. The staff is so personable. Even when there's a line out the door, the cashier always makes time to listen to me tell them about my day for a couple minutes! It really helps me feel less alone. All in all, if you're passing by anywhere in the New York Metropolitan area, you gotta make time to stop by the Saddle Brook QuikCheck. My boyfriend and I had a break during our night shift so we decided to go grab some quickchek but were in a bit of a rush so we ordered it through the phone. When we got there the lady was so annoyed that she had to make our sandwiches. My boyfriend went to the register to pay and was told to get the receipt from the lady making the food, when he asked for it she was so mad she was like "this is so fucking wack" like sorry you had to do your job lady. At this point she didn't even start making the sandwiches yet so we just left and as we were walking out they were talking shit. I have more than a right to right this terrible review about Christian who works at this location. This is what yelp is all about. First of all, I can't believe Christian works around food especially with all his piercings on his face including which are located on his lips and his eye brows is this so unprofessional would you want something like that handling food you are eating I sure as hell would not. Second he is so disrespectful. I asked him of the deli had an item and he didn't even answer my question I had to ask him 3 times and he still didn't answer my question. All he did was lightly shake his head with a big smile on his and he shook his head so lightly I didn't even so him shaking his head. I'm here ALL of the time..almost daily in fact. Usually the staff is friendly, store decently clean, the soups are great when u catch them fresh, the salads are good, sandwiches are great. Like other ppl have said I think they're better than Subway. There's an employee currently there who has NO personality whatsoever. Any attempts I make for casual conversation while he takes his time to ring me up is null! I recently got carded by the older lady because there's "a memo" taped on the counter that tells her she has to card everyone. Again, I'm in the store almost every day (at least 5-6 times a week) & I buy the SAME thing. So figure that one out. Especially since she made a big deal out of needing to see my ID. I don't look under 18 or even 21 sooo it was super annoying. Never argue with a customer!! Ever!! This location does get busy. Which is a good thing I don't mind. The downside is when they're busy w/a long check out line only one register is open!! Every now & then if the no personality guy makes my food he burns it (see pic). The homestyle chicken doesn't fit on the bread but who cares..it's still good!! The 2 older guys that work there are very nice & welcoming. Some of the other employees should take notice. And yes, I'm actually getting ready to stop by there in abt 15mins. read more

I come here very often. Fast service, friendly staff. The subs are great BUT the orders are sometimes wrong or mixed up. It's happened to me 3 times already, recommend you check your food before leaving the parking lot. read more

They get 5 stars for food and 3 stars overall. Why? They have kids working during the day and they don't know how to make a proper sandwich. Adults work at night and they do a great job. Problem is nobody is ever by the register overall. Poor customer service. read more

So many times I stopped by this place around 2 am and find that those female workers are only gossiping and not working at all. Their kiosks are always seen shut down. Upon asking, they mention that they cannot take orders manually. If the machines break frequently during nights/early mornings, how are they running other shifts? This has been happening since several weeks now. And sad that management is least bothered to look into it. I'm pretty sure, there should be an alternate way to bypass computers taking order and manually take note for food and sure there is a way to charge customers at the registers. Besides myself, I see so many people returning back without doing business with them. Very bad place. Not one more time I am stopping by. Quick check will be least considered by me and by my friends/co workers/family members and I will continue to spread the word. Such a disaster. read more
