I've never been so appalled by store employee before. This is the first time I've been to this CVS. The tall, gray haired guy at the register told me about how his chinchilla died and preventable death and how he didn't even want the Guinea pig and he wish it would have died too. I'm so angry, why would you tell someone this. My life is caring for exotic animals at home and my profession. I kept exotic mammals for large part of my life and dedicate my life to give him the best possible life. This was so disgusting. I cannot believe what I just heard. read more

I enjoy getting my photos developed at this store. They are ready quickly and always look great.

I used to love this pharmacy. However, they hired a new girl, she speaks Russian (I know because I was born there). I went to pick up my meds and it took me awhile to get my ID out to show her, then put it back into my wallet (I have an arthritis), I just need time to perform simple tasks like that. Without waiting for me to be done, she calls in another customer at the window next to mine and started serving her. Here I am, standing there, trying to get my things in order. She reaps out my receipt, as it gets printed out, throws it to me, she goes: "Have a nice day." without even looking at me. And went back to that other customer. The rest of the crew at the pharmacy is amazing. But if the rude one stays there for another month when it's time for me to get my meds again, I am changing pharmacies. read more

Farah and Alex were extremely helpful and kind when helping me and my husband with photos tonight. They were both very knowledgeable about products I needed. They had good recommendations and everything! Although the store location is not the best they really made our experience worthwhile and didn't complain about us coming in right before closing. I never go to this location because of the area it's located in but I will definitely be going there because of them now. They both need a raise for their excellent customer service. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to when it comes to picking up medication. Just found out it's a training store so the employees aren't even the same. Nothing ever improves because of this, with care staying below neutral or worse. They are consistently out of stock on medications, employees are rude, confuse profiles and don't input insurance, etc. Better to just transfer your profile to a different location or pharmacy, and even then they won't do that right. This is a Minute Clinic review. The pharmacy here is fine--I've gotten many prescriptions filled here without an issue. They deliver, they offer drive-through service, they're always helpful. The problem is going in for a vax or anything else you might need. The setup actually looks great. They carved out a bunch of space without seeming to take away much space for inventory. It's a good-sized store, and they added a big walled-off waiting area and three exam rooms. You're not sitting behind a screen, you're actually in a private space with a full closing door. They even have a big electronic kiosk so you can check in quickly and enter all your info in the system. Seems great, right? Then comes the staffing question. Always the hardest part to get right. There was no one here when I came in to get a jab. Not even a C19 jab; I'm done with those. Another routine shot. The tech (or CNA, or whatever the right title is) was walking back and forth, and it was hard to tell what needed doing, since no one was there. I started checking in at the kiosk and the tech told me they were so busy that I wouldn't be able to make an appointment. Huh? The system generated a list of open appointments throughout the rest of the day. I took the one coming up in 5 minutes. The tech told me this was shocking due to how busy they were. I went to sit and wait the five minutes while the tech did...whatever. The tech warned me that the chair might move if I sat down. What? The tech finally decided to make the extraordinary effort to "squeeze me in" before the next appointment got there. We went into one of the exam rooms and the tech started trying to add my insurance to the system. And then explained that since "it's the weekend," the system couldn't add my insurance. At a pharmacy where I've been getting prescriptions filled for 4 years. But, the tech offered to let me just pay the full $180 for the inoculation. No, thanks. Complete waste of time. Unbelievable inability to do even the most basic job functions. read more

I'm so impressed with this store. I broke my back some months ago. For years, I've gotten my meds from a grocery store pharmacy, which is located at the back of the store. Now, even using a cane, I'm not able to get to that pharmacy, but I am able to drive. Yesterday, I had my doctor send a prescription to CVS Pharmacy located on Airport Road. I drove up, no other cars in the drive up lane. The woman at the window greeted me warmly. Located my prescription in less than a minute. I paid and went on my way. I've never had an issue when it comes to getting my medication. At times it seems they could add more urgency when first being helped but I can't speak on what they have to do on their end. What can be a really great store is painfully the center of the meth/ghetto/crime laden universe of South Everett. Also too, if you going to get your vaccination shot here dont bother looking for any signs that suggest "vaccination or booster" here. Or a "please form a line here for vaccinations" would bode well for the would be vaccinator, so they can instantly go and get things moving. I checked in using the text message feature, a nice addition btw and it stated I go to the back in the pharmacy area. Nothing else states where to go, so i sat in the waiting area where the three phamacist behind the counter were just standing around looking busy. No one was there/standing in any line, so one cannot miss me,yet they elected to ignor the fact that I was the only person there. Their website says they open at 7:00 a.m. and when I went there, they told me they don't open till 8:00 a.m.

They are not open 24 hours a day as reported on Yelp. The sign in the door says 7AM to 10 PM seven days a week. So I arrived at 8:58 PM on 12/12/2021 and the door is locked. I tried calling, no answer. At least post a sign if something is wrong. GEEZ! read more

Ive been coming here for a few months and at times I do not feel safe walking from my car into the store. Drug dealers in parking lot, pan handling near the front door. Saw a women shoot up on the side of the building. I'm considering using an other CVS in region. Plus side staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I have had prescriptions filled here since moving here and this is the last time. This has happened twice, in which a script has been sent by my doctor that is a monthly refill and a script I must have daily. I was told it was filled on the 24th and available to pick up on the 30th. I showed and ( for the second time in as many months) was told they were "out of stock and wouldn't have more until the first). I was also informed that I could not fill it elsewhere. Worst pharmacy around. The lady is so rude like it's an inconvenience to her for people to pick up their medications. I use to love this place because I work different hours and they were 24 hours so I could go anytime. Now the pharmacy is 8am to 8pm and the store is 8am to 10pm. Not worth paying the higher prices for meds to go there on their new hours. I'd rather stand in line at Walmart for a tenth of the price since the hours are the same. read more

Not at all impressed with CVS Pharmacy. After an emergency room trip with my mother, trying to find a pharmacy open on a Sunday evening was a challenge. We were so excited when we found this 24 hour CVS relatively close. However, when trying to fill a much needed pain pill prescription, they refused to fill it saying that there was something wrong with the code the doctor was using. They recommended we go to a different pharmacy to get it filled. We had to drive another 45 minutes to find another 24 hour pharmacy. We found a Walgreens who filled the prescription without hesitation. Will never go to a CVS again. read more

Thank you, CVS Pharmacy Staff. I know you are short handed and with many new employees learning and assisting as you work tirelessly to care for us, who need your help. I use GoodRX coupons when buying my meds. Many times saving a lot of money, cumulatively (having no prescription insurance). Yesterday, at CVS, my coupon could save me $.61! Yup, that's all. And for that small amount, I held up the person helping me, and two others, to adjust the amount charged me, again, for all of $.61. I made a point to thank them for their help, as I often try to do, and even tried cracking a joke, but they were not in a joking mood, as they all (and there were not many there struggling to care for so many). Just an old guy trying to save a buck (Not EVEN!) and holding these hard workers up. I truly appreciate you all and will certainly try harder, seriously, to, in the future, do my part, not to impede your efforts to help all you help. It has been a very long time since I have dealt with a store that was this incompetent. Recently cvs pharmacy was doing a cash back promotion through inboxdollars and Swagbucks where if you bought 2 bags ok Kinder Bueno minis then upload your receipt you get $6 cash back. It really wouled have been a great deal especially since they ar the best chocolate I have ever tried. So the first issue and this one should be common sense but apparently it wasn't that if your running a promotion make sure to order extra of that product. Anyways it gets way worse. I actually drove to two different cvs stores for a total of 6 times. The first 3 times I didn't check to see if they had them but I figured they would get them at some point. And actually there was one single bag one time. Unfortunately the promotion for $6 cash back requires purchasing 2 bags. So anyways the last 3 times I drove to the CVS store I had actually checked online and it said they were in stock at the store I went to. The store also offered no assistance whatsoever. Even after revealing that online said they are in stock and that I had been there a few times and the best customer service they could offer was no we don't have it. I have worked customer service before and I would have handled the situation much differently. Needless to say I hope to never have to go back there again. The promotion finally ended and I never did end up getting it even though I made 6 trips to 2 different stores. read more

I just was assisted by SARAH , In the CVS pharmacy In south Everett. She was very busy, yet took the time to make sure that I had all the information that I needed and was very concerned about me making a special trip to the pharmacy and not having the medication In stock. Usually you don't get that Level of excellent customer service unless you go to Nordstrom's! I don't know if that's a CVS policy, or it's just a very noble human being who happens to care about people that they don't know ,whose name happens to be Sarah!!! Can only give 3 stars because the prices are outrageous the CVS card is helpful but when everything in store is highest price they sell for discounting it only makes it the same price as everywhere else so your not really saving anything and when they do have a really good deal that item gets sold out fast and shelves are never restocked for it when I'm there the only thing that I like is that it's 24 hours and close to my house customer service was great too but those reasons alone will not make me a frequent customer would rather save my money and shop elsewhere read more

We won't be returning to this CVS. We thought we would try the new store, which was closer than driving to our usual Target pharmacy in Lynnwood. It was a little difficult to access from our direction but that wasn't the issue. They didn't have a prescription we needed, not because they were out but because they had reached their limit for the month. The clerk at the desk was polite enough but I guess we're spoiled by the excellent customer service we received by our other pharmacy. Our pharmacy would have offered to call around to other local CVS pharmacies. We drove to another CVS. Again, the same situation, they didn't have it. My dog cut himself this morning and, despite having bandages, I did not have the adhesive tape to wrap the wound. I put some bandages on and tied a towel to him and ran to the nearest CVS. This one. I walked in just before 7am to a deserted store. As I sped to the tape area, a girl dressed as a cat (yeah, I feel good about shopping at a place where employees who handle medicine dress as animals) said something inaudible. I grabbed two types of tape, making sure to note how much each one was so I could have my cash ready. Roll the tapes back, I was studying those price tags. I got to the register and waited five minutes before somebody started sauntering up to the register. She rings me up and I, with cash in hand, look to my total. One product was almost twice as much as the tag it was hanging on! I made sure that was the correct price on the tag. When I say something, the employee starts to walk to the back to check. It's 7am and I'm only being wound tape! Obviously, I don't have the time for this! I said forget it, threw her money, and ran out without my change. Forget this place!!!! I just think of my dog shaking and scared until I get home and that cashier being as far away from her register as possible and slowly walking up. read more

Today, the store manager contacted me just 12 hours after contacting their corporate office. The conversation went really well and although he can't fix what happened, I believe he takes these issues seriously. He gave explanations rather then excuses and took full accountability for the behavior of his staff. I don't have the need to go to this location often but I will not avoid them as I had planned earlier this week. If you have concerns with this store, I recommend you contact the store manager and give them an opportunity to correct the issue. read more

Asked to take something off my bill, short on cash. Cancelled the item properly a pouch of face wipes. But then left them in the bag, and took out the two packages of hydrocoil bandaids I so desperately need. I was charged 24 dollars for a 5.99 face wipes and a cat litter that was 10.99. Which is around 2 bucks in state sales tax. So ya know the exact over ring of my bandages. Didn't hand me my receipt. Wasn't worried, never had a problem. Wouldn't have one now if they totally didn't tell me they didn't care when I got upset and attempted to humiliate me in front of a customer because i was irritated. When I came back less than 5 minutes later to explain. The two ladies weren't hearing it. Don't have the extra 11 bucks or time to come argue with a manager. They wouldn't even give me any contact info. I have corporates and know how to use Google. Screw my 11 dollars I just got engaged and am planning to have a family. CVS or any of its affiliates will never get a dollar from us ever again as long as my family lives ill drive over a friggin mountain pass before I ever use one again. Oh and just for the record I have worked in customer service for 11years now. That was bad form and shitty service. Oh yeah I have a worsening skin condition where hydrocoil bandaids are the only thing that helps. I work hard and my job is very hard on my hands. Every time I come here it reeks and the parking lot always look shady. I keep forgetting to stop opting for the email receipts. when I get home to review the receipt, I realize that the discounts/coupons that the store offers, never gets applied! This has happened 3x time and I won't be coming back. You guys were amazing yesterday! My son needed a second dose of steroid after receiving one at Seattle Children's overnight. The ER Doctor wrote the script for a liquid that the pharmacy did not have enough of. Not only did the pharmacy staff call all the area CVS, they also called Children's Pharmacy. They went out of their way to try and find this medicine for my son. Eventually, the pharmacy at children's gave them the pill equivalent dosing and we were able to have it filled at CVS. I'm so glad we decided to switch once CVS opened in our area. I don't hardly ever comment or write reviews but I really feel the CVS pharmacy staff went far and beyond what other pharmacies would have done, even if it meant losing a sale. If I could mark 0 stars I would. A friend and I stopped here on way home from airport at about 230 AM, after a long flight and drive. I was specifically looking for a certain glue I had purchased here in the past. Upon entering store I paused in makeup section near the door and was looking around when the (only) employee, Tonya, came and rudely asked "what are you looking for? I asked about the glue and she cut me off saying they don't carry it. I then reply that then I guess I'm just looking for now. I guess she must not have heard me because she says "WHAT!?" In a annoyed and almost hostile voice. I repeat myself and she walked away. Not even 2 minutes later she comes and tells me to leave and that she's closing the store. ITS OPEN 24 HOURS!! And when I ask if it's a 24 hour store she just barks at me "I can close the store whenever I want". I ask if there is a reason, and my question is ignored. I then ask how long she'll be closing for, and after giving it a bit of thought she replied "like 5 hours". I say ok and then say I just need 2 min to grab a snack, as I hadn't eaten in hours and hours and she then tells me she doesn't have time for me to do that. I have never had anything this weird and rude happen in my life. It was extremely offensive because she definitely made me feel like she wanted me gone and didn't show even a little professional courtesy and was blatantly rude. If this is the way CVS treats their customers then I will not be one of them, and not only will I be calling to complain during normal business hours, I will be writing reviews everywhere I can to let other people know so hopefully this won't happen to anyone else. I was very embarrassed and left in tears. I will never go to this CVS again unless they stop treating people like this. read more

This location was unable to fulfill a same day photo order I had placed on a Friday. They didnt notify me that they didnt have the item I was looking for until I called them on Sunday asking why I had received a confirmation number for the order placed but not a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. They stated that they were actually just about to call me (48hrs later for a same day pickup item) that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock. I asked ok so what now?? I already ordered it and I need it by Thursday. That still give us four days. The manager stated they would place the order for the item I need and would have it delivered Wednesday and to look out for a pickup confirmation email by then. I said perfect that works great. Wednesday goes by and I receive nothing. I call the store Thursday morning and speak to an associate named Kia, she was lovely and told me she would look through the shipment and give me a call by noon. I was hesitant because I had been told multiple times by this location to wait for an email or a call but Kia actually delivered and called me back by 10:30am. However thats where my luck ends. Kia tells me that they don't have the item anywhere in the shipment and that she's really sorry. Now I don't blame Kia for any of this, I appreciate her customer service skills and speaking to me directly on what is happening. She went far beyond the managers skill of lying to me and telling me they're placing an order and never actually doing it and keeping me in a hiatus hoping I would just go away eventually and forget my order. What bothers me the most is the manager never took the call themselves to apologize or explain why the item ultimately wasn't ordered. They just instructed their employee to deliver the news themselves so they didnt have to deal with any of the fallout. Why CVS, does a passport photo cost so much? Had to renew my passport recently and tried to print the photo at home using the government parameters, but I was advised after sending in my application that I was not successful! So my husband and I heard that CVS could photograph us and print pics while we waited. Indeed they could, but I was shocked when the bill came to $29.98 for 2 copies each of a 2 x 2 headshot. These are just a step above the photo booth pictures that were $1 for 4 (admitedly a few years ago!). Seems a little overpriced, but I guess they figure if people cant do it at home, why not gouge them in their time of need? I also found out that there was a $2 off coupon I could have used if anyone had thought to mention it. But thats not exactly a surprise either! Very disappointed to say the least. To be fair, this location is not the only CVS that charges this price, looks like a corporate decision, and a shameful one at that. read more

Constructive Feedback For The Consumer: This pharmacy offered great customer service, for the months of August and September. Our family has moved our prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy who reviewed our needs with a better commitment and services that are excellent and managed more efficiently. Our family has experienced a high turn over of pharmacists since then. The former pharmacists who are gone offered excellent customer pharmacy services and we were sad to see them leave. I'm not sure what happened to cause the former pharmacists to leave. Since then, a pharmacist named Emily has been hired to work there whose had a very difficult time performing her job for our family. She gets frustrated and her demeanor becomes passive aggressive with explanations that are not pertinent to the needs of the customer. Our family has recognized and experienced her extreme difficulties handling electronic refill requests ten days requested in advance and never being sent to doctors. These are prescriptions that are to be taken everyday for matters concerning life threatening illnesses. If you choose to use the services of this pharmacy, do not ask the pharmacist or a pharmacy staff to send your doctor an electronic refill request. Call your doctor three days in advance and ask your doctor to send your refills requested to the pharmacy. If your prescriptions are serious life sustaining prescriptions, call the pharmacy manager during the day to confirm that your prescriptions needs have been met. read more

I have never been so disgusted in an employee. I witnessed the late night male employee (1:30am on 9/3/17) harass a woman for asking to use the restroom to change her tampon as no other businesses were open and she had been driving for a while. He then locked the front doors(24 hour business) and refused to let anyone inside to shop. He threatened to call the cops on her for loitering, when she was trying to make a purchase even after being humiliated. Another girl left the store crying saying he pulled her to the back of the store for theft, as she came out with multiple bags that she purchased and never got an apology. She said if anywhere else was open this late, she wouldn't have given this store any business at all. I will never come here to shop again, as this would have been my first time, and I won't let my son think this is a normal or acceptable way to treat another human being. I truly hope your other employees are better than this, and that it's not a company standard. read more
