One time other young worker lied to me and my patient, that medication she was waiting for is shortage in whole state of Connecticut. One time I found that 2 or 3 5x7 or 6x6 ones were printed as though the ink had run out in the middle. When I inquired about getting them redone or get a refund I was told I had to call corporate. When I called corporate they said the store could handle it themsleves. After impatiently explaining that I was caught in the middle, someone contacted the store to have them reprint the photos but we had to pay and receive store credit. (?!) I decided to give them one more chance and the same thing happened. I never got photos printed there again, instead driving to another CVS 10-15 min away where when the manager couldn't find where they'd put the order, he printed it out again for me free of charge. Pharmacy - The people who work behind the counter here are some of the rudest people who act as though you are bothering them. They open late, close early and everyone goes to lunch at the same time so don't plan on dashing out to quickly pick up your meds during your lunch break. Parking isn't great and you have to be careful when crossing from the lot to the store because people driving into the plaza don't always slow down.

Pharmacy Review: My…read moredoctor sent a prescription for me to this CVS. On the website, it said that they didn't have it in stock and it was ordered; it would take about 2 business days. Ten days later there was still no updates. I called the pharmacy but was never able to reach a person. There was a voicemail option that mentioned that they would call me back in a hour. I've called twice in two days, I've heard nothing, crickets. I decided to transfer the prescription to a different CVS, and the same thing happened. I asked my doctor for an alternative medication since this one was out of stock at both CVS locations for about two weeks now. The new prescription was sent, they had it in stock, and I was able to pick it up the same day. Luckily this wasn't a life saving medicine or I'd be out of luck. 1 star for the initial experience but I bumped it to 2.5 stars since they were able to fill the alternative prescription the same day. They need to revamp their customer service system. I used to work in customer service, this baffles me. I would never leave a customer hanging; I always find a resolution for them.
