The hospital is a hour from our hometown. The pharmacy would be closed by the time we would get home. I called the Silas Dean pharmacy. It's not a bad Walgreens - it was reasonably well stocked, had some lovely holiday selections. The cashiers were attentive to the volume of the line and opened a second register. I, holding ice cream, appreciated that. The in and out is okay, just be careful driving past the main strip mall if you need to go left. They WILL pull out in front of you. There's a bit of trash in the parking lot as well. read more

I prefer shopping at Walgreens when compared to the other pharmacies around as they are more brighter, clean and very neatly organized. Always had good experience with the staff working at this location. Easy access, plenty of parking and next to home goods (what more to ask for) read more

Pharmacy staff are extremely inefficient and rude... It can take days to fill a prescription. The pickup lines are long and the staff is slow. Customer care is not at the forefront of what they do. The General Manager of this store should take action. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

This Walgreens is located directly adjacent to the Marshalls/Homegoods store I regularly shop in. I generally only grab a paper or quick snack on my way in or out, so I cannot comment on the Pharmacy section of the store at all. Overall, it seems to be a pretty nice, clean and cheery store. No problems with the staff to date, and I doubt there would be seeing as I grab so few things from here. read more

I have been a customer of this particular Walgreens Pharmacy since I moved to Connecticut. Unfortunately, since I've a terrible immune system, am sick generally half the year, and frequent the pharmacy, I've gotten to know a few of the pharmacists, and they're all very pleasant and friendly. Knowledgable when it comes to recommendations for over the counter products. Walgreens is clean and organized, and has a wide variety of products. The beauty center is always well stocked and there is a very friendly lady who works in that department, who will usually help you find coupons for particular goods! Checkout is speedy, plenty of parking as it is a shared lot in a plaza. Drive-thru pharmacy is helpful! read more

Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. I've used them for myself and my family a handful of times. Their only consistency is abhorrent customer service. They are rude on the phone when you call to check on scripts, rude when you go to pick them up, and don't do common courtesy things you would expect from a pharmacy. They don't ask for updates on insurance when it doesn't go through. They fill half your scripts at a time and tell you they are ready to pickup. Their is no empathy or even sympathy from these people. We won't be back. read more

It's like CVS, just not as good. Make sure to keep your receipt, because there is apparently no way for them to look you up, even if you have the credit card used AND the time of the transaction, even if it was a few hours ago. Manager said they have to send it to the Mainframe and it could take weeks. Send it to the mainframe...is this the 1940s? read more

Drive thru pharmacy is amazingly fast and people there are kind and courteous! Very helpful staff available when I've gone there!

Generally well stocked. The pharmacy tends to be very busy at times, in which case it can take longer than normal for medications to be ready. However, the staff is very helpful. read more
