I can say that the pharmacy is great and they always get me squared away. Parking was a mess in the rain. People without tags or placards took all the disabled spaces. Of the 10+ only one had a valid permit to park there so I was left way out to walk in the rain. I did not interact with any staff except the pharmacy.

I was trying to get the last item which was Greek yogurt . As I approached the the location of my item there was yogurt in the floor which I could not see because I had a grocery cart I stepped to get my item and slipped in the yogurt I haveva huge knot on my right leg and my knee on the left has something going on with that . the associates were kind of rude and I had to put my hospital bill on my Medicare lost my job because I could not use a clutch on a 13 speed dump truck. I have spoken with these people 1 time and when you are 65 there's no way you can make it on social security without a job which I did have until after this fall . this store always has boxes or stuff that those shoppers spill and just walk around it. They try to run you over while shopping for people that can't come to the store or just too lazy. I have a letter from them but that's not helping me at all . I was perfectly fine and had a job before this happened now I'm not. I guess when you are older and go to Walmart you need 2 more sets of eyes before you go in . Harris Teeter in Burlington has really restored itself to a high-quality grocery store, delivering…read moregood products at "fair" price points, especially considering how everything seems to be going up these days. The store is clean, well-stocked, and offers a nice variety of products, making it a reliable option for shopping. The environment feels safe, and overall, I'd say 4 out of 5 customer experiences here are positive. The only downside I've noticed is an increase in panhandling in the parking lot, which isn't exactly ideal. It doesn't feel unsafe, but it does take away from the otherwise pleasant shopping experience. Hopefully, that's something that can be addressed to keep the store and its surroundings as welcoming as possible.

I placed an order on Friday 10/21 to pickup curbside at 3:00PM (during my lunch break at work). I was informed at that time that my order was delayed. That's understandable, things happen. What's not understandable is the experience I had once I arrived hours later. I was informed that my order was finally ready at about 5:30PM, so I stepped away from my work in hopes to quickly pick up my order and get back to work. I checked in at 5:53PM in spot 7 and waited until after 6:30PM, with nobody coming to my car with any update whatsoever. I then left because I still had to get back to work, and returned to curbside after I finished work shortly following 7:00PM. I then sat once more in the parking lot until after 8:00PM. I called the Customer Service line who told me I should speak to an on-site manager in which I did. The manager was very understanding and informed me of the very outrageous situation workers were being put through over in curbside and suggested I approach a curbside member to ask about my order. Upon doing so, I met two hardworking younger guys who ensured I was taken care of, and acknowledged that I had in fact been waiting in total for almost 3 hours. I spoke with one of them to discover the horrible work conditions he was being put through this evening, which included angry customers telling him to clock out so they could FIGHT him! This was by far the most outrageous, and down-right disgusting experience I've seen in a retail environment at no blame of the workers on site. This is a much bigger issue at hand that I found myself at the base of this evening, wasting multiple hours of my day and even missing part of work to go through. With all that being said, I have absolutely lost all respect for Walmart as an entity. Seeing these unacceptable conditions first hand when I originally was meant to pick up a simple curbside order hours before was down-right traumatizing. I will be making awareness of this experience and warning young people of the dangers that come with working at Walmarts like this.

I stopped her & said, NO it's the 1 we have to sign for. Irritated sounding she said, let me walk over there & I nicely said thank you & she said they had it. Well, last time they didn't & I had to drive 15 to 16 miles to Mebane to that store to get it. But, when I got there they told me they had the Equate 1 & I asked her to please look at both to make sure it had the same ingredients. It did & I got the generic for $12 less! Today, I had 1 left & needed to get it again & the Garden Rd Walmart only had the name brand 1! I asked if they would order the generic Equate 1 & she said, not nicely, that they would, but they had to take what they sent to them. I knew that might not be right so when I drove to Mebane again, I asked them & they all spoke up & said NO! Which I already knew that. I live appx 1-2 miles from the Garden Rd Walmart, but may not go there much more! I don't remember her name, unfortunately & those that I know there, are always nice, but this lady was NOT! AARRGGHH!
