Waited 20 minutes to speak to a tech who sounded like she couldn't be bothered to assist me. Asked me for my name, DOB and the Rx I was calling about only to then be told to hold on while she transferred me to the PHARMACY???!! I waited yet again another 20 mins to be assisted by a rude tech. After the call ended (I was hung up on) I wasn't confident that my issue with the Rx would be handled correctly so I drove to the pharmacy to speak to the pharmacist. When I got there, there was a sweet older gentleman who was trying to also get help with his Rx. There was yet another rude tech behind the counter, a white middle aged woman with wiry black and gray hair. She mentioned to him that "it's 5 minutes before we close for lunch and I don't have time to be going back and forth with you on this." Still the gentleman remained calmed and could tell he was in disbelief as he walked away. Oh goody I get to be assisted by this jerk next. I asked to speak to the pharmacist in which she told me no because they closed in 1 minute. I asked her what her problem was to which she threw up her hands and said "she wants to speak to the pharmacist. I can't!" and walked away. The pharmacist, KATHERINE "KATIE" LITTLE, came over. I thought ok great someone civil to speak with. Nope another robot who just continued to interrupt me and give me generic answers. She was listening to respond vs listening to understand. Mind you at this point all I wanted to know is if she could tell me if they had that medication in stock. Thats all I wanted to know. They were all more worried about going to lunch vs taking an additional 30 seconds to listen. What a miserable bunch of human beings who lack empathy for the very same people they are there to help! The people whose insurance keeps them employed! Katie's badge said she's been with walgreens since 2016. After 10 years Maybe its time for another job if you lack that much in your customer service skills and you're that miserable!!!!! I sure will be finding another pharmacy! Better believe I will also be trying to file a formal complaint with the NC Board of Pharmacy!

We've been a customer of this Walgreens for nearly 9 years. And Walgreens as a whole for over 20…read moreyears. The pharmacy is this Walgreens is terrible. All except for one employee they absolutely horrible individuals at Walgreens pharmacy. From being completely disorganized, telling us our insurance wouldn't cover things when it does, to being beyond obnoxious and completely rude. Their new policy is to NOT fill any controlled substances until the exact date you filled it the month prior. So for our son, with ADHD that now means he has NO pills to take. Because Walgreens has decided to make medical decisions for our son and family. No notification of any policy change. Because it's a controlled substance, you cannot just fill the script somewhere else. You need to get the doctor to send it somewhere else. I called Friday to fill it, a beyond obnoxious employee told me I should call back and ask to fill it Sunday. AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! Told me she didn't need to answer my questions and hung up on me! (But now they have NO pills in stock for him and it will be at least 3 days before they do!) Another employee told my husband this morning she should have put an insurance hold on it, so they could have ordered the drug. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, nor are they properly trained. The last time we filled an antibiotic for my husband who was very sick and they sent us home. Told us it was AT LEAST an hour or two wait. Then the second we got home, we got a text it was ready. Shouldn't things like antibiotics be a priority? You'll wait forever in line for a prescription, deal with rude employees, be treated horrible because of your skin color, deal with one mistake after another, never have medication in stock and more. And no matter how many times you complain to the store manager or Walgreens corporate, nothing is ever done about racist employees, unprofessional acts or very poor service. They simply no longer care. YOUR time is not as valuable as theirs. YOUR job is not as important as theirs. Just expect to be treated like shit and like a criminal no matter how polite or nice you are. After a complete RUN AROUND with this pharmacy. Telling us we couldn't fill it until the 30-day mark, then telling us they didn't have any meds and it would be 3 days before they could get it - putting an insurance hold on it, us calling and asking them to remove that so we could fill it somewhere else - they just magically found 30 pills and filled the script. Never called, nothing. Just filled it and the system notified my husband via the app 12 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. This pharmacy is NOT worth the aggravation. Go elsewhere at all costs!!

I placed an order on Friday 10/21 to pickup curbside at 3:00PM (during my lunch break at work). I was informed at that time that my order was delayed. That's understandable, things happen. What's not understandable is the experience I had once I arrived hours later. I was informed that my order was finally ready at about 5:30PM, so I stepped away from my work in hopes to quickly pick up my order and get back to work. I checked in at 5:53PM in spot 7 and waited until after 6:30PM, with nobody coming to my car with any update whatsoever. I then left because I still had to get back to work, and returned to curbside after I finished work shortly following 7:00PM. I then sat once more in the parking lot until after 8:00PM. I called the Customer Service line who told me I should speak to an on-site manager in which I did. The manager was very understanding and informed me of the very outrageous situation workers were being put through over in curbside and suggested I approach a curbside member to ask about my order. Upon doing so, I met two hardworking younger guys who ensured I was taken care of, and acknowledged that I had in fact been waiting in total for almost 3 hours. I spoke with one of them to discover the horrible work conditions he was being put through this evening, which included angry customers telling him to clock out so they could FIGHT him! This was by far the most outrageous, and down-right disgusting experience I've seen in a retail environment at no blame of the workers on site. This is a much bigger issue at hand that I found myself at the base of this evening, wasting multiple hours of my day and even missing part of work to go through. With all that being said, I have absolutely lost all respect for Walmart as an entity. Seeing these unacceptable conditions first hand when I originally was meant to pick up a simple curbside order hours before was down-right traumatizing. I will be making awareness of this experience and warning young people of the dangers that come with working at Walmarts like this.

Irritated sounding she said, let me walk over there & I nicely said thank you & she said they had it. Well, last time they didn't & I had to drive 15 to 16 miles to Mebane to that store to get it. But, when I got there they told me they had the Equate 1 & I asked her to please look at both to make sure it had the same ingredients. It did & I got the generic for $12 less! Today, I had 1 left & needed to get it again & the Garden Rd Walmart only had the name brand 1! I asked if they would order the generic Equate 1 & she said, not nicely, that they would, but they had to take what they sent to them. I knew that might not be right so when I drove to Mebane again, I asked them & they all spoke up & said NO! Which I already knew that. I live appx 1-2 miles from the Garden Rd Walmart, but may not go there much more! I don't remember her name, unfortunately & those that I know there, are always nice, but this lady was NOT! AARRGGHH!
