Organized but busy, we stopped in here looking for two things. Sadly, not in stock for the first one and after looking at Walmart.com, I don't believe they have it in the store. At least that saved us from needless hunting around. Most of the registers at the front after converted to self-checkout which was convenient for our small purchase but would be annoying with a full cartload of stuff. there is always something impeding movement in this particular store. I was in there on 5/14/26 minding my business trying to get my groceries. I was trying to get the last item which was Greek yogurt . As I approached the the location of my item there was yogurt in the floor which I could not see because I had a grocery cart I stepped to get my item and slipped in the yogurt I haveva huge knot on my right leg and my knee on the left has something going on with that . the associates were kind of rude and I had to put my hospital bill on my Medicare lost my job because I could not use a clutch on a 13 speed dump truck. I have spoken with these people 1 time and when you are 65 there's no way you can make it on social security without a job which I did have until after this fall . this store always has boxes or stuff that those shoppers spill and just walk around it. They try to run you over while shopping for people that can't come to the store or just too lazy. I have a letter from them but that's not helping me at all . I was perfectly fine and had a job before this happened now I'm not. I guess when you are older and go to Walmart you need 2 more sets of eyes before you go in . The sil lining to this is the only thing that kept me from breaking something was the cart . I'm scared to go in that particular store now for fear of falling. read more

This is for the pharmacy and not the rest of the store: It took me 15 minutes to explain my script and give all the info to process it. They said it would take 30 minutes to an hour and 4 hours later I'm still waiting. I finally get the notice and then find out they have the capability to bill one insurance and I have two. Way too many times I've been in a hurry only to find items that I need locked up. Good luck getting anyone to help you. Today there were four employees just standing around. I asked for help three times. Eventually a very nice employee came over and unlocked the encasing so I could get what I needed. It's certainly not his fault that management should be replaced along with the majority of the employees who really don't give a damn. Because of their laziness and incompetence, I ended up being late to my event... again. Now I avoid this place and give Target and other businesses my time and money. The only way we can stop corrupt, corporate greed is by using the power of our wallets. The first step to improving this horrible store is to see in the newspaper that the top manager has been fired. I had submitted an order for pick up only 30 minutes before parking at Walmart and when I had gotten there everything was ready. I was highly impressed by the work ethic of the employee Lucas who was thorough and quick. I will be shopping often here because of him. read more

This place is run by zombies. I needed someone to cut some fabric for me. After waiting for about 20 min with no one in sight I walked around looking for the nearest associate finding one at the self check out. She told me I had to go yo customer service to get them to page someone. After waiting in that line for about 10 min the lady paged someone to the remnant area. I went back and waited about 30 min. I spent one hour at this store waiting for no one to show so I left. It's been about 10 years since I've been in this store and I plan on never coming back. read more

We had an emergency and needed to pick up some young children in the middle of the night; we didn't have car seats and limited funds. The car seats on the shelf were way more than we had to spend..I asked a man that was stocking if he could help us , and he directed us to Tammy..I explained our situation, and although she was busy directing several employees, as well as responding to a page, she said she would go in the back and she what she could find. Tammy came back with a big box of various car seats all the correct sizes within our budget!! This place is the worst! Fully of lazy people that don't wanna work and people who smell like a dirty pad left out in the sun. Don't bother calling to pick up an order. Found a dirt ball putting groceries in somebody else car. Asked him how are people getting their groceries if there was NOBODY answering the phone. He literally was like don't call the number and use app. I'm like ok. Got back in the car to download the app and checked in and still nobody came. Tried calling again and no answer. Don't order curbside pickup here. There is always something wrong with the system or they are way behind and you will be waiting an hour if your order doesn't just get moved to a whole different day an hour before you are supposed to pick it up. read more

I like the location, it's not as sketchy as other ones and most of the time the staff is nice. Only thing is don't go after 10 pm. They close down both self checkouts and only have one cashier. And most of the time I only stop by at night to grab a few things for the next day and Having to wait to pay for 3 items in line for people shopping for a whole month doesn't sound right. Seriously I would rather drive to another Walmart than to wait in a line for 30 min because both self checkout sections are closed. read more

I understand the cautions needed for the COVID 19, but to have only one entrance that is also the exit way down from the pharmacy end is so wrong for us seniors esp. on senior day. Some of us have a hard time getting around with painful arthritis but not enough to use a motorized scooter. So, it was a real chore to enter through grocery end, walk to the other end to get my prescription, then back down to the grocery end, and out to the car. A lot of walking for a senior. Since masks are required, I don't understand the one entrance/one exit thing. read more

Yes, it's New Year's day; however, there are two checkout lines open with no one in them, in addition to the others with customers. Might a manager move someone to the return line which is backed up to the door? Nope. Might an employee take some initiative? Nope. Might the employer who just started at her register remain! Nope, her manager, pictured, tells her it doesn't matter that she's only been open 5 min, she must take her break because she's on a short shift. I went shopping and bought the wrong brand of cat food and cat liter. I tried returning the unopened product so that I could buy the correct brand at the store. I even told her that. I didn't have a receipt, though. At most stores like Lowes they can just swipe your card that you used. She said I can't do that. She was very rude about it. After about 5 minutes she said she could give me a store credit. That's all I wanted in the first place and she knew it. Not sure why she treated me the way she did, but the customer service at this store is horrible. Half of their self checkouts don't accept either cash or store credit. I accidentally went to one that said no gift cards. When it wasn't taking my payment the worker said very rudely "hold on." And was very rude to me there on out for an honest mistake. The bottom line is this isn't a friendly environment. I relate this to bad management and bad hiring and training procedures. read more

This store is by far the worst organized. It has the worst staff working the floor of any walmart I have ever been in. If you ever need help in a department, you have to hunt down an employee. The employees are typically on their phones and not paying attention. Poorly trained and completely useless! I would credit poor management for such a terrible store. read more

Electronic section was in dire need of more personally, only one person and she was rude and tried to ignore me and even almost hide behind a cabinet while shifting through merchandise, literally was disgusted with attitude behavior lack of performance lack of concern and lack of interest and lack of desire for even being there and working, also gave me a dirty look as I waited for 15 minutes for her to even acknowledge me while walking away and gleemingly at me said in a sharp voice, I'll be with you in a minute, as if I was a nuisance to her for shopping there. This is not customer service this is not performance, this is appalling. Overcrowded hardly any parking, the one shopping cart I had to choose from had paint all over it, this is just one visit, I left and ordered a home theater system from Office Depot, it was much easier less stressful over a hundred dollars cheaper and came with a DVD player also and not just speakers for 200 bucks. read more

I only gave this store a 1 star because you did not offer the option for -5. I shopped there on December 31st at about 2:00 pm and spent over $200.00.And that was difficult as the store shelves were EMPTY! I literally checked my phone to see if we were in for a surprise snowstorm, as the store was out of so much food. I purchased a dozen bags of tortillas because they had a 75 cent off coupon on each bag. The checker did not remove them until the last two, and then planned to forget about the rest! I made her get them out of the bags and take off the coupons, but she still missed 2, which I found once I got home. I purchased a couple packs of hot dogs for $1.16, and four packs for 82 cents. She charged me $1.16 for all 6 packs - again, I didn't notice until I got home, even though I pointed it out to her and thought she adjusted it! She even gave a small laugh when I told her about it! Each time I corrected her, (she made several other errors) she basically shrugged her shoulders. Every line was long and the people behind me were as frustrated as I was. I also waited forever in the deli for the 1 person working to wait on me, and I ordered 8 Chicken Tenders. I buy these at the Hillsborough store and they are always great. These, however, were hard, dry and obviously old. Dinner ruined, (raccoons loved them) and they were over $8.00. So, I will NEVER shop the Mebane store again, and suggest you don't either. All in all, they screwed me out of about $11.00 cash and a good deal of my time. Worst store ever. read more

Do not get passport photos taken here. They are not up to the standards set by the US Department of State. Just got my rejection letter for my application, a month after sending it off. When I tried to get in touch with the photo center or a manager via telephone due to the distance the store is from my house, no one besides the customer service routing rep. would pick up the phone for 15 minutes straight. I have been to many Walmart's. However tonight's visit to the Walmart at 3141 Garden Road in Burlington, NC was the worst! I went there to purchase a new coffee maker, my old one quit this morning. They only had one that I wanted but the color was red and I didn't want that particular color. I was looking for a Walmart associate to ask if they had any others, when an associate walked by. I called out to her & she turned to look at me then turned back around like she didn't hear me. So I spoke a little louder & again she turned and looked at me then turned back around and continued to walk on. So I decided go somewhere else. As I was walking down the aisle to leave, I saw her again. She looked at me & I said to her, "Don't worry, I won't ask for your help again." That's when she hollers out to me that she is off duty. Could I not see that? She had a drink & a coat in her hand? I said, No I did not know you weren't on duty. But you could've said, I can get someone else to help you. I decided then I was going to speak to a manager. There was one at the customer service desk & she apologized, and said she should have gotten someone to help me if she couldn't. After I describe the associate to her, she said she would look into it. I don't know if this woman was having a bad day or what. But she would not be an employee of mine if I knew she was speaking to customers in that manner. Bad day or not! read more

received email that groceries ready for pick up...when I arrived I called the check in number at least a dozen times only to get the recording...then was told after on site 15 minutes groceries coming out..2 cars arrived well after I arrived and their groceries came out 5 minutes and another 7 minutes after they arrived..I was there a total of 40 minutes..I don't think this was walmart's best effort!!
