What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! I'm a regular pharmacy visitor with prescriptions and this location is absolutely the worst of them all. The retail floor is operated by people who don't know where anything is, don't know how to help customers and don't know how to operate the cash register. They were crazy busy and most likely understaffed but they did a great job trying to meet everyone's needs as quickly as they could. The pharmacist Lily was super human with all she was juggling - filling prescriptions, answering questions, giving vaccines. We all need to take a collective breath and have more patience.
