I told her I didn't think I had activated it yet but I can and it takes 30 sec. She said no go around. I went around. I told her it took me 35 seconds. She rolled her eyes again. A few words were exchanged. She told me she would move as slow as she wanted. Michael heard her and he came over and told brenda "ok you done!" And asked her to step away from the register. Tody I had extensive dental work, they sent a text saying there was an insurance issue and could not process it through my insurance-odd because I just got my so sons controlled medicine there less than 2 weeks ago and they had it. The girl pecked on the computer wasting my time and had a very difficult time entering/finding my insurance despite my card lying on the counter. Just stalling to avoid "working" in my opinion. I was still in pain and just out of sedation so I said to just fill it and I would pay out of pocket. So after the medication was called in over 3 hours earlier, a phone call left unanswered for over 20 minutes I finally got my medicine after snide smirks from the unprofessional staff working there (they are in eye shot from the register). I had already had my sons pediatrician move his script to my normal store just so I didn't have to encounter these lazy and unprofessional people last week. Even his pediatricians office reported back to me they had been on hold for over an hour. Not a single phone rang the entire time I was inside today and nobody was on the phone the entire time. My suggestion-replace the staff! I'm shocked they have actual license to be working back there. Slum location-slum staff. Horrible customer service and clearly nobody behind the pharmacy wants to do their job!!

When I need an item in a locked case, and I press the button, two or three associates come running with a key! What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! Maybe staffing is an issue with the Walgreens, and that's why a lot of them are closing. So far all my experiences here have been good. Please keep it up!

They were crazy busy and most likely understaffed but they did a great job trying to meet everyone's needs as quickly as they could. The pharmacist Lily was super human with all she was juggling - filling prescriptions, answering questions, giving vaccines. We all need to take a collective breath and have more patience. The store is easy to shop around and I love their selection of health food items since I got a lot of hydrating Waters with electrolytes. Great grab and go snacks as well at a fair price. I will dock some points because the store smells really weird. I do find it really cool that this store has a bar in it too. People litter the parking lot with shopping carts and there's no reason why the security guard should be grabbing carts as well. Really clean restrooms too!
