First thing first. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Now Diana is a WHITE women helping a BLACK lady and talking reckless to a BLACK man. Now the lady is looking at her like something is wrong with her. I then told her call your manager. She said when I'm done I replied I'll wait. Another lady that work there walks up I ask her is she the manager she replies no he is over there I can get him for you Diana tells her ( he want the manager because he mad at me) first of all I do not know you for me to be mad at you but what you not going to do is talk to me with a attitude like I'm your child. As the lady is walking towards the manager Diana decides to leave her register ( Mind you she is the only cashier in the front of the store) and try to go wheee the manager is. Dropped a prescription off and came back twice to check on the status. The third time I came back I was told they didn't have enough of the medication to give me. So no one looked at how much was in stock, they just continued to tell me to come back. And the whole time the pharmacy didn't have it in stock. Total waste of time. The store is also extremely dirty. I would never risk getting a vaccine here

When I need an item in a locked case, and I press the button, two or three associates come running with a key! What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! Maybe staffing is an issue with the Walgreens, and that's why a lot of them are closing. So far all my experiences here have been good. Please keep it up!

They were crazy busy and most likely understaffed but they did a great job trying to meet everyone's needs as quickly as they could. The pharmacist Lily was super human with all she was juggling - filling prescriptions, answering questions, giving vaccines. We all need to take a collective breath and have more patience. They have a rewards program that gives you savings on items in store and at the pump. Love there selection of bulk items that save on waste and paper bags provided for easy recycling/composting. I do wish there was a closer location. This would be my go to grocery. 4 stars because of customer service, I overheard a couple employees complaining about hours and gossiping about how many people got busted by the secret shopper for shoplifting and ended up with cat food that i didn't buy because the previous customer couldn't afford so the bagger didn't pay attention and i ended up with an errand. I've also encountered super friendly and helpful young man noticing i was in need as he was stocking shelves.

The store is easy to shop around and I love their selection of health food items since I got a lot of hydrating Waters with electrolytes. Great grab and go snacks as well at a fair price. I will dock some points because the store smells really weird. I do find it really cool that this store has a bar in it too. People litter the parking lot with shopping carts and there's no reason why the security guard should be grabbing carts as well. Really clean restrooms too!
