I'm looking for a quest cause that's where she told me I needed to go there's no quest so I drive back over here go up to the second floor after calling Allina to verify that I'm supposed to go to Suite 215 and they said yes so I go back up there. He tells me I need to go to the fourth floor so I go to the fourth floor. It's a spa so I have to go all the way back down to the second floor then he tells me finally that I need to go to the other elevators now mind you I am sick and I am in pain and they're making me go through all of this and then talking to me extremely rudely horrible customer service I walked back in and she looked at the guy sitting at the other desk and she goes. You can handle this and then got up and walk away how unprofessional. Finally, when I got to the fourth floor they were extremely nice and very helpful.

They were crazy busy and most likely understaffed but they did a great job trying to meet everyone's needs as quickly as they could. The pharmacist Lily was super human with all she was juggling - filling prescriptions, answering questions, giving vaccines. We all need to take a collective breath and have more patience. All businesses are doing their best with the staffing shortage they are all experiencing. I for one am thankful I could walk into my neighborhood Walgreens and get my Covid booster. When placing an online order they are always quick to fill it.

I used to go to Wayzata High School and that was ages ago. I remember at the time this place looked like some dusty, ugly looking pharmacy, which made me not want to buy my Nyquil there! They didnt have any products out on the shelves, it was a sad mess. The past year or 2 i did notice some changes. Looked much cleaner and brighter. Then all of a sudden BAM! overnight they transformed this place. The shelves are stocked up and they brought products in they used to not sell. Like Burts Bee's makeup foundation which I have been looking for that foundation everywhere! all types of beauty products that usually you find only at Ulta! This also includes medicine aisle and snacks! OMG the snacks!! and candy its like a mini Candy Land! I have been going to this CVS more often just because of their new products. also it seems like every time I go there , they have so many yellow tags, so many discounts. I think even cheaper then Walgreens. I really recommended this CVS . I live by Ridgedale mall area and I drive all the way here just because of how awesome this placed turned out! They probably have new management or they just stopped being lazy and got to cleaning :-)

However, when I met the staff member who was supposed to administer the vaccine, she said she needed to look for a syringe. She rummaged through a box for quite a while before saying she had found one, and then began the injection. After the needle had been in my arm for a short moment, she pulled it out. I thought the injection was complete, but to my surprise, she told me that the vaccine had not been administered because the needle was faulty and she needed to replace it and do it again. I was shocked--how could something so outrageous happen? What made it even worse was that no one even offered an apology. I will never return to this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well.

I felt like a pharmacist should make you feel confident and ready for the huge undertaking but no. I felt demeaned and talked down to about simple questions I had. And even though I had waited almost a full week for my prescription in the first place... He was snarky and rude and waited until the very end of the interaction to explain his side which was far too late in my opinion. You're whole job as a pharmacist is to supply the medicine, supply the proper ways to dispose of that medicine, and supply education on things the customers might not know about. My first time buying syringes and insulin and I cried for an hour after getting home because my doctor told me the sharps container would be provided with the syringes and the lead pharmacist basically attacked me for even asking for a sharps container... down to demanding who would have even told me that it would've been provided by the pharmacist. He then told me to where to buy one or apparently you can just make them out of milk jugs?? I don't know maybe I'll just throw them in the garbage uncovered now. It has hard enough to even take on this diagnosis without having some little jerk guy pharmacist make me feel even worse about it. The cashier katrina was amazing and I could tell she was also uncomfortable with the pharmacist's behavior because she apologized several times for him and told me she was not from that store and was helping out... like she didn't want to be associated with his behavior. I have used this pharmacy for almost ten years and because of my interaction with him today I am changing my pharmacy from here on out.
