They were crazy busy and most likely understaffed but they did a great job trying to meet everyone's needs as quickly as they could. The pharmacist Lily was super human with all she was juggling - filling prescriptions, answering questions, giving vaccines. We all need to take a collective breath and have more patience. All businesses are doing their best with the staffing shortage they are all experiencing. I for one am thankful I could walk into my neighborhood Walgreens and get my Covid booster. Hours that they are open are wildly inconsistent and simply a suggested possibility. Flip a coin before going there to get your vital medications. Out of stocks on meds are rampant. Communication. I…read moreonly had my prescription sent here because the pharmacy I normally used didn't have it. I was able to make it in to grab medication and was in line at 1:28 or 1:29pm. A pharmacist came over to assist and I didn't want to approach the counter as he didn't have a mask on but I did, I stayed about 3 or more feet away and gave my last name. He said he couldn't hear me and I told him I was sick, I gave my last name again. He asked me to spell it, As I was spelling my last name the paramedics at the drive thru (African American female with dreads) told him to "cut it and not take the transaction" he looked at her and then at me and I began to spell my last name again, and she said no, did the cut throat action with her hand and said do not start the transaction and close the gate. I asked him what time they reopened and that I would wait. He said 2pm and the gate was closed. They gathered behind the gate and had a conversation and laughed and she explained that she told him to close the gate. Convo was loud enough to be heard up front. Not sure what the interaction was about, but my perception was that it was unprofessional. At least provide a quick explanation and be courteous. I wasn't rude just didn't want to get anyone sick and didn't know until I was inside that there was a drive thru. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone but this is solely based on my personal experience maybe someone else has experienced better.

I really appreciate their dependability, especially during a time where pharmacies are usually short staffed and very busy.
