It's a spa so I have to go all the way back down to the second floor then he tells me finally that I need to go to the other elevators now mind you I am sick and I am in pain and they're making me go through all of this and then talking to me extremely rudely horrible customer service I walked back in and she looked at the guy sitting at the other desk and she goes. However, when I met the staff member who was supposed to administer the vaccine, she said she needed to look for a syringe. She rummaged through a box for quite a while before saying she had found one, and then began the injection. After the needle had been in my arm for a short moment, she pulled it out. I thought the injection was complete, but to my surprise, she told me that the vaccine had not been administered because the needle was faulty and she needed to replace it and do it again. I was shocked--how could something so outrageous happen? What made it even worse was that no one even offered an apology. I will never return to this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well.
