What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! Just today I came to get a car wash, and I also placed a pizza order. I marked my parking spot/arrival location as being in the car wash line, which I knew was a bit of a challenge. They didn't quite make it in time, so I called to let them know I had pulled into the wash. I said "I know I gave you a challenge there (while laughing)" and they laughed with me and just told me to pull up next to the front door when I was done. They watched for me out the window and brought the pizza out promptly when I pulled up. The pizza was handed off with a joking "we'll have to charge you more for this one" comment. Overall super friendly and great service!

I don't expect much out of gas stations (I don't think many people do), so we were both kinda floored by how NICE the interior of this gas station was. Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. This is the most service oriented business that I have come across in many years…read more Each weekend, when I am traveling home from church, I stop here for gas, sometimes, but usually to buy ice and other items. It doesn't matter who is working that shift, as soon as they see me coming, they already have double bags ready to put ice in. If they are not too busy, one of the employees will usually get the ice and bag it for me. (They all even know to place the open end down.)As if this weren't enough, again, if they are not too busy, one of them will offer to carry my ice out to the car for me. Worst car wash in town do not was your car here, I took my truck here to get it washed the soap…read morenever came on and then it shoots out some hot wax and then the rinse. So I went inside where a very nice cashier was more then willing to help out when her manger came out and said he watch my car go thru the was and everything worked just fine. I invited him outside to look at my truck and he declined saying that it did not get clean because it is a truck and he was not going to do anything to help. so I went outside to get my husband who then went into the store and came out with the manager who then again said the truck was not clean because it was a truck and it does not clean large trucks well. My husband was not accepting that as the reason for not having a clean truck and came out with another car wash that still did not clean the truck. I have been to a bunch of different Holiday gas stations to wash my truck and never had this issue so my recommendation is to just not go to that one where the manager does not believe in customer service but does believe in yelling at customers.
