He has been doing plastic surgery for over 30 years and has phenomenal ratings on realself. I originally had a virtual consultation that went well but he let me know right away he wanted to see me in person before confirming exact procedure. So I flew my behind to MN to meet this awesome Doc in person! The office and staff are sooo nice and friendly. Doc was so well dressed, comforting and knowledgeable. From the time we started the consultation, he completely provided a respectfu environment. Before I left the house to go see him, I was telling my bff how I need a doc to grab all up on my skin so I can really see what's gna be gone after surgery- that is exactly what he did. I had to pay 20k to get revision rhinoplasty because it was so bad. The doctor I saw for a revision even said it was pretty bad and messed up and super bulky on the bottom. He also just took my septum completely out instead of fixing it. So now I've spent 31k on my nose. I've attached the photo of his nose (top) that Dr.Mesna did, along with the one I just got from a different surgeon. It now looks way more natural and nice compared to what he did to me. I also have a septum now. I wouldn't recommend having rhinoplasty here. The pain you go through to do it and then it comes out bad is not ok. Along with how much it costs..

There have been a few hiccups (my appointment got canceled a few years back due to admin error so I showed up and was turned away and there was another instance where I felt I was being upsold for treatments that my insurance didn't cover and wouldn't need) but those are only a few instances. Most of the staff and doctors are friendly otherwise. I'm still here as a customer after almost a decade so they're doing things mostly right.
