I told him I wanted no bigger implants than the first ones, which were 250cc. I stressed this as being very important to me. I came out of surgery with 350 cc implants that were too big for me and my nipples pointed down as a result. He said he did what he thought would look best, ignoring my request. At first he said he would make it right and then backed out of that statement. I went to a different surgeon and had them replaced, again. So my three stars are an average of a very good surgery and a very disappointing one. This was a long time ago, but it has bothered me ever since that he did this.

They also set appropriate expectations about swelling and that results evolve over time as everything settles and the body heals (which helped so much mentally). I had to pay 20k to get revision rhinoplasty because it was so bad. The doctor I saw for a revision even said it was pretty bad and messed up and super bulky on the bottom. He also just took my septum completely out instead of fixing it. So now I've spent 31k on my nose. I've attached the photo of his nose (top) that Dr.Mesna did, along with the one I just got from a different surgeon. It now looks way more natural and nice compared to what he did to me. I also have a septum now. I wouldn't recommend having rhinoplasty here. The pain you go through to do it and then it comes out bad is not ok. Along with how much it costs..

I had a more complex situation. My breasts were bottoming out and spreading apart only 5 years after my first breast augmentation (done by a top-rated doctor in Wayzata) I was being blown off by first the doctor and then the clinic every six months over the course of a few years as my implants looked worse and worse. When I met Dr.Chaudhry he quickly identified that my breasts were bottoming out and that after only 5 years of having implants this shouldn't be the case. He was confident the gap between my breasts could be minimized and that my caesarean scar could be flattened as well (I had a lumpy caesarean scar from an ectopic emergency surgery I had that I didn't like.) I truly felt like someone had finally listened to me and acknowledged that there in fact was a problem. Dr. Chaudhry was always incredibly pleasant to interact with. He also went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He was kind enough to take the time out of his day to meet with my original clinic to go over my case with them and was able to get them to agree to cover the cost of my new implants. Both my breast revision and caesarean revision look AMAZING. My entire experience with Dr. Chaudhry has been incredible and my results truly speak for themselves. After check-in in I was immediately offered a beverage, which offered very welcoming vibes. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Karisa called me from the waiting area to the procedure room. Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. Nick did a great job with offering me a program I could sign up for and help same money at my next visits.
