Everything looks natural and she went above and beyond to give me the best results and I'm so thankful for that! If you are on the fence like I was, I highly recommend Dr. Harrington and her whole team. The original consultation with Saebra is what finally sold me on getting this done after 13 years of wanting it and multiple consultations. Her kindness and knowledge (and personality) made me feel like it was a great fit. She really put my racing mind at ease. Once I met with Dr. Harrington I felt even more confident to proceed to the surgery. She is to the point, confident, and knows how to take care of you, both in surgery and with any worries. She knows what it takes to make the results look great and she checks in before to see if you are ok with that route. I whole heartedly trusted her to do what she thought was best and I can't thank her enough for how well she did with my results. I worry a lot and they were there with any questions/concerns I had, both pre op and post op.

Gaslighting, Sexist, and Medically Contradictory. Do NOT come here…read more I came to Twin Cities Dermatology as a patient with a severe, documented skin condition (Prurigo Nodularis). What I found was a clinic that actively gaslit me, dismissed my documented symptoms, and attempted to rewrite my medical history to avoid taking responsibility. The Gaslighting: I presented with clear, hard nodules on my forehead and body. They initially documented my diagnosis correctly as "Prurigo Nodularis" and started me on a heavy-duty biologic (Dupixent) along with intralesional injections. However, after I raised concerns about my disability paperwork and asked for accommodations, they suddenly changed their tune. They began calling my condition "just eczema." You don't prescribe a powerful biologic like Dupixent for "just eczema." That is a contradiction. They are trying to downplay the severity of my condition to avoid liability. The Sexism: The clinic appears to be exclusively staffed by women, with only one male provider (who is gay). This is not a coincidence. They systematically dismiss straight, Black men as "difficult" or "argumentative" patients. They ignored my explicit request to exclude a specific provider from my sessions. I was not treated with respect or dignity; I was treated like an inconvenience. Refusal to Accommodate: Despite having documented medical records showing I have not been able to work due to the severity of my condition (sleep disruption, concentration issues, mood impacts), they refused to sign my (Disability) form. They claimed they couldn't assess my limitations, despite their own notes stating that my condition impacts my daily activities. Bottom Line: This clinic is not a place for healing. It is a place to be dismissed, gaslit, and under-treated. The doctor and staff will lie to protect themselves rather than help their patients. Do your research, bring your own documentation, and be prepared to fight for basic respect. I will never be returning here, and I hope you won't either.

Won't go back. Went for the first time as a new patient for a skin cancer exam and discovered I had…read moreeczema as well. I was given a cream that made it worse. I went back 7 days later to be seen again for a follow up to the cream and was charged for another office visit. When I called to find out why I was billed for the first visit (should have been preventative) and why was I charged full price for the follow up, I had to make repeated calls. When calling the main line, most of the time it goes to voicemail and they may or may not call you back. When I finally reached someone, they said they had to have billing call me back. After multiple follow up calls, I was told the first visit was diagnostic so can't be billed as preventative and the second visit required another exam so wasn't considered follow up. The exam was all of 2 seconds of the Dr seeing things were worse and gave me a shot to minimize symptoms. They said I was examed again and it had to be billed as such and not a follow up. I will not be going back not only because I feel like I was unfairly charged but also because trying to get anyone on the phone was extremely difficult. I will stick with park Nicollet.

This was my first time going to a plastic surgeon and I was understandably apprehensive, even though it was for a minor procedure. Dr. Prischmann calmed me immediately with the confidence she showcased and how she took the time to listen and talk to you in a way that instantly put you at ease. She is Always professional and also extremely personable. Her knowledge is in depth (and I have seen a lot of doctors in this field). She goes the extra mile in explaining things too. One thing that I appreciate about her (and there are MANY) is that she will not do a procedure that she doesn't feel you need. Even when she could make the money doing it. I think that's where the negative reviews are coming from. She is HONEST. She will not do a procedure you don't need or if she feels it isn't the best option for you. I have had amazing, and most important, Natural results from her. Her Botox technique is the best (and I have tried many). She is the best at what she does and I recommend her highly!

Everyone in the office has a lovely smile, makes eye contact and seems happy to be at work. Dr Philbin was such a gift. I had a moment of panic right before surgery and he sat with me and did not rush me through it. He listened to every concern and answered every question. My surgery was performed at Southdale Fairview and I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with my care team. Post-surgery, Dr Philbin and his patient coordinator have answered every email within hours, usually minutes, made time for me and seen me when it is necessary. The insurance company even called them to advise it was covered and to have them send in the preauthorization. I even had two other correction surgeries done and it still did not fix the issues I had. I paid for them out of pocket even though they had my deposit on hold. I advise not to schedule surgery here. You will be very disappointed. You will have to file legal action to get your money back. They do not care what your needs are, they just care on how much money they make.

First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too.
