The Sanrio collab for sure got my attention. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee and asked if I needed help with anything. I was kind of just browsing though. The bombs [for the Sanrio collab] were ~$7.50/ea. which isn't horrible. Plus they had my fav characters; HK, Kuromi & My Melody (Cinnamon Roll is cute too). They had a lot of other options as well which is nice if HK isn't your thing. I didn't care for the smell of the Sanrio shower gel but the bath bombs smelled good got the most part. I do appreciate how the staff will help you understand the products if needed. I will say I also appreciate that they gave me space to browse as well. read more

I love lush but I think I'll just be ordering online from now on.. every time I go into the store an associate stands by me the whole time. I appreciate when they ask if I need help and then let me shop in peace but they always stand right next to me and try to sell or tell me about the products. It's really annoying and I usually end up leaving really quickly. I'd probably spend if they let me shop on my own. Please change this Lush. read more

Would rate less if I could, do not ever work here or let anyone you care about work here, insisted I should abandon my partner during a medical emergency to show up for work and guilt tripped me when I refused, management values profits over human lives with no remorse, they do not consider their employees to be people, the lack of empathy is sickening read more

The fragrance of this store is mesmerizing. It pushes you to find your scent. Multiple stations are available for you to try their products to make sure the product is for you. Staff are friendly, although they seem a bit understaffed so you have to have patience to get your questions answered. Staff seem to work well under pressure in a full store, highly impressed. LUSH has more than soaps and lotions, I'll return to continue my journey of finding what scents works for me. Great visit. read more

I want to start by saying the store looked clean and organized and the staff were attentive and asked if I needed help, which is typical of Lush and part of the reason I've been regularly using the products for over a decade. However, there was one staff member who was clearly very sick. She was sneezing and coughing all over the place. And she was the ONLY staff not wearing a mask. It's right before the holidays. I understand the need to go to work, but nobody wants to bring home a bath bomb AND a virus. Someone needs to talk to this staff member about public health. I will choose another store in the future. read more

Top of the Line customer service AND cosmetics to boot! I have only tried Lush a couple of times while I was college, and I wanted to give them another go because of "MASKNE" (acne due to wearing masks). The employees are very polite, and they know what cosmetics will best suit your current skin needs. Kaysie is the retail store manager at the Rosedale Mall location, and she is extremely understanding and knowledgable when it comes to Lush cosmetics. She asked what I was looking for in a skin care products, and she knew right away what would work for me. With the start of wearing masks, my skin has been more congested and prone to break outs. Kaysie recommend Cosmetic Warrior, Vanishing Cream, and Grease Lightening, all products that help calm troubled, oily skin. Let me tell you, using these products for only a small about of time have dramatically reduced the inflammation on my face. A tip Kaysie gave me was to use the Grease Lightening gel under my mask to help lessen the irritation of current blemishes and it works! I am grateful and happy that Kaysie recommended these products for my skin. I will continue to use these products because of the wonderful benefits they have provided for my skin. I definitely encourage anyone having issues with mask causing acne to check out Lush's products! read more

I have only visited this store once and I had no idea what to expect. Lush products are all so original, vegetarian (many vegan), and fresh. The staff was very nice and answered my questions knowing I was a first time shopper. When one staff member didn't know the answer to my questions she found someone else who did instead of pretending and I really appreciated that. It made them seem genuine. You can't find products like these anywhere else! I have been looking for something eco-friendly and cruelty free for my hair and this is the only place I can find a product to use that I can trust. I've been using my shampoo bar for about a week now and I don't think I'll ever go back to normal shampoo. I can't wait to shop here again and stock up ! Thanks Lush ! read more

I was introduced to Lush this summer when I received a few products from a friend for my birthday: Cup O' Coffee, Salted Coconut, and Mint Julips. Fast forward to December, and I am a full-blown addict! I did a curbside pickup at the Roseville location today, and the employee and manager who assisted me really went above and beyond! I picked up my order, and I had five empty pots to trade-in. The manager let me know that due to a delivery delay, their fresh face masks only had two weeks left on them instead of three, and she let me keep the pots for next time. She even gave me an extra face mask, so I get to try Rosy Cheeks, which I have been looking forward to trying. I have been to every store in the Twin Cities, and the service I received from the Roseville store today really stands out! read more

I have loved Lush products for years and am a very regular user of their products. Because of this store, I feel like I have to shop online. I know that it is the companies policy to train their employees to talk your ear off, but it has been extremely abrasive. I give so many social cues that I do not need assistance from the staff and they are relentless. The staff is nice, but they are way too pushy and my last 5 experiences here in the past few months have all been this way. It's extremely frustrating that I have not been able to just walk around the small store and look at the products without someone breathing down my neck. As someone who walks in knowing what they want it just drives me insane. read more

Lush is such a fun store to lose yourself in. It's fragrant but not overwhelming, and there's all kinds of skin care goodies here, to pamper yourself from head to toe. Best of all, everything is cruelty free! I stopped here the first week they opened and got a nice little arm/hand massage that was a demo of their cuticle cream, ocean salt exfoliant, body conditioner that smelled like rose petals, and finally Dream Cream, which is definitely a dreamy, creamy lavender scented lotion. It was very relaxing and now I have super soft, lovely smelling skin. I ended up buying a bottle of their Flying Fox shower gel, which is luxuriously jasmine scented. The sales associate who was helping me was a sweetheart, and all the people in the store were very friendly... Now that there's a Lush on this side of town, I know where to go when I feel like treating myself! read more

I'm so pleased this Lush shop opened in Roseville! I used to frequent the Lush inside Macy's downtown on Nicollet Mall but it's been closed for over 2 years now. My favorites are the Sex Bomb Bath Bombs, Snow Fairy shower gels and the Karma Bubble Bars. You can soak for hours in the tub with all those delightful bubbles! Not to mention the bathroom smells divine for hours after your bath. I am in love with the culture and values of this company. They hold their products to a very high standard, everything is cruelty free AND suitable for vegans. What's not to love? Being a huge advocate for beauty without cruelty, this is a company I feel good about supporting. Yes their bath products are more expensive, but they use real essential oils in all of their products, and their Rose Absolute comes from Turkey (found in their Rose Jam product line, if you use this magical elixir like I do, you'll see what I'm talking about!) It transports you back in time to the days of Turkish baths....and hedonistic luxury...and Cleopatra herself bathed in milk and rose petals! read more

I love lush they have very nice bath bombs and soup and other stuff. They had so many dents in the air it was kind of over whelming. It is a little expensive but they are very nice. It was a little bit of a line. It has a very nice display. The staff was very nice and to know that you can use visa gift cards there is great. Except they it u don't have enough you can't do the have and have thing it just declines it. I had a great time looking around for things there and I liked there set up. Except for that all the bath bombs were in one place and it was crowded there I think they should spread them out. read more

I ALWAYS get amazing customer service when I visit this store. They even recognize me and my baby! I'm always offered assistance and their staff seems knowledgeable. I have noticed chatter between employees, but that does NOT bother me in the slightest as long as I'm greeted and offered help. I'd rather see employees conversing a little, than resemble robots. This place is great. The staff is very helpful. I has to return a product because I picked up the wrong thing and the return took probably 5 minutes. The few times I've come here it has been busy buy that's not the staffs fault. It smells great in there. read more

The customer Service at this shop was outrageously bad, my younger sister (12) and her friend was accused of shoving multiple products into their pockets. When my sister was just putting her phone into her pocket. 4 police men were called in and my sister empty her pockets and of course nothing was in them. I would not recommend shopping at "lush" unless you want to disrespected. read more

The staff here is great, super nice and knowledgable. It was my first time there. One worker spent a great amount of time explaining everything to me and gave me great recommendations base in my skin type. This place is pretty expensive but I would definitely shop there again. read more
