This CVS sits at the end of a small plaza adjacent to the larger retail plaza on Franklin Road. I popped by in search of OTC meds, and found what I needed for the most part. Their selection was a bit limited due to empty spots, and one item I was after they didn't have alternatives for. This location is a bit older and shows its age. It's worn from inside to out, especially inside on the floor and ceilings...and just overall energy. Speaking of energy, service was lacking here as well. I usually use CVS Brentwood, 330 Franklin Rd because it's convenient, but I had a very frustrating experience with pharmacist Victor. I came in for an urgent prescription, and he immediately said it wasn't available and the nearest location was in Hermitage--over an hour away. I asked multiple times if he could check other stores or inventory, and he refused, saying "that's all my screen shows." I later found the medication at another CVS just 10 minutes away. When I returned to tell him, he didn't apologize or offer assistance, saying I'd have to call Hermitage to transfer it myself. I ended up spending over an hour handling something that should have been simple. This was unhelpful and dismissive. I hope CVS addresses this, because customers deserve staff willing to actually assist rather than blindly follow the screen. read more

I went into this CVS in January 2024, needing to purchase some cleaning items. I had to use the restroom before I started my shopping, and one of the pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional, and said that the restrooms were locked. This was around 5 to 6 PM. Don't bother going here if you want snotty behvior. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. Just when you think they couldn't be worse, they are. The pharmacist here is abrupt, patronizing, and talks over customers. Ridiculous. This store has horrible pharmacy service & they never answer the phone to refill Rx that must be filled by speaking to an individual. The staff also provides erroneous information regarding Rx stock. There is an extreme lack of competence. read more

We just moved here from the Chicago area, and maybe I've been spoiled by the amazing CVS stores there, but either way, this front store would still get a two star rating. It's unorganized and has a very limited supply of product and a poor seasonal selection. The Walgreens here in this area is way better. The low star rating is mainly due to the lack of organization at the pharmacy counter. One issue is that this is a busy store and the management there can't control the line at the pharmacy counter. The second issue is also with the pharmacy and the fact that their prescriptions aren't properly coded into their system to print out brand names on generics. I came here twice, since it was close to where the fams and I were staying. Sometimes, I would much rather come to a CVS than a grocery store, when it comes to beauty or medicinal needs. The store is just so much easier to navigate and the quickly get around. You'll be surprised because they have some really fun finds there. Take a look at their seasonal items. My daughter loves the seasonal items and finds little trinkets that she would not otherwise find at a grocery store. There is always a plethora of face masks and fun make-up items that I like taking my time to look at (+ read ingredients) before I buy. The store was not super busy, customer service was decent and it was pretty organized. Unfortunately, the second time I went in, I did not find what I was looking for and when I asked a clerk, they could not give me too much information as to why they were out of that specific product. Oh well. I am always grateful to find a CVS, especially because they are open during holidays and you need to go there for emergency reasons. For example, on Christmas day, while we were traveling, my daughter got food poisoning, so my husband had to go to this location for some items to aid in her getting better that day. Always have gone to this pharmacy for any of my prescriptions. They're always quick to help at all times and they are the best I've seen at being on top of everything and giving prescriptions in a timely manner Yesterday had an awesome experience where I needed to fill. A prescription that came out to be quite expensive. Caitlin at the pharmacy helped me find a coupon that made the medication significantly cheaper. This place was good about a year ago and since has been in a steady decline. Long waits, computer system break downs, dirty store, some employees are good and others don't care, including one of the pharmacists. Go elsewhere if possible. Constant turnover. read more

It's just like every CVS store. Although don't expect any help. The front counter is always empty so you have to use the self checkout kiosk. Good luck if you have a question. Finding an employee is like a scavenger hunt. Also the beverage coolers are almost always 70% empty. If you need to go to the pharmacy make sure you put in for PTO at work because it will be a serious wait. Have fun. read more

So, I do still come here on a regular basis. And, I don't even remember the days when I obviously thought it felt "dirty". I'd say it's pretty normal in that department. I'll start with the pros ... the Pharmacy and CVS Minute Clinic is wonderful. As for the rest of the store, I don't know what happened, but ever since they renovated this store, it has gone downhill. It used to be amazing with such friendly staff and a clean set-up. Now, not so much. Turnover is unbelievable, customer service is subpar, and as far as setting up the store, still, months later (I think it's been close to 4 months, if not more), there are canisters out with product. At least product is starting to get to the shelves, but it's not anything to what it used to be and for this area especially, I have very high expectations. The store is a mess. I've given many chances before posting this, but perhaps with more reviews, something will be done. Whatever changed, this CVS lost a lot of great customer service people, and that's very unfortunate. read more

My wife and I went to our favorite CVS pharmacy last night 5/12/2021 and waited in line at least 15 minutes behind two vehicles at the drive thru window. One eventually left. We don't know if they got their things or if they just left without. We got tired of waiting and decided to go inside and see what's going on. They ignored us completely. There were two other people that they also ignored. They didn't acknowledge seeing any of us. One time we thought someone is coming to help us but instead turned and just picked around on things on a shelf right in front of us. She didn't say a word. We left. And on our way out we complained to the manager at the front. We haven't been back to pick up our order yet. But they deserve a zero star review for how they acted. This was a completely different group from what we have been used to. So maybe we have just been spoiled but it would've been nice if someone had at least told us something. Anything. A freaking grunt of acknowledgement that they see us or something. And after we talked to the manager and left which was probably five to ten minutes later, the vehicle that was in front of us was still at the drive thru window. This is sad because it's our best option for pharmacy needs. But we'll definitely be looking at changing stores. There's a Walgreens nearby but not sure if their speed is worth the switch. But this location at 330 Franklin Road is a joke at this rate. read more

Sometimes I get script filled right away, sometimes have to wait but always get wonderful help from their pharmacists, often much better details than my time-crunched physician. They also don't hesitate to come around the counter & help with OTC selections. Super helpful staff and really appreciate the drive thru option for when I am really ill/contagious. Complimentary coffee & tea inside if you have to wait. Nice! Previous reviewer compared to newer Walgreens down the road.... I'll take this easy in/out location over WGs anytime. slow and inefficient. have never been that I didn't have to wait, even when my prescription is already ready. they have texted that my script was ready, and when I arrived was told that only half was ready and it would be 2 days before the rest would arrive. read more
