From snacks and soft drinks to essentials like bread and milk. From pre-made sandwiches to order-on-the-spot menu items (albeit somewhat limited). And, the latest (at least in my opinion) not only can you pick up a 6-pack of your favorite soda or beer, you can now fill a Growler with a Craft Brew right in the store...NOTE: not in all MAPCOs...but in this one you can. (Check out my photos of the "filling station.) My guess is that this is a wave of the future for the burgeoning craft brew industry - placement in locations frequented by busy shoppers. Kinda your one-top-for-all store. Added bonus, especially if you are on the road ... clean restrooms.

This is what the car wash did to my vehicle. The machine that blows your car dry suddenly dropped down on the back of my windshield completely busting my back windshield out. Leaving glass everywhere. I went in the store to report this issue to the employee. He went to the back and I guess called somebody and came out with a Incident/acident report form. While I was filling out the report the employees was closing the car wash down and told me they have been having issues with the car wash. After filling out the report I ask the employee for a copy of the report for my records. He told me they didn't have a copy machine. What business in this day and age doesn't have a copy machine. Not only would he not give me a copy of the report he wouldn't allow me to talk to anybody concerning my issue. His response was somebody would contact me. So they just left me sitting there with a busted windshield with rain on its way all weekend. No one ever contacted me and after getting the run around they said they wasn't responsible for the damages. So not only have I had to ride around with a busted windshield in the rain. I also had to borrow a machine from a friend to clean a ridiculous amount of glass up. Not to mention a deductible I have to pay my insurance for repairs. I am extremely disappointed on how I was treating at Twice Daily and they will never get my business again.

The interior is neatly laid out with open displays of food, convenience items, and drinks, while the aisles provide convenient easy access to "Guestroom" restrooms (located at the back of the store). This "neatly laid out" design forces you (in a gentle way) to wend (or I might say meander) your way through lots of displays of enticing snack foods and drinks. As the designers-planners intended, that's a way to get you pass more merchandise while increasing the likelihood you'll buy something on impulse. Fortunately, the aisles are well-spaced, not like some older stores that jam you between crackers and candy and canned goods. Hot coffee - not bad, not gourmet...just the right steaming temperature with enough selections to provide some choice for a quick pick-me-up. Lots of creamers and add-ins too. Cold fountain drinks and plenty of bottle ones, including beer, soda, iced coffee, and a favorite of mine...just plain seltzer. Cold and hot sandwiches from burritos to burgers to traditional roller-bar dogs and torpedoes...check out their on-line menu (http://twicedaily.com/fresh-menu) with its very informative interactive features. The is a smaller Twice Daily location, but it has all the classics you expect from the brand and a convenience store. This is right on my way to the office, so when in need, I swing by. I have gotten gas, snacks, drinks, coffee, etc...here over the years. Gas is priced above the Nashville average, but so is everything in the Franklin area. So, getting gas here is a true last resort for me, but it happens. Service is hit and miss. I have had great interactions, and less than engaging ones. Never awful, but noticeable inconsistent. As with most convenience stores, it is showing some wear and tear. Cleanliness is decent. Overall, checks most of the boxes for an OK convenience store. Not my first choice, but also wouldn't be my last.

The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!

This location is in good condition and is kept very clean, even the exterior, including the gas pump areas. The interior is good sized, well laid out and well stocked with all the goods! Being a Twice Daily, you get the extra offerings of the brand from a self serve food and drink area as well. Gas prices are competitive for the area. They are higher than you would get closer to the city or farther south, but for Franklin/Brentwood, they are standard. While I have never taken advantage of it, they do offer a car wash here too. Overall, this Shell/Twice Daily is a nice addition to the Carothers Parkway area. I pop by when I am in the immediate area, which houses a few medical professionals I see.

While I do not get gas too often in Brentwood/Franklin, I do swing by this gas station for a different fil;-up of the iced coffee variety. Oddly enough in a sea of coffee spots, White Bison consistently has one of my favorite Iced White Mocha's. Always hits the spot! Service at this location is hit and miss, never awful, but definitely ranges. The store itself is clean, a bit worn, but that is a gas station for you, especially one that is right off the interstate. Overall, I enjoy a good White Bison, so when in the area and get the craving, I have no issues swinging by.

I rarely get gas, as prices in this area are easily .50 higher than they are closer to the city...so I do what I can to avoid filling up in this area, not only at this location. This location is small, but has the standard convenience store goods along with the bountiful coffee station sided with donuts and pastries. The inside of the store was clean and well kept, bathrooms need a bit more attention though. Conditionally the space is decent, but the outside needs some love, especially in the gas pump area. Definitely does not fit the Cool Springs vibe... Service is hit and miss here, but consistently mediocre. Never had a rude experience, but the staff is never really engaging or friendly. Overall, swinging by here is based on near necessity at this point.
