However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

For example, I received a phone call informing me that my prescription was ready, but when I went to the pharmacy, I was told that they didn't have any in stock. The next day, I received another phone call telling me the same thing, but when I went to pick it up, their order hadn't yet arrived. It took me three different trips (out of my way) to finally pick up that prescription. Everyone's really nice, but it can be quite a hassle to get something filled there.
