The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!

I got stuck on the phone for about 10-15min letting a loved one know I was safe because you can't talk & drive. As I'm getting off the phone, the rude attendant came over to my car & demanded I move my car from a parking spot up to the middle of the gas station because he had a delivery truck coming to park. As I went in to use the bathroom, I asked him if he was taught manners. Not only was he rude and lied about a delivery, but he called the cops on me as I sat briefly to send one last message to inform a loved one of my whereabouts. Do better Franklin, TN. Do better MAPCO. Do better Circle K. Y'all, never go here -- not only is the gas almost a dollar more expensive per gallon, but you get smiley as an attendant I guess if lying is easy for you, rudeness isn't far behind.

So this review is nothing more than a snap shot and may or may not be a typical experience for those of you that frequent this location. Located a few hundred yards from the interstate it was convenient with fairly easy access entering and exiting. The exterior and interior of the store looked to be well maintained and it appears the staff is on top of things including hiking up the fuel prices prior to the Memorial Day holiday weekend, I guess $2.89 isn't out of line for the area but I'm quite sure with such a great location the prices will continue to creep up as the demand increases in the coming days. The store attendant was friendly and greeted me as I walked in the store to retrieve my receipt since the register at the pump didn't print it - actually I was never offered the option to print it at the pump so this may be one way to get you inside to make an unplanned purchase.
