I usually swing by this location for the 7 Eleven part, as the gas prices are not very good here. This is mainly due to being located in Cool Springs where everything is more expensive. I always get gas closer to the city. When I stop by it is usually pop in for an energy drink and snack on my way to the office. It is always a gamble on what they will have in stock. Selection is hit and miss on most things here, especially the drinks. Always seems to be empty spots in the coolers and empty boxes on the shelves. They have other options, so I am able to pivot, but sometimes I hop next door to get what I was really after. Service is bland here. Nothing terrible, but also nothing great. Overall, okay convenience store that does in a pinch.

Place is a disaster their gas is overpriced their coffee machines never work the cappuccino machines are always empty with no signs it's just a poorly run store Coffee machines never work half the time stuff is always missing no milk or cream unless you're useless little things half the time This place is managed horribly I would fire the manger he's incompetent. This location is in good condition and is kept very clean, even the exterior, including the gas pump areas. The interior is good sized, well laid out and well stocked with all the goods! Being a Twice Daily, you get the extra offerings of the brand from a self serve food and drink area as well. Gas prices are competitive for the area. They are higher than you would get closer to the city or farther south, but for Franklin/Brentwood, they are standard. While I have never taken advantage of it, they do offer a car wash here too. Overall, this Shell/Twice Daily is a nice addition to the Carothers Parkway area. I pop by when I am in the immediate area, which houses a few medical professionals I see.

So this review is nothing more than a snap shot and may or may not be a typical experience for those of you that frequent this location. Located a few hundred yards from the interstate it was convenient with fairly easy access entering and exiting. The exterior and interior of the store looked to be well maintained and it appears the staff is on top of things including hiking up the fuel prices prior to the Memorial Day holiday weekend, I guess $2.89 isn't out of line for the area but I'm quite sure with such a great location the prices will continue to creep up as the demand increases in the coming days. The store attendant was friendly and greeted me as I walked in the store to retrieve my receipt since the register at the pump didn't print it - actually I was never offered the option to print it at the pump so this may be one way to get you inside to make an unplanned purchase. This c-store is also connected to a Krystal Burger joint if you're needing a bite to eat - I personally have never had a Krystal burger so I don't know if this is good option or not...

So, getting gas here is a true last resort for me, but it happens. Service is hit and miss. I have had great interactions, and less than engaging ones. Never awful, but noticeable inconsistent. As with most convenience stores, it is showing some wear and tear. Cleanliness is decent. Overall, checks most of the boxes for an OK convenience store. I got stuck on the phone for about 10-15min letting a loved one know I was safe because you can't talk & drive. As I went in to use the bathroom, I asked him if he was taught manners. Not only was he rude and lied about a delivery, but he called the cops on me as I sat briefly to send one last message to inform a loved one of my whereabouts. Do better Franklin, TN. Do better MAPCO. Do better Circle K. Y'all, never go here -- not only is the gas almost a dollar more expensive per gallon, but you get smiley as an attendant I guess if lying is easy for you, rudeness isn't far behind.
