They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! I showed up to CVS and it hadn't been received, I left to bring my sick kid home and called urgent care regarding the prescription. Fast forward 2 hours and multiple phone calls to urgent care, I went to CVS on the verge of angry tears with no electronic prescription being sent. They called the urgent care, refused to be "called back" and waited on hold until they could speak with someone who could send the prescription over. They were persistent and made sure my kid received the medication he needed before the store closed. I am forever grateful to them!

Because it was "over prescribed" & they had a nationwide shortage. I've now learned this is only a CVS issue & have transferred my prescription to Walgreens without issues. To the male pharmacist that decided to inject his personal opinions & bias into my medical situation & distribution of a medication my highly educated medical professional prescribed to me... you are disgusting & have absolutely no business interacting with the public let alone having any control over what medication patients are receiving from the business you are employed by. The pros are always the same for any Wal-Mart, good prices and the large quantity of items. This one is lucky to have a grocery section which makes it more unique however most Wal-Marts have this now. The cons are again all the same. Poor service, which I can't blame due to the horrible way Wal-Mart treats it's employees. Then there's the people of Walmart, I mean there's a website dedicated to the many characters that frequent this place. If you are self sufficient and can keep your eyes from wandering from person to person (unless you enjoy people watching like myself) then you can overcome these downfalls.

The liquid anti-biotic prescribed had to be kept refrigerated and he wasn't told about it, so it got left out went bad (I do admit I should have checked the bag). However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

This is the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever been to in the entire world. It is impersonal; but what is worse is that it is incredibly more delayed than it was before. The multitasking is not saving anybody any time . This was a horrible change to make, and I hope they aren't thinking of doing this at their other locations.
