The pharmacy staff has been extremely rude not only to me, and my family but I witnessed it multiple times during my long wait for a Rx. However I would like to thank the team operating the main store they were fantastic and very willing to help with my questions and general purchase. Lastly when I reported the HIPPA violation and the staff disrespect to customer service I was told that I would receive a call back from the management and that has never happened. I recommend doing an off-hour because 4-6 pm tends to be very busy and backed up. I don't know what I'd do without their pickup service! They asked around and then apologized and then I walked out. I was fine, I told them I was just asking since I was in the store anyway. As I loaded my purchases into my car, the employee from the register ran outside to let me know they had a roll of quarters for me. They certainly did not have to do that, but I thought it was so nice and above and beyond.

Through hoops with my dr to try to get the prescription re-written. I called and asked them to mail them to me and they said they would but that they couldn't take the payment and I'd have to call somewhere else to pay for it before they could do it. Just insane.
