Made an appointment for a same day flu shot first thing in the morning (website suggested they had availability every ~15-min from mid-morning through end of day). Received e-mail confirmation for appointment, showed up early, and was told my appointment was cancelled because they were overbooked (no notice provided or e-mail cancellation). Reading other reviews across different platforms, apparently cancelling these appointments is commonplace for this location. I got no notice so just burned 30-min away from work that I'll need to make up on the backend.

This is about their FedEx facility and my four trips where they lost my package…read more Day 1 - FedEx attempts to delivery to my house during a time I'm not home. I think I'll have it delivered to Walgreens which is just a few blocks from where I live. That'll be an easy pickup. Dispatch calls me and confirms and tells me it'll be there at 3. I get there at 6 and it's not. I am told check back tomorrow. Day 2 I get an email that it's there.I go, it's not there. Day 3 I get a note on my door that it was attempted to be delivered back at my house. I call FedEx, they tell me that Walgreens put it back on the truck each time and that they've had some sort of issue with an employee there and that it should be sorted out now. Day 4 I get a call from FedEx promising me it's there. I call Walgreens at 3pm and verify that it is indeed there. I get to Walgreens at 7 and guess what, it's gone again. They shipped everything right back out. FedEx tracking shows it was picked up at 5:09pm. They had it for like three hours and lost it again. I tell the person there what's going on and he tells me maybe I should try and get there earlier. Like seriously dude, I had it shipped to Walgreens because I didn't want it sitting on the porch and I can't show up at the Walgreens during the two to three hour window my Fedex package sits there before they accidentally ship it out again. They're taking no responsibility for their employees missorting fedex packages.

She asked me when my next period is super loud for all the store to hear and didn't make a safe environment to explain my situation. She accused me of losing a pack of birth control. It is very common for women to skip the placebo pill week in their birth control pack.... In fact my doctor says that's ok. So there should be no reason to deny a refill Jsut because it's 2 days too early. For another prescription she tried to blame my insurance for why it wasn't working but seemed like another issue was going on because she was able to get it fixed. I told her I've had the same insurance for years and have had the same prescription for years so not sure why these issues persist. Overall I loved using Walgreens pharmacy but this situation was so terrible I'll never walk foot in one again. After this visit I called my dermatologist and gyno and transferred all my prescriptions to a non Walgreens pharmacy.

I've been here numerous times and experienced really rude and unprofessional service (e.g. I've personally been and seen others be judged and berated at the photo counter when picking up items "late" i.e. within a week or less of placing the order). Sometimes customer service has been nice or fine, though (e.g. one time the photo department called me when they found my photo order, which I appreciated - since when I went to pick it up the first time, they didn't find it). Walking through the Assembly Food Hall we cut off some of the uphill climb up John Lewis Way that is bothering Dad's knees. Now walking up John Lewis Way we are passing by the historic Woolworth Theater and what looks like a Theater District. At the crest of the hill, we step inside the only downtown Nashville Walgreens. At least the only one I am familiar with near Broadway. This store is "blah" in comparison to the Walgreens that I am familiar with in major cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco,and Denver. Their Nashville caps are overpriced and fail to strike me. They fail to carry the bullet beer (24 ounce cans) that I want to pick up for the hotel room. However, they have cold beverages and snacks that my Dad and Brother are buying. I am headed to Starbucks for my beverage. Toi, who rings up my Dad and Brother, is a friendly and personable Cashier. When we return to the what looks like a Theater District along John Lewis Way, being empty handed of purchases allows me to photograph the Woolworth Theater."
