The sales staff working on the sales floor are always knowledgeable and willing to help customers locate products or provide helpful suggestions. The front end staff is always very pleasant and the checkout process goes smoothly. There is also a self checkout option at this location and the self checkout machines are always in good working order. The parking lot is huge so finding a parking spot is never a problem. It is also well lit at night. I would definitely say that this is my preferred CVS location. I highly recommend this location to others and I know for sure that I will be back.

Small checkout area, and overall, not a place I'd ever choose to shop (or really ever come back to, specifically since CVS stores in other malls are better.... and there are 3 other stores throughout the Town of Braintree, so this really isn't needed). Terrible. I went here to get a covid test on a Saturday, they told me to create a mychart account,…read morewhere I could access my test results. My results came in on a Monday, which was great, super-fast. I went to log into my chart and it kept telling me I had the wrong ID. I had previously been here for a test, so reset my password, yet my current test results were not in mychart. I called CVS, and basically got the run around. The pharmacy told me they couldn't help, call the covid line. The covid line is a recording, directing you to mychart, however I did leave a message. So I called the store back and told them I was having a problem accessing results, and finally they connected me to someone at mychart or CVS helpdesk. This person identified that when I got my covid test, the technician put in the WRONG BIRTHDATE for my chart, so I had 2 mychart accounts. And while he could see my results he had to have me speak to his supervisor. So 4 phone calls and 2 hours later, still no results, I am on the phone with the supervisor of tech support who has my results, but won't give them to me. He needed me to screen shot my ID to an email and then they could merge my correct mychart, with my incorrect mychart. I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes before he told me I was negative. Someone from the covid line called me back 5 days later, so you don't expect to get results by calling. Talk about one of the worst experiences you could possibly have. CVS made and error and yet, the customer suffered due to the error. Absolutely horrible. Go somewhere else.

Never enough staff and poor availability of products. I typically find the shelves are nearly always empty at this particular location in many of the departments. The food, seasonal, greeting cards, and vitamins always seem to take the brunt of it here. Not sure if they just do more business in those departments, but they need to address their shipments then! I do like the size of this store, it's spacious and has full space for a full selection, this fantastic benefit should be taken advantage of by the company, and they should fully stock the shelves. Employees do seem friendly, and they are very "coupon friendly" (never argue about coupons). I was quite surprised when I recently stopped at the Walgreens right down the road from here.... they do not even accept internet printable coupons due to "fraud", definitely prefer CVS! Parking lot is huge. Drive thru pharmacy also available here. Open 24 hours, both the pharmacy and the store. Just to note, the correct address for GPS purposes is 474 Washington Street, Weymouth. Not either what the CVS website says "At the Intersection of Route 18 and Route 53" or what the store receipt reads, "500 Washington Street". Okay, but nothing about average. If you are looking for the CVS of CVS', the one in East Braintree on Washington Street is the best! 3 stars.

WOW was that manager out of LINE the way he spoke to me. I came down to have a civil conversation to let him know what my situation was and he screamed at me in front of all the customers. I was so embarrassed, not only for me but for him. Stop & Shop would never even think about doing anything like that. Stop & Shop is now without a doubt, my absolute favorite place to go for both scripts and food and let me tell you after talking to Justine last night she had me crying because she was so sweet about the whole situation.
