This place reminds me of the pharmacies I grew up with in both NYC and in Rhode Island...places where people honestly got to know who you were. The service here is certainly more attentive, personal and caring. We were able to chat with the staff...we were the only customers in when we arrived one late morning. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were in and out in about ten minutes. I have nothing against CVS and frankly have done a lot of business at one of the CVS pharmacies in my town, there are several. But we may be slowly shifting more of our business to this lovely pharmacy for more personalized care.

The line was horrific and the entire team took their cues (hate the customers) from this pharmacist (tall Asian guy). Today, I went to the Norwood CVS on Nahanton street. I've never been to Scituate Pharmacy, but they are one of the few pharmacies that provide Dispill (blister pack) packaging. They provide this service at a reasonable price (certainly worth the convenience) and provide free delivery. They communicate clearly, and when I call I can talk to a pharmacist without delay. They've been extraordinarily helpful in finetuning the labels, etc. The contrast with the large pharmacy chains is huge - thank goodness there are small pharmacies that provide these personalized services. As the large chains get distracted by so many other things (including their stockholders), Scituate Pharmacy does what they're supposed to do. Thanks to everyone at Scituate Pharmacy for being so accommodating and professional.

I always did like to support the small guy simply because they appreciate the business and it's personalized as they get to know you... today June 25,2018 was my 1st visit to Randolph Pharmacy to fill my prescription and I can honestly say I was inside the pharmacy for 10 minutes tops if that... service is Great and super friendly to deal with! Don't know whatever took me so long to make the switch but I'm here to stay....
