Dropped off hospital prescripts at 9:30am and told woukd be ready in an hour. came back at 1pm, only to wait in drive-thru for 30 minutes, then they couldn't locate the order. then at 1:30, told to come back in an hour, that they were closing for lunch and prescripts weren't ready yet. Who's running this place? They seem very disorganized and unprofessional. So rx from hospital, needed asap, can't get for many hours. They should prioritize hospital/urgent care/er scripts over refills. read more

Helpful staff and had a selection of things we needed that were not drugs...super convenient location for us, so in we went for packing tape, Clorox Cleaner with Bleach, printer paper, fresh flowers and a funnel! All on Christmas Day. No complaints here! read more

Your basic pharmacy that provides a good amount of different items that you might need last minute or if on the road. This CVS isn't open 24/7 which I can understand but that would be super wonderful if it was. I usually don't have much contact with the staff when shopping especially since I usually use the self check out which is very quick and convenient unless the machine wants to act funky. I really love all the coupons I get from cvs, I highly recommend their app so you know when the coupons expire, it can really help you save a small fortune. I normally come here to get our body lotions, body wash & other items. I used their pharmacy in the past, however they recently stopped taking my insurance. My family and I have used this location to get the PCR covid test via drive thru, pretty efficient, convenient and easy if you are able to get an appointment online or app. You might not find test appointments the day of, due to the high demand but the app. Lets you check other cvs locations. We have also been here to get our covid vaccines, pretty quick however I didn't think they had a good vaccine check in process, they have a sign that say's vaccine check in which is the same area where you drop off a prescription so can be a long line just to check in, sometimes they text you so you can check in but not always (I think that's much easier and better). The nurse who gave us our vaccines was really great, barely felt anything always super friendly and warm, it's really nice if you're not a needle person. Ouchh The restroom is decent, and the parking lot is manageable. This location is in a very busy area since it's right of 64 and near a few gas stations, publix and other establishments close by. if I could give a zero it would be a more accurate rating. worst experience of my life. have a sinus infection and they were out of the medication. App indicated that it would be 48 hrs before I could pick up prescription. I finally called after 30 hours and ask for a correct ETA. was informed "Oh we got that in today". I ask them if they could fill it. App still shows it will be another 24 hrs before meds are available. what the heck????? Never again at that store!!!! read more

Terribly rude pharmacist/pharmacy techs who make you feel like a complete degenerate when you ask questions about a NEW prescription with side effects and directions. Always spend at least 20 min waiting at the drive thru. Currently sitting on hold for 20 min. trying to get a prescription refilled, no one has even so much as answered the phone yet. They never have my refills ready on time (hence why I'm sitting on the phone waiting for someone to pick up). Look, I worked for CVS and in pharmacy many years ago, it's a thankless, sucky low paying job so I don't want to crap on the staff when it's likely the piss poor CVS corporate management not wanting to pay for more staff to properly run the pharmacy. I never write reviews, however, I feel it's important to write one. Every single time I have used this pharmacy, at the LWR location , I've experienced nothing but problems, unnecessary rudeness, and frustration... I received a text from this CVS (LWR)stating my prescription was filled and ready to be picked up. I was immediately disappointed because I had already requested for my Dr's office to send my prescription to another CVS location, due to the problems I've experienced in the past with this location... Since the text stated it was ready for pickup, I went ahead and drove to the location... When I arrived I was told that my prescription was NOT ready because it was an expensive prescription, so they didn't fill it.. I was confused because obviously I had received the text confirming that my prescription was filled and ready for pickup... I knew what the cost was and requested the prescription please be filled. I was then told that they would have to order it and Id have to wait until it came in... I asked if they could tell me an approximate time when I could expect it to be filled and I was told I would receive a text message letting me know that it was filled and ready for pickup.... Which is the exact reason why I was there in the first place ‍ I asked the Pharmacist(or tech )what I could do for this to not happen in the future. The Pharmacist(or tech )was extremely irritated by my question and would not provide any answer or suggestion.. I was not offered any sort of explanation or apology for their actions .. Every employee at this pharmacy that I have interacted with, I have spoken to them respectfully and with understanding... My expectation is to be treated and spoken to in the same manner... I have called my Dr office and requested to please delete the LWR CVS off of my chart for any further prescriptions... read more

I would give it zero stars. Takes forever to get through on phone. Drive-thru takes literally forever..plan on having a minimum of 30 minutes to wait. I am currently 2nd in line with my sick, screaming 2 year-old..been here 25 min. 7+ in line total. I already switched pharmacies. Just finishing up my refills here and never going here again! My baby is seven weeks old and I could not get a hold of the pharmacy. I called five times and could not get through. I was on hold for over 10 minutes each time waiting for someone to answer. I started calling front of store and asking for the manager who then said she would transfer me back to make sure someone answered the call. This happen three more times and no one answered the call each time I was on hold over eight minutes. I will be changing pharmacies and I will never use another CVS again. They do not care about their customers especially the tiny little ones! :( read more

This is the dirtiest CVS I have even been in. The men's room is disgusting and haven't been cleaned in years. I have complained several times but nothing has been done. CVS is a large retail pharmacy--so when you walk in, you see what you would expect at any CVS in the country. What makes this particular CVS different, however, is their pharmacy team. They have two lead pharmacists, both of whom are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help customers get the best possible service. They're both friendly and approachable, which is not something I've found at other CVS stores and which is the main reason I continue to go to this store even though other pharmacies have since opened up closer to my house. The two pharmacists must handpick their team, because the pharmacy support staff is also wonderful. They remember who I am, they take the time to attend to my needs even when they're swamped, and they often check in to ensure that my experience is positive. It's not a corporate thing--it's simply who they are. And that is incredibly refreshing! When you add to this the ability to drive-thru and the ease of the CVS app/online system, you've truly got a winning pharmacy. Now if only we could get them to stay open 24 hours.... read more

After picking up my 94 yr old grandmothers Ativan, we got home and I opened her 60 count pills and counted only 30. I called and spoke to the male pharmacist and the first thing he said was "maybe someone at the house took them" I was livid!! The bottle had the 60 count circled and checked or initialed so he thought best to accuse us of abusing the drug count. He said to bring it back and they will count it. I had to call my father who was out to come back home and sit with grandma. No big deal to the pharmacist! So, I return and he takes the bottle and returns to me very very quietly under his breath that he needs to keep the bottle because THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND NEED TO REPORT IT. DONT EVEN REMEMBER IF I HEARD AN APOLOGY AND I WAS TOO POLITE TO MAKE A SCENE, WHICH I HIGHLY REGRET!!! I got a sorry from the assistant store manager when I called to complain about his remark and to come back for a 10 buck reward. I never did. I called the 1-800 cvs line and they said sorry. No one from the pharmacy ever called so I believe the pharmacist denied ever saying that to me. LIAR. Once again for the 5th time they claim they never got a script my dr sent for the same medication I pick up every month. Very rude. Ive called multiple times to ask for my script to be filled showed up an hour later it still was never filled when they told me 15 minutes, and this has happened MULTIPLE times. They even filled an old script months ago and gave me the wrong dose. We've been using them for about 2 months and will NEVER go back. read more

Pharmacy prices are steep here. I am writing this review regarding prices so people know that they should be calling around and possible choose a store with more reasonable prices. The staff here have always been great, but we had one incident with a specific antibiotic they tried to charge me $890 for. I gave them a discount card which only brought it to $290. Whoa! So I went online and goodrx website had a coupon bringing it to $125. However, the website also showed other pharmacies like Publix only charge $101-105. I called Costco and he said it's only $62 there for members. How can they get away with charging such steep prices? Not only that, but it took 3 days for them to get it and fill it, while Costco had it in-stock. They still get 2 stars because a) pharmacy staff are always nice, and b) I've never had a real problem the one or two times I've been inside the store. It's the price gouging I take issue with. read more
