On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.

Their inventory is "on point" but someone from that pharmacy has stolen my medication or made a huge mistake. I don't believe this is the first time they've done it to me. I just think it's the first time I caught on. The owner mark, was respectful I guess but also just sadly inconsiderate & refuses to take accountability. I'm missing 30 pills from my script. It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. If you use this pharmacy i suggest you find a new one before this one gets shut down. It's upsetting because I loved the little family owned business & small pharmacies. I enjoyed my interaction with the staff members, but after I got home I discovered the length of my face was 1.625 inches. That wasn't going to work. I went back there. They took my photo again. The new photo has some slight shadowing, which is not allowed. The images were also not quite centered, which is another requirement. Hopefully the passport processor who handles my renewal will be in a good mood. Fingers crossed. In conclusion: the bottom line is you cannot trust them to produce a photo that meets the exact U.S. passport photo requirements. You have to verify they are doing the job the right way.

The one thing we loved is that they donate to the food bank at 1010 sunset street in trainor The Church of the Overcomer, then they serve our community on Wednesdays from 10am-12pm. We believe all food service providers should be donating to the food banks! Lastly, they have gas pumps and their prices start at $3.25 with diesel for $3.99.
