On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.

There seems to always be an appropriate amount of people on staff when I am in and there isn't ever a lot of clutter- I don't even know when they get their truck (which is usually when it gets cluttered). I've had multiple cheery cashiers who ask if they can help and make sure to get my care card. The pharmacy is great. There are two women who are a little more ...assertive... But when you need something done they are quick and helpful. I've even had one of them call a doctor back for me because the office was closed when I called.
