The pharmacy staff is exceptional with their work. They have to endure tired cranky people all day…read morewaiting for their orders, and somehow they always smile for me. Everyone works hard there for us to get what we need..and yes they can get cranky too. If we all could look at the people around us and look at their faces and think how they may have a crappy today too. Empathy, if we all can just look into your neighbor's eyes you'll see.. see their pain and struggles. Be kind, give someone passing by a compliment or just smile with your heart.

Then telling me that they have 500 other orders when I ask if it can be ready earlier than 3 hours from now after waiting 48 hours doesn't help. Look I get that you're frustrated but so am I and hanging up on me doesn't help. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy. You thought Rite Aid was bad? I've never had any issues picking up my prescriptions and they are also very timely with calling you to let you know that your prescription is ready to be picked up. Solid pharmacy and easy to navigate, Quick in and out service. Quick tip. If you want to make a purchase and you're also picking up at the pharmacy, you can bring your purchasing goods to the pharmacy and they will help you check out at the pharmacy while you're picking up your prescriptions so you don't have to pay at the front, you can just pay while you're picking up prescriptions. :)

My running complaint about this store is that there is always ever only one register open even when the line is long. There's always one other employee behind the counter pretending she doesn't see this. My recent complaint happened to me last Friday: I went in found what I was looking for and proceeded to the checkout to find the cashier standing in front of the checkout counter leaning on the counter facing me. As I approached with my items she looked at me as if she was annoyed that I wanted to checkout, duh! she almost rolled her eyes as she proceeded to go behind the counter to check me out. No greeting, no nothing, just this disgust expression on her face. So I pull out my convenience card, she swiped it, swiped my items then asked me if I had a convenience card . I said isn't that what I just gave you? She acknowledged and stumbled on the "habit" excuse. She clearly was over being at work that day instead of being thankful to have a job. I always attempt to choose other stores before I go to this one and it's walkable distance from my house, but they are so slow and seemingly so unconcerned that people actually have somewhere to go that it just doesn't seem all that convenient to me.
