The main reason for my review is my 2nd visit to the store on 10/30/15. I needed some cute eyelashes to go with my Halloween costume. I walked in and proceeded to the aisle where the eyelashes were. While looking, I became confused as to which ones included glue and which ones didn't. A female employee came over to me and asked me if I needed help which I desperately did. I am hoping that the manager of this store reads this review and is able to tell from the receipt that I've included who this person is as she rang up my items also. This woman was a pure ANGEL who deserves recognition. She was friendly first of all and took a lot of time helping me figure out which eyelashes were which. She also helped me find some eyelashes in another section specifically for Halloween. She was so NICE!!! And I was so appreciative that she was there to help me. Not filled and not ordered. I call and they push through. I have called a few times now and expressed my frustration - but it is never them or the web site. They can call if I have a prescription waiting (a million times), but can't call if there is an issue I can help with a call to insurance or doctor. Meanwhile it disappears and I dont have my medication and time going by - I am out of medication. UGHHHHH I have called, left reviews and don't know what else to do. I would feel better if they didn't keep telling me it was the doctors. These are from different doctors. The one time I called and they said the doctor did not submit pre auth -- took me one my chart message and 1 day to fix. If I hadn't looked and called when status changed it would not have been communicated to me. Bottom line - if you have my script and you can't fill for whatever reason - CALL ME before changing status to back to square one. Really not trying to be difficult. As a manager, I may not have liked hearing something was wrong, but it is in all our best interest not to deflect and be defensive. Customer service is listening and working with client to with client to help find a solution. This store is very busy and I feel bad for them with the lines in drivethru and in store. Too small and understaffed. But as bad as I feel for them, I need my medications and my health matters. PS This was not always this way at this store. I dread having to redo all my scripts with another pharmacy not in my community.

She went above and beyond to ensure we understood the sale and we are very appreciative of her help. The store was clean and well stocked w easy parking on the corner of a busy intersection.
